From everything I've seen, vermithor is about 80-85% of vhagars size. In a 1v1 Vhagar can't just practically overpower him like she has done to the last few dragons that are half her size or smaller that's why aemond and vhagar retreated from dragonstone. He saw vermithor and silverwing along with syrax and seasmoke. 2 large dragons and 2 medium sized dragons. @@MiamiGameHunterRewatch the scene. Hugh says that his mother told him that he was the same as her BROTHER'S BOYS , Viserys and Daemon. He is their cousin, not their brother. His mother is very clearly Saera Targaryen, hence why he said she received special privileges for who she was while working in the pleasure house. It wasn't just that she had silver hair, she was respected above others because she was a Targaryen princess. Saera has bastards in the books too, who make their way to Westeros.
The final scene where Aemond was forced to turn Vhagar around and Rhaenyra stared at them gave me chills. I've read the books but I don't remember some of the stuff. Plus they are not always accurate for the show. So all I will say is that I hope Rhaenyra don't pull a Dany. As in, listen to stupid advices to wait and not take Kings Landing as soon as possible. Despite having the clearly more powerful army. Dany could of had the throne by early Season 7, but waited then never got a chance to sit in it. Rhaenyra SHOULD take the throne early Season 3.
Do you know if there are some famille relationship between dragons in the show ? For example Drogon is son of seasmoke ? Meleys is daughter of vermithor ? Sylverwings and Syrax are brother and sister ? Arrax and vermax are sons of Syrax ? I noticied that some physical détails on them.
Pretty sure the dance of dragons is 129 to 131 so where do you get 132 from? Plus the showrunners said they condensed 30 years into 20 for the show....
The Cannibal, Meraxes, Vaghar and Balerion are bigger than Bronze Fury. He is the fifth largest dragon. Then, Vermithor and Sheepstealer, are bigger than Silverwing. She is the seventh largest dragon. Then, Tessarion, Sunfyre, Grey Ghost, Quicksilver, Syrax, Meleys, Caraxes and Dreamfyre are bigger than Seasmoke, making him the 16th largest dragon.
There is a common mistake among people about where dragons are. The Dragonpit is located in Kingslanding and is the large building where Aegon's crowning is placed. It was a series of large caves built into the Hill of Rhaenys started by Maegor Targaryen and completed by Jaehaerys to house the Targaryen's Dragons. On Dragonstone the Mountain and the dragons' caves are called the Dragonmount. This is where Silverwing and Vermithor took up residence. 6:49 The Building is the Dragonpit not the Sept of Baelor which is built by King Baelor years after the Dance of the Dragons.
Silverwing the most docile dragon and vermithor perhaps most fierce, were in deep love. They lived together for their entire life. After the end of tessaerion vs seasmoke vs vermithor battle, silverwing came and tried to lift vermithor's wing to help him walk but her lover was already dead. I feel so sad for them.😢
Yeh these 2 dragons are so cool. Silverwing is my favourite so far. I'm hoping we get to see Dreamfyre in the last episode. Considering Dreamfyre is meant to be the most majestic dragon (according to lore) I'd love to see her design in live action.
I don't think that they will show dreamfyre. Dreamfyre will be shown in the storming of the dragon's pitt I think. He will have no role to play in the upcoming war.
Does anyone else find that shot at 7:46, Dreamfyre has the scariest dragon face of any dragon I've seen in any series. That is terrifying. Bloody hell.
The head and her teeth of Silverwing for some reason reminds me of The Alien Queen from the movie: Aliens from James Cameron. The way it was film the eggs like the sci fi movie and she us resting and hiding on the walls like the Aliens from the Classic movies. Silverwing (The Alien Queen) it has Alien vibes I love this !!!
Also in 6:45, that is not the sept of Baelor in the background as King Baelor 'the blessed' Targaryen is not even born in this timeline. It is probably the sept near the dragonpit which the Targaryens used to visit before the Sept of Baelor was built atop Visenya's hill by king Baelor much later in the timeline.
