We are with you my sister in Christ. There is a revival in modesty ive seen of late and as someone who practices it, im glad many are also on the same path. I know its not a way to salvation but it certainly sets you apart ❤
So thankful you're taking God's word literally and not just picking and choosing. The path to heaven is straight and narrow and few there be that find it Keep speaking the truth sister.
Hi! I love you channel. I am a practicing Roman Catholic who wears veils in mass and recently has been convicted by the Holy Spirit to wear a hair covering even outside of mass. My fiancé at first was confused but your videos and sacred scriptures helped me explain my convictions better and i feel more at peace. thank you and God bless you.
I am Roman Catholic too and have been feeling this same pill and I haven’t even consistently veiled at mass yet. I would love to talk with you more because I am feeling these same convictions but don’t know who to share them with other than my husband.
It’s so nice to hear of another woman with my same story! I am also Roman Catholic, and have been veiling in Mass for years. I too have just recently been convicted of wearing a head covering when I leave my home, and also of only wearing dresses. When the Lord spoke to my heart, I loaded up my pants, and purchased an entire new wardrobe of beautiful dresses with matching head-covers. My husband was surprised at first, but he loves it. I have NEVER felt more free then I do now-or more feminine! I have had nothing but positive reactions. I did have one person pull out their phone and video me while picking up pizzas for my grandsons birthday party, and then had another one take a picture of me in Walmart. Lol But I didn’t mind at all. I just smiled:) I’m not at all insinuating that this is for every woman. This is something that needs to only be done through prayer, and conviction of the Holy Spirit. We always need to know WHY we are doing what you are doing-or it won’t last. Peace be with you.

I am by no means anywhere close to being indifferent in my modesty. So I could not even talk about that as I don't truly understand that, I struggle so much...I don't know what is well done about that! 😂 but glory to God who gives me the grace and strength and forgiveness I need to keep trying and to seek that sort of peace, and even if I ever do reach that, God willing I do...it could be taken away at anytime...so there's never any reason to boast. In this life we will experience struggles as we are not yet made perfect. You are already being stronger in your walk then thousands of other women. Just keep walking and He will lead.
I love the name of your channel. Yesterday I was listening to some English reformation history by Alex Eyrie and he said at last the English reformers earned the name Protestant rather than just Evangelical. If one really is gospel-centered then they will be living in a way that is opposite to the culture surrounding us. I started going to a brethren meeting two months ago and have been wearing a head covering during teaching and praying and worship, as most of the women there do. Just two weeks earlier I had declared I wouldn't wear a head covering to my Bible study because now it represents oppression. I can't even believe I said that! The surrounding culture hoodwinked me and I just went along with all the other Christians who were also obeying culture rather than the Bible. Yesterday we were studying Romans 2:25-29 regarding circumcision. So head covering has no value of you are not also obedient on the inside, as with circumcision. But unlike circumcision, head covering and adult baptism are still prescribed for the Gentile as for the Jew.

