Ser Harrold Westerling standing there listening to them revealing their long history of plotting against Rhaenyra. Criston Cole then killing Lord Beesbury. But Otto telling him to go kill Rhaenyra and her children. He actually showed a lot of restraint not killing all of them
"Quick and clean" suggests a subtle operation. Otto was all but asking for an assassination or capture. Caraxes and Daemon are nigh unbeatable in a direct confrontation, but siezing Rhaenyra would put Daemon in an unwinnable situation he couldn't just fight his way out of.
You know Otto stood in front of Daemon and his dragon a few times. He really thought he'd survive a battle with that dragon on the other side of the fence. He's stupid.