Went back to my various pictures and could estimate the following (in meters, length-winsgpan): - Vhagar 95 x 205 - Silverwing 53 x 78+ (due to angle, could easily be more than 85) - Meleys 45 x 85 - Caraxes 60 x 77 (low confidence because Caraxes gets less useful shots for reference but i´m positive he grew a lot between seasons) - Seasmoke 36 x ? - Syrax 31 x 52 (assuming winspan to length ratio didn´t change between seasons) - Sunfyre 25 x 35
Both of them are too good, will they support greens later on or if they stay on black then how to Rhaenyra lose even tho vhager die in god's eye? Even 1 of them is enough for rest green dragons how someone pls explain
When ulf is riding Silverwing, Silverwing looks a little too small compared to Ulf's body size. quite similar in size to caraxes considering she's been living outside the dragonpit for the last ~35 years
Can't wait to see Dreamfyre in true glory, she's the 2nd oldest dragon after Vhagar, probably third in size after Vermithor and bigger than Silverwing.
i will never understand why they didn’t start this show with aegons conquest and follow them up until roberts rebellion. we could of then seen all of the dragons and it would of made much more sense instead of there being 2 random dragons just chilling inside a mountain
Bc the first books written, published ,sold, and read and loved were the Game of thrones Books....and then GRRM stopped writing Winds of Winter the final book, and helped HBO make the show....not sure but I think while he was doing this and I between he wrote the others, Fire and Blood, which deals with This show HOTD....and another book called A Knight of the 7 Kingdoms which follows Dunk and Eggs exploits....again I'm not even sure he has wrote a actual book about the Conquest....just explains it throughout the others...but like they did with Star Wars, and LoTR they start in the middle and head straight into the begining.....😮😳😎🙈🙊🙉😎😳😮
@@mridstaid414 adding to this, "three colonisers mercilessly burning everyone who defies their conquest" is probably not a message anyone would want to make with a show right now lmao
Silverwing is absolutely beautiful. But so sad that my favorite Vermithor and his rider will switch to the Greens. The Bronze Fury should have remained with Rhaenyra flying riderless but protecting her from above.
I find it interesting as well as no one seems to see this little bit is that the dragons choose riders closer in blood relation to their last or first rider
Hugh is the only son of Saera Targaryen, the daughter of Jaeherys whom he disowned. The half brother of Viserys and Daemon is Ulf, the new rider of Silverwing.
My choice of dragons would deffinitely be (so far): 1. Silverwing (beauty, speed, size, demeanor) 2. Seasmoke (beauty, keepable size) 3. Dreamfyre (beauty, mother of most dragons) 4. Syrax (beautyful and loyal) 5. Meleys 6. Vermithor 7. Moondancer (that speed though) 8. Arrax (was so protective of Luke, loved how he blasted Vhagar with his thiny flames) 9. Sunfyre (beautiful and loyal, but I hate how he develops cannibalistic habbits in the book) 10. Sheepstealer (so damn ugly, but I like the idea of taming a fully grown, wild dragon) 11. Carrexas (ugly, but loyal) 12. Vhagar (ugly & unloyal, in the sense that I hate how she could have gone from Leana to Aemond, such a downgrade in such short due...) Haven't really seen much of grown Vermax and Tessarion much in the show to rank. From the book lore I really like Grey Ghost as well, harmless to humans but shy, does not seem to be interested in a bond, out of the already dead at the time of the dance dragon my favorites are Quicksilver and Merraxes, Balerion is cool but too big and Viserys was very out of luck claiming him only to ride him once before he died. Honorable mention is Stormcloud and Morning, who now will most likely be totally emitted from the show. The Cannibal is my overall my least favorite because he gets a kick out of killing his own bread...yucks. From future (means Daeny's dragons) my favorite was Viserion, he was beautiful while he was alive, then Rheagar and then Drogon because he was overrated AF, overused and given way much screentime and action on the expense of his siblings...we also never got a clear confirmation if in fact Daeny could have ridden any of the other two since she just never shown any interest in doing so...
It's interesting to point out that their age isn't the sole decider in their size as Dreamfyre is a little older but still smaller than Vermithor despite Dreamfyre doing much more ranging than Vermithor in the book.
The dragon team said during season 1 that the dragons flaps of lose skin is because of size not age. Dreamfyre doesn't have those features despite being older than Vermithor because she is smaller.
I always liked Vermithror in the book and now I like him even more he's a Dragon in its prime. Now the only dragon that can turn my attention away from the bronze fury and I hope they show him in the last episode would be.......... The CANNIBAL.
Vhagar appears to have a somewhat disproportionately large head, on top of being the largest dragon. Her head appears to me to be at least half again as massive as Vermithor's -- maybe closer to 2x the mass.