Jesus said "He who has never sinned may cast the first stone." She doesn't have to remove her tattoo, it is an old mistake from many years ago. Please don't judge
It is the real Godly spirit and 'christian values'. Instead, the so-called evangelical Christians or protestants, many of them are full of pride, exhibit their wealth, importance of appearance, boast loudly about Jesus etc. But they ere shallow.
You must be one of those who believes women and girls should wear black and don’t allow their children to wear color. As long as you do your best to cover yourself you’re good. Men wore robes in Bible times just like women. The Bible tells them to wear underwear because walking up the stairs people could see up their robes. We don’t really know how long the robes were. But as long as someone tries to cover themselves and not show cleavage or their shoulders and legs.
How you dress is not going to save your soul. John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
@@reflectionsinthebible3579 With all due respect, your logic is flawed. Even if you accept Christ as your Lord and Savior it requires you to do something. So saying nothing you do will save you doesn't make sense in and of it self as you need to do something to even say and actually believe that Christ is you Lord and Savior. Through out the new testament we are told many many many many things we are required to do. It also gives a whole list of things that will not grant you entry into the Kingdom regardless if you are a Christian or not. So there is a lot we have to do and also not do. We are told to pick up our cross and follow Christ. That means struggling our way as we follow Him. But all of this doesn't come down to legalism, it comes down to our heart, for Christ said if you love me you will keep my commandments. On that Great dreaded day of judgment we will all stand before the throne and give an account of our lives, Jesus even said in revelation that he will spit the luke warm Christian out of his mouth. And he also said in Matthew 7:21-23 Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ 23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’ So even Jesus himself said we have to do something and that something is the Father's will, and will tell those who practice LAWLESSNESS to depart from him. Those aren't my words, they are Christ's own words. So with all that said it's important to read your Bible and to be an a church that has the correct teachings and pray that God will give you the ears to hear and the eyes to see because this is your eternal life, it's very important.
@@reflectionsinthebible3579 but I will agree with you in sense that nothing we do will save us...but only because that doing all those things would be impossible without Christ. We need God in every aspect of life to struggle towards the kingdom, for is our strength, our shelter, our protector, or guide...everything. We can never boast and say there was anything we did to make it there because God is there every step of the way being everything for us....but to say there is nothing we have to do is wrong. Otherwise why am I even living, what is beautiful about being a lump on society a potato without any purpose? ....there is beauty in the struggle. Thats where growth happens, when you allow the Holy Spirit to work in your life. It's a wonderful thing and a good thing. It's not good to be lazy and think I don't have to do anything, or I can do whatever I want and still make it. It's a terrible attitude.
Your comments on the Old Testament need some work. The old is not unusable and it does still stand. The Ten Commandments were written in stone. Jesus never came back to see they no longer matter. He never said the Sabbath was changed. What He said is that there is forgiveness for sin without sacrifice.
Good for you. But there is nothing instructional in this video, only motivational, maybe. What if you are wrong? Then this motivational talk will only enforce wrong doing.
@@righteousrebellion90 Not modesty, of cause. But the definition of it. Well... you didn't provide one, that's why I said that the video isn't instructional. The video let everyone have their own definition. You've only expressed your emotional state as you follow your understanding of God. Nothing wrong with that, but it would be more impactful if your expressed your reasoning, your sources that made you change, Bible verses, etc.
@@vladvalentinov It's not meant to be instructional, I share my journey on this channel. I get my instructions from the Bible and church and I share my application of it through my story. It's what this channel is. If you are looking for more instruction I would advise to go talk to your priest. :) God bless you.
@@vladvalentinov I'm an Orthodox Christian, I don't share the view of Sola scriptura...how can you possibly know that your interpretation is the correct one? It's why we have so many denominations, everyone thinks they can intemperate the bible, I believe this in itself is a sin because it's calls on human pride, it's more humble to head instruction from someone who is put in a position by God to lead the flock. It would be even more beneficial for someone who has a problem with authority because they think people are messed up...if people are messed up then that means you are also messed up so why are you listening to yourself and your own interpretation of scripture...
I follow the instruction of the New Testament, under the new covenant that God made with us. That isn't in the new testament. But how we should dress is. I'm also not judging anyone who doesn't dress according to the Bible, everyone is some where different in their spiritual life and it's not for me to have any opinions about, it would be idiotic for me to judge this, since I'm not God. I'm simply saying that how we ought to dress is in the Bible and church tradition. Just because we believe something doesn't mean we walk the path of it. You can believe in Jesus and still not obey. Believing doesn't mean doing. They are two different things. Obeying God also doesn't mean that that person is good inside...it's always been about our hearts, but what we do can have a great effect on our heart and that's why it is good to obey God, but not just obey, but to have the right attitude towards it.
@@righteousrebellion90 Obeying God and Obeying bible are two different things. And I do not understand how people just throw away the Old Testament like it’s outdated. If it was real word of God, it wouldn’t be treated this way.
@@ZzzoneOut the Bible is God's word. You obey God when you follow His instructions, His instructions are laid out both orally and written within the church. Do you not like the Bible?
@@ZzzoneOut I use the old testament every single day. I am inlove with the Psalms, and pray them daily. And God grew my faith greatly by reading the Old Testament when I first became a Christian. The Old Testament is just an important as the new as you can't have the new without the Old. We should always respect where we have come from and there is so much to learn and grasp from it. Definitely not to be "thrown out." Praise God.
Ive read a few of your comments. Her walk with Christ is hers alone its not yours. She is doing her best to follow God in the ways she feels shes called. If you dont like her take on modesty thats fine. As a Christian woman im switching to dresses and i thought about scarves but im not wearing dresses daily. It is hard for me. She is trying to live a submitted life to Christ who are you to tell her how? If your looking for perfection you should know that we will never get it "right" we all are just trying. We all are trying to walk the life Christ is calling us to forgive us that fall short. Words of encouragement build us up and snide remarks are not of the Lord.

I'm a Christian. I don't try to be Muslim, I follow Christ and try to be more like Him, God willing.
You have got it backwards, Islam adopted the robes and coverings and modesty of the Jewish and Christian women of the time.
Do your research.
Why that tattoo in your right hand?
I've had that tattoo for 14 years.
@@righteousrebellion90 please remove that tattoo, it doesn't seem good for a person who want to be righteous.
You've greatly misjudged me. I wear lots of color.
What verse mentions the need to wear underwear?
Yeah. You wear lipstick and it seems perhaps makeup That’s vanity.
I am full of vanity. May the Lord have mercy.
How you dress is not going to save your soul. John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
Struggling towards the Kingdom will.
@@righteousrebellion90 No it won’t. Nothing you do will save you. This the need for a Messiah.
And he also said in Matthew 7:21-23
Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ 23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’
So even Jesus himself said we have to do something and that something is the Father's will, and will tell those who practice LAWLESSNESS to depart from him.
I never once said the old testament was unusable.
Good for you. But there is nothing instructional in this video, only motivational, maybe. What if you are wrong? Then this motivational talk will only enforce wrong doing.
What exactly are you referring to in this video that could potentially be wrong? Modesty?
@@righteousrebellion90 I don't talk to people, I get instructions directly from the Bible. People are messed up, priests aren't exception.
Did you know that bible tells you to pay taxes for your menstruations?
Will you do it also? If you don’t then you must be not a real believer
@@ZzzoneOut we don't "throw out" the old testament. We respect where we have come from and use it in light of the new and to where we are going.
Your hair isn’t covered. If you’re going to wear it then use it correctly.
Lord have mercy.
