My cousin introduced me to the occult in Jamaica when I was 12. It was downhill from there. I endured 8 years of deep depression, drugs & self hatred. I could barely function. Jesus saved me from evil.

She went to my parish as a person who's interested in Orthodoxy. Me & other people at my parish didn't realise at that time. Everytime the divine liturgy or the evening prayer started at the church, she felt something pushed her body & she became uncomfortable. But in her heart, she kept on going & kept attending liturgies, including Pascha & Christmas. She fought that demon. The first person who knew that she was followed by a demon was a deacon at my parish. He told me & my friends who knew this woman that he saw a dark large figure on her back following her everywhere, almost like smoke with red eyes & long fangs. She admitted that she's been having nightmares about that dark smoke figure. Now she's an Orthodox Christian & that dark smoke figure has never been seen again.

Inspiring account of Christ’s working in his life. Also, a book you might like to read is The Gurus and Elder Paisios. Elder Paisios is a saint of our lifetime. Another is Fr Porphyrios. There is a book of his writings called Wounded by Love that is beautiful. I know there are so very many good books but those are two I think you would be blessed by. One more is Silouan of Athos, by Fr Sophrony. A couple years ago I stumbled upon your channel and made a comment with a lot of (Orthodox) reading suggestions because I felt moved by your words. I don't claim to understand the spiritual realm in how angels and demons interact with us, but I do know that Jesus talks about them so clearly it is real. Your story reminds me that we are in a spiritual war and that it can only be waged with spiritual weapons. I hear you and I believe you. It's your testimony and your restoration. I hear you. I contemplate the spiritual realm and my head almost explodes. I don't think it's for us to fully understand or comprehend. God tells us what He wants us to know and that's it, sometimes we also get to experience it. The problem is when you try to experience it through wrong methods...like witchcraft for example. And that is so true. This is a spiritual war, the devil is waging war against us every day. Need to be armed and protected with God's armour. Praise God and may He bless you and keep you.

And I agree God in His wisdom keeps all those details to a minimum because we can't handle it fully like seeing God face to face. You're so right about trying to access the spiritual realm through improper methods is simply wrong, but so many try to do that very thing.

The emotions only changes from the comparisons of functionality with the determinate error. The Anterior Cingulate Cortex regulates the fruits. Through the walls of the Imagination is the reality. The reality stands directly in front of us. Denial of the reality in front of us separates us from the actual occurence. Acceptence of what is directly in front of us binds us to reality. With faith one can skip over the stages of grief. With prayer one can make what is in front of them better. Anger is the outward direction of blame. Depression is the inward direction of blame. I was a Reiki master, and used to do oracle readings, crystals and kundalini yoga. I also followed Buddhism for almost 9 years. I had lots of demons in me too, unfortunately my church didn't support me with this, but Jesus continued to delver me at home. This has been on going, and the closer I get to God and the more I ask for the Holy Spirit to fill me, the more stuff rears its ugly head!

Plot twist: God paid the Devils to get you there and gave you a helping hand later. But surely all sins belong to the one that has done them. Nothing can change that viewpoint. No third partys, no restrictions, nothing.
Hi! Christ is Risen! Idk if you’ll get this since you haven’t put out a video in a while but I just found you and so I wanted to comment. I am 40 years old and just found Orthodoxy. I’ve spent the last 25 years practicing witchcraft and being deep inside of the occult. I was baptized as a young teen at the church I was raised in which is the Nazarene Church for context and quickly feel into witchcraft shortly after. Then after finding the orthodox faith I met with my priest to discuss baptism but he seems ti think I only need to be Chrismated but he will talk to the Bishop about it so pray for me sister. I worry I’m full of demons even though unlike you I’ve never openly seen any.

