@@DJGRoc They're all sticks-I won't buy anything else. Too much fun and too many cars LOL!
@@pmac5386 That's awesome man! 👍🏼 Sadly, they're becoming a rare breed these days.
@@DJGRoc Tell me about it-I can't believe how many Muscle cars are going Auto only now its a sin. Banging gears is 50% of the fun and downshifting is freakin addicting.
Where is this shop?
I'm looking into the hellion kit myself
It's such a cool setup
@@RTLife does it come with shorty headers for the turbo is what I'm wondering and what about a catback system
@@aaronferguson47 It comes with its own proprietary headers build specifically for the system. I was a little upset cause I dropped a bundle on LT's last year and they're off the car now. :(
@@pmac5386 sell them make your money back but cool I'm very interested in this kit big time but not much information on it besides mustangs I'll be following
Whoa Weezy I know what u mean this is a new market (Mopar) for Hellion. About time if you ask me. Ted sold me on it cause the engine stress produced by these turbos is substantially less than a supercharger.
Just called national speed for a quote. 15k for turbo/exhaust build and another 10k to forge.
Huge ripoff. Is it a whole new ground up engine? Its barely 3k in parts
Yeah I'm not boosting my scat pack lol. The throttle body sure. I did drop in a hellcat air box already. But honestly tossing a throttle body on would be a waste of money without a tune. Right?
Federal law clearly says I can use aftermarket replacement parts and not void my warranty. But a tune is now messing with the PCM and good bye warranty. At least for the engine. I hear a cam swap is 30 hp. And even better mopar sells them. So you are using a mopar replacement part. But again. Without a tune whats the point?
Without tuning - modding is pointless. Just tossing your $$$ out the window. The gains are just not worth bolt on prices on a stock tune
@@RTLife yeah that's what i figured :( i guess my car is staying stock. To bad a tune will trash my warranty. Thats okay. I'll continue to put money into it for cosmetic mods
Kinda tired of hearing about the sedan charger and multiple post to not upgrade a 392. Please just focus on the challenger Scat Pack please.
I understand the research aspect of the build. If you can have a shop sponsor the build or the manufacturer provide the parts on a promotional basis, it makes sense. But if not, why, why, why would you spend so much money on a experiential build when a proven option within the same car manufacturer line up is available with similar power output post-mod? I just don't get it...call me dumb please and prove me wrong
to set the record straight-There are some minor considerations from Hellion and Janetty Racing but I can't stress enough MINOR!. I can't justify to you the expense other than saying I love modding my cars. This is phase 2 of 3.Ultimately the 392 will be sent out blueprinted, balanced and stroked out to a 426 with all forged internals. The end game is a "Demon Killer". Yes there will also be substantial mods made to the drivetrain, fuel system and clutch.
trust me your charger whistles your breaking necks
very true
All you need is 5 psi
My car wont go into drive when a door is open.
😔if i only had some extra money
I hear you on that
poke poke poke poke I am at it again ... I am sniffing around wondering if this is for your car not his lol lol lol lol ?? @r/tlife #RTLIFE will come into film and walk out with boxes ... of twin-turbo stuff for his car ... lol
I wish man! Have to get that limited slip 1st. I will get there
@@RTLife yes yes ....... put if you need back up will come in with a few guys to lift those boxes of turbos out of the shop lol lol lol lol lol ... YOU NEED TURBOS !!!!! :) :) LOL LOL LOL
What’s so special about this throttle body spacer your not talking about??? Lol
LOL - that's just an adaptor
Yea that’s what you said last time i asked lol. You said you was gonna y’all about it but you didn’t. I’ll take you word I guess