Small Mistake Bro: Its not the sept of Baelor. The only Kings who have been there yet are Aegoen Aenys Maegor Jahaerys Viserys and Aegon 2. No Baelor yet
Vermithor is massive and silverwing and seasmoke are beautiful dragons. I wonder who those baby dragons are that Ulf stumbled upon when he claimed silverwing.
-"Well, sadly, at the expense of the Targaryen bastards, but it's the price that has to be paid." isn't a sentence or great way to start a video. -0:20 : Vermithor and Silverwing were on the Dragonmont; they weren't at the Dragonpit. -2:36 : It is not implied Hugh is the bastard brother of Viserys and Damon. It's implied he's the bastard son of Princess Saera Targaryen, but he is likened to the children of Baelon. -6:25 : That's the Dragonpit in the background of that snapshot; not the Sept of Baelor. The SoB was seen earlier in the scene though. -6:58 : Silverwing most closely resembles Sunfyre, although many would think Sunfyre comes from a clutch laid by Dreamfyre because their names are similar. Syrax did come from a clutch of Silverwing's as well though. -7:03 : Her dark metallic grey coloration is not what gives the dragon her name; it's her silver wings... hence the name Silverwing.
There will be more spin-off series, from what I understand there is already a spin-off series being worked on called "Aegon's Conquest" and we will see Balerion there.

Nah probably their mother is quicksilver. All of them like dreamfyre silverwing and vermithor. And quicksilver's mother likely meraxes.
Meraxes Caraxes Silverwing They are Same Breeds Dragon
@@metecanksaoglu2743 nah Vermithor is definitely the offspring of Balerion and Vhagar, in the books Vhagar is also bronze and Quicksilver would probably be too small to breed with Balerion. Silverwing might’ve hatched from an egg of Meraxes that just took longer to hatch.
@@CobraShadowz Yes you are right it's been confirmed that Vermithor is from Vhagar's batch with Balerion that's why he look like a hybrid between the two, Vhagar's neck but more of a T-rex style head like Balerion with his horns, he's a perfect mix and so imposingly terrifying.
Guys , Vhagar laid a clutch in 29 AC . Dreamfyre , Vermithor , Silverwing and Sheepstealer hatched from it
silverwing is my newest favorite dragon!! absolutely beautiful and love that she is a friendly one
I wonder if Vermithor was hatched from one of Vhagar's clutches. They both share some features (horns on the head, loose skin over the throat).
yeah they half brothers
Maybe. The loose skin might be because he's a century old though. As for the horns, probably had them broken in small spats with the other dragons.
Yes it's been confirmed, Vermithor is from Vhagar's batch with Balerion, Vermithor is their son hence his hybrid look resembling Vhagar's neck but a more T-rex type of head like Balerion with the horns, he's perfect mix of the two.
@@shahinm02yeah Vermithor and Silverwing are their combination but Dreamfyre inherited all of Balerion's looks .
Sheepstealer also came from that clutch , she probably looks like Vermithor and Silverwing too
Bronze. Angry.
Vermithor is my favorite Dragon. He does not mess around. You stand your ground and except death, or fear and get eaten.
2:52 It was in fact not implied that Hugh’s father was Baelon, that is ulf. Hugh is implied to be the son of Saera the princess and daughter who Jaehaerys basically exiled.
Silverwing is a such sweetheart , like a friendly cat wants to be petted 🥹❤️
From everything I've seen, vermithor is about 80-85% of vhagars size. In a 1v1 Vhagar can't just practically overpower him like she has done to the last few dragons that are half her size or smaller that's why aemond and vhagar retreated from dragonstone. He saw vermithor and silverwing along with syrax and seasmoke. 2 large dragons and 2 medium sized dragons. He knows that if vermithor locks with vhagar it makes her helpless against the other 3 pressing an attack especially because she can't really use her size to overpower this time it's different with other century old dragons who are closer to her size.
Thanks for that spolier. Saying silverwing will survive the dance
We'll the show doesn't literally follow everything in the book so we'll see.
Vermithor getting big and strong off his diet of peasants :D
Vermithor is crazy! I'm not a book reader but this fella can only be bad news
Silverwing and Caraxes are the most unique and majestic looking dragon ever
The greens are suddenly greatly outnumbered
Are you sure ?
traitors will balance that.