They don't know the future, you're right, but they can predict it very well indeed, because they have had thousands of years of observing how reality and human behaviour and interactions work. So it can seem like they know the future, even if they don't.
Hi awesome testimony. Just wanted to ask you regarding your experience with exorcism, sounded very protestant and charismatic way. No doubt jesus name is powerful. But I know your orthodox. Which I am too. But now your in a church that is the fullness of christ and his apostles and the faith. How valid do you think your exorcism was, because the church has to have authority for the individual to do them. I know you mentioned she specialises in that stuff, however stat's show sometimes it can take up to 75 exorcism through protestant way, Sometimes it can make it worse too. Hopefully all is well and those demons are gone for good. But what is your interpretation on that just a intriguing thought?
Hi thank you for your question. There is no doubt in my mind that God works in mysterious ways. And I do believe that for a proper exorcism, under normal circumstances that it should be preformed in the church. However on the other hand God is merciful and loves us. And so I believe in His mercy towards me He delivered me from those demons. Yes He did it through the Protestant women. But it was ultimately Him who delivered me knowing full well it needed to happen then. My life afterwards was not perfect by any means and I did fall away from my faith about a year later to explore the new age...which ultimately led me to the true church. So there is no doubt in my mind that I received a true deliverance by the Grace of God. Also when they were cast out of me, they infact did not leave me as they knew I was fearful of them and did not know my power in Christ to make them leave me alone. And although they were no longer inside of me, they were around me and wound hold my wrists down every time I tried to lift them up to worship God in my bedroom. The tortured me and tormented me even after the deliverance, but the difference being they did it from outside of me instead of inside, after I left the house that they tormented me in, always in my bedroom, they never followed me ..they stayed behind. But I carried the fear of them for over 10 years and especially in the first few years I was terrified of seeing them again...but I never did. Now...Glory to God, I know my power and strength in Christ and am no longer afraid. So it wasn't a perfect exorcism or deliverance. But again. God was merciful to me, because those demons wanted me to commit suicide..they would flood my mind with thoughts of killing myself and doing bad things to myself, and doing bad things in general. When they left it was a dramatic difference in my body and mind. I believe that if the exorcism happened in the true church I wouldn't have still struggled for so many years after as I would have been given correct teaching and the Holy Spirit...but this was God's will for me. He obviously had alotnto teach me and build within me for the purposes He has for me and so I don't question as to why He did this or that. But I do know that God loves us very much and so in my suffering helped me when I needed it most. God bless you.
My cousin and I would try to call in spirits to do things around the house, like move the clocks. I would talk to spirits and try to have them come into my body and talk through me...etc. I'm not sure if this was the source of demons entering but I'm sure it did not help.

God is merciful, I'm just grateful that He delivered me then instead of having me wait over 15 years until I met a priest to preform the exorcism....I probably would have been dead by then if I had to live with them in me that long... considering I was suicidal and those demons wanted me dead. Also when they were cast out of me, they infact did not leave me as they knew I was fearful of them and did not know my power in Christ to make them leave me alone. And although they were no longer inside of me, they were around me and wound hold my wrists down every time I tried to lift them up to worship God in my bedroom. The tortured me and tormented me even after the deliverance, but the difference being they did it from outside of me instead of inside, after I left the house that they tormented me in, always in my bedroom, they never followed me ..they stayed behind. But I carried the fear of them for over 10 years and especially in the first few years I was terrified of seeing them again...but I never did. Now...Glory to God, I know my power and strength in Christ and am no longer afraid. So it wasn't a perfect exorcism or deliverance. But again. God was merciful to me, because those demons wanted me to commit suicide..they would flood my mind with thoughts of killing myself and doing bad things to myself, and doing bad things in general. When they left it was a dramatic difference in my body and mind. I believe that if the exorcism happened in the true church I wouldn't have still struggled for so many years after as I would have been given correct teaching and the Holy Spirit...but this was God's will for me. He obviously had alotnto teach me and build within me for the purposes He has for me and so I don't question as to why He did this or that. But I do know that God loves us very much and so in my suffering helped me when I needed it most. God bless you.

My cousin and I would try to call in spirits to do things around the house, like move the clocks. I would talk to spirits and try to have them come into my body and talk through me...etc.
I'm not sure if this was the source of demons entering but I'm sure it did not help.

The law of God is the great moral standard of righteousness. This the apostle declares is holy, just, and good. Romans 7:12. David says, "The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul." Psalm 19:7. Christ says, "If ye love me, keep my commandments." John 14:15. "If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you." John 15:7. "He that hath my commandments and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me; and he that loveth me, shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him." John 14:21. @@Narlesa It's what happened to me. It's God who delivered me, not a protestant. No human can save or deliver you. I don't need to claim anything, I just speak the truth that has happened to me. God is merciful, I'm just grateful that He delivered me then instead of having me wait over 15 years until I met a priest to preform the exorcism....I probably would have been dead by then if I had to live with them in me that long... considering I was suicidal and those demons wanted me dead. Dear Joel, no man or woman can take out demons by doing exorcisms, apart from orthodox priests... Have you shared that with your spiritual father?

No man, women or priest ca take out demons, only God can. And yes I have shared it with him and he does not say that it was impossible for God to do that through her.