Eagerly waiting for the size comparison of Vermithor and Vhagar
I love how Vermithor looks EXACTLY as the pictures in the book 🖤
In the show Hugh Hammer says his mother is Targaryen. It’s Ulf White whose father was Baelon. In the show at least.
What he said was that she told him her half-brothers were Viserys and Daemon. So that would make her Baelon's daughter, and therefore Ulf's niece.
It’s annoying what they change
@@jackashmorethey didn't change anything the add stuff the books didn't really hint at who Ulf and Hugh's parents were
@@MiamiGameHunterRewatch the scene.
How big is Vermithors Nutsac?
I think like most lizard-like species, the reproductive organs are hidden within the cloaca.
Big

Ask Silverwing and Dreamfyre
@@BranNew1 youtube is stupid
The final scene where Aemond was forced to turn Vhagar around and Rhaenyra stared at them gave me chills. I've read the books but I don't remember some of the stuff. Plus they are not always accurate for the show. So all I will say is that I hope Rhaenyra don't pull a Dany. As in, listen to stupid advices to wait and not take Kings Landing as soon as possible. Despite having the clearly more powerful army. Dany could of had the throne by early Season 7, but waited then never got a chance to sit in it. Rhaenyra SHOULD take the throne early Season 3.
😂😂 you'll be served next sunday I think😂😂
@@shervinjames8081Have you even watched House of the Dragon so far? How do you think Aegon Targaryen and Sunfyre got burnt to a crisp?
Do you know if there are some famille relationship between dragons in the show ? For example Drogon is son of seasmoke ? Meleys is daughter of vermithor ?
Sylverwings and Syrax are brother and sister ? Arrax and vermax are sons of Syrax ? I noticied that some physical détails on them.
Pretty sure the dance of dragons is 129 to 131 so where do you get 132 from? Plus the showrunners said they condensed 30 years into 20 for the show....
Can you do a overall size ranking of all dragons ?
I was waiting for this video❤
I feel so sad for them.😢
8:17 is that the infamous one ??
Yeh these 2 dragons are so cool. Silverwing is my favourite so far. I'm hoping we get to see Dreamfyre in the last episode. Considering Dreamfyre is meant to be the most majestic dragon (according to lore) I'd love to see her design in live action.
I don't think that they will show dreamfyre. Dreamfyre will be shown in the storming of the dragon's pitt I think. He will have no role to play in the upcoming war.
We been waiting for you ❤😢
Does anyone else find that shot at 7:46, Dreamfyre has the scariest dragon face of any dragon I've seen in any series. That is terrifying. Bloody hell.
this is seasmoke.
I’m pulling for cannibal
The head and her teeth of Silverwing for some reason reminds me of The Alien Queen from the movie: Aliens from James Cameron. The way it was film the eggs like the sci fi movie and she us resting and hiding on the walls like the Aliens from the Classic movies. Silverwing (The Alien Queen) it has Alien vibes I love this !!!
I didn't expect that silver wing is bigger than caraxes and meleys
Also in 6:45, that is not the sept of Baelor in the background as King Baelor 'the blessed' Targaryen is not even born in this timeline. It is probably the sept near the dragonpit which the Targaryens used to visit before the Sept of Baelor was built atop Visenya's hill by king Baelor much later in the timeline.
Went back to my various pictures and could estimate the following (in meters, length-winsgpan):
- Vhagar 95 x 205
- Silverwing 53 x 78+ (due to angle, could easily be more than 85)
- Meleys 45 x 85
- Caraxes 60 x 77 (low confidence because Caraxes gets less useful shots for reference but i´m positive he grew a lot between seasons)
- Seasmoke 36 x ?
- Syrax 31 x 52 (assuming winspan to length ratio didn´t change between seasons)
- Sunfyre 25 x 35
I love the dragon's names in these books.
Both of them are too good, will they support greens later on or if they stay on black then how to Rhaenyra lose even tho vhager die in god's eye? Even 1 of them is enough for rest green dragons how someone pls explain
Is vermythor bigger than vaghar?
I think the dragons are choosing based on smell. Hugh & Ulf smell of Jaehaerys and Alysanne. While Alyn smells of Laenor.
When ulf is riding Silverwing, Silverwing looks a little too small compared to Ulf's body size. quite similar in size to caraxes considering she's been living outside the dragonpit for the last ~35 years
Silverwing is now my fav dragon design
dont know, dont care, silverwing looks amazing, i love everything about silverwing, from his name to his design to i bet his roar is incredible aswell
I have to say all of the content I watch steer me to your Chanel I used to not be able to get through the accent but you got better good job
no, its implied that its his MOTHER that was Targaryen. Saerra Targaryen, last daughter of Jahaerys the Concilliator.
@@Honda-wf6qj you clearly haven’t read fire & blood then🤣
George wanted to start the show with Baelon and Aemon, I believe, but they went with starting with Rhaenyra
Because it feeds the current demographic. "Strong female character breaking the patriarchy" This is what the show can be summed up to
@@mridstaid414 adding to this, "three colonisers mercilessly burning everyone who defies their conquest" is probably not a message anyone would want to make with a show right now lmao
Silverwing is absolutely beautiful. But so sad that my favorite Vermithor and his rider will switch to the Greens. The Bronze Fury should have remained with Rhaenyra flying riderless but protecting her from above.
2:40 is incorrect, Hugh's grandfather was Baelon. His mother was Saera, sister of Baelon. He is 1st cousins with Daemon and Viserys
I can't wait 4 the next episode 🤧
Silverwing’s horn design reminds me of Rodan from the Monsterverse and Vermithor looks a bit like Smaug
I find it interesting as well as no one seems to see this little bit is that the dragons choose riders closer in blood relation to their last or first rider
Do make Top 10 Biggest Megalodon in the Movies and Tv Series next!!
Silverwing and Moondancer are by far the most beautiful dragons in HOTD.
Hugh is the only son of Saera Targaryen, the daughter of Jaeherys whom he disowned. The half brother of Viserys and Daemon is Ulf, the new rider of Silverwing.
Hi dragons from the series
Are you going to do Halloween monsters vampires and werewolves on October 2024 tomorrow
My choice of dragons would deffinitely be (so far):
1. Silverwing (beauty, speed, size, demeanor)
2. Seasmoke (beauty, keepable size)
3. Dreamfyre (beauty, mother of most dragons)
4. Syrax (beautyful and loyal)
5. Meleys
6. Vermithor
7. Moondancer (that speed though)
8. Arrax (was so protective of Luke, loved how he blasted Vhagar with his thiny flames)
9. Sunfyre (beautiful and loyal, but I hate how he develops cannibalistic habbits in the book)
10. Sheepstealer (so damn ugly, but I like the idea of taming a fully grown, wild dragon)
11. Carrexas (ugly, but loyal)
12. Vhagar (ugly & unloyal, in the sense that I hate how she could have gone from Leana to Aemond, such a downgrade in such short due...)
Haven't really seen much of grown Vermax and Tessarion much in the show to rank.
It's interesting to point out that their age isn't the sole decider in their size as Dreamfyre is a little older but still smaller than Vermithor despite Dreamfyre doing much more ranging than Vermithor in the book.
isn't the cannibal the dragon with green flames???
Hugh hammers mother is saera Targaryen which is the 9th child of king jaehaerys who was disowned to become a pleasure worker
Syrax has little baby cat paws and Seasmoke has big ol puppy paws. May hint at growth.
Silverwing’s of my favorite dragon in show
Vhagar appears to have a somewhat disproportionately large head, on top of being the largest dragon.
Drogons design was the only one that I loved and the other ones I pretty mich hated except Caraxes. But Silverwing my God is that thing dope.
Who is bigger: Silverwing or Meleys?
on the Serie
Silverwing
Silverwing
I think Silverwing is at least 200 feet that's twice the size of Syrax since she's her momma.
Wating for the size comparison of Vermithor and Vhagar
Just by head design, I assume that Dreamfyre is Balerion's daughter and also the mother of Seasmoke and Danaery's dragons.
You can actually see Vermithor flying in the air in the season finale preview so that would much have been more accurate
The Dragons who survived the dance are Cannibal, Silverwing, Morning and Sheepsteeler.
Love to see the two magnificent dragons in the series. But would they follow the story from the books? if you know, you know 😢
Maybe only one of them is a traitor in the show.
Fingers crossed 🤞 but to find out we will probably have to wait until season 4 or something
Silverwing is my favorite looking dragon
8:16 thats the cannibal. sheepsteeler isnt black with green eyes
