Right? I had to stop listening at the first one. Too hard and I've witnessed too much animal abuse and neglect first-hand.
Yeah, sounded to me more like the cat was having some kind of a fit. I'm hoping the owner took it to the vet before deciding it must be possessed.
Yeah, this makes me so angry. Sounds like bouts of epilepsy. It happens with bad breeding. I had a rabbit when I was a kid that had such sudden fits, didn't live past 1.5 years, poor thing

I'd like to tell you guys a story that happened to me about 13 years ago. I'm an English teacher here in Brazil. Back then I had decided to move to the Southern part of the country in a city called Porto Alegre. I worked in a school there for about 6 months. It was a rather tall building. It had a couple of classrooms on the ground floor, a marketing department on the following floors, a cantina on the floor above that one and a larger classroom on the top floor. One evening I was teaching in that very classroom on the top floor. It was larger than the other classrooms. On that evening, I had only one student in the classroom. I would talk to the student and then I would turn back to the whiteboard. At a certain moment while I was turning around to face the whiteboard I saw a black shadow, human like, walk straight into the wall about a meter or so away from me. I froze. I slowly turned to my student and asked if he saw what I had seen. He didn't understand what was going on. I tried to continue the class like nothing had happened. After I gave that class, I really felt uncomfortable every time I gave classes in it. I told some people about what had happened to me. What I had seen. The cleaning lady told me she would hear sounds of movement in rooms that were empty, opening and closing of doors when there weren't anyone in the rooms. Two girls from the marketing department had told me that one day while they were in the cantina, they saw an old man stare down at them from the classroom on the top floor, they had never seen him at the school before. Every day that I went home, I remember there was this window near the top floor that would always remain open and I would have this paranoia that something was staring at me from the darkness within. One thing that really shook me was when the cleaning lady told me that before that building turned into a English school, it used to be a driving school. There was a robbery and an elderly gentleman didn't comply to the demands of one of the assailants. He was shot and killed there. Every night, 2 girls and I would close up the school alone. Imagine the fear stamped on my face to turn off the lights on the top floor. We would turn off the lights and then run all the way to the bottom. I never found out if the stories were true. I know what I saw though. I've never forgotten it.

This was an isolated incident. My grandmother fell out of her window and broke a few bones and her nose. About a week after her injuries were healed she accidentally tripped on the back patio stairs. I took her to the hospital and she had a small fracture. Her sister just so happened to be visiting when this happened and my parents were overseas. We take her home and everything is fine for a while. About 11pm, after she fell asleep, I heard something call out "HELP ME!" and a series of banshee screams. I step out in the hallway, panicking, and I see her sister coming as well. Pretty sure we were both thinking. "do you hear this shit?" We open her door and she was fast asleep with a pillow over her head. As for the argument that she was having a nightmare, her sister heard it across the entire house and I heard it through my headphones. The pillow covering her face would have at least muffled the voice. The voice was scarily clear. She's doing well now, all things considered.
It was just that one lone incident, nothing major to note since.

I lived in a old house in Jacksonville Florida. Someone lived upstairs and there were people who lived down stairs. Me and a friend was sitting on the couch and I kept seeing out of the corner of my eye a young black boy in the corner of the mirror. I was told he shows up there ever so often. Come to find out,there was a black family that lived up there at one time. The young boy died up there from a fire that broke out. Everytime I went over I seen this child. Another time in Alaska, I went to a village to cook for the guys that were doing work over there. I'm thinking a piece of cake. The first morning,got coffee going and I kept hearing something knocking on the door. I looked and nothing was there. I went out to see if it was one of the guys. There was no body there. I found out this village was haunted. They said that at night the cross on the hill would light up at night. No one was up there. This was my first time to deal with the paranormal. Needless to say, I left and never went back.

@@QiriyieHow exactly is this neglect? The story doesn't say the paranormal investigator was her first call. Presumably she called a vet first. Hell, the woman works in medicine, presumably a nurse, according to the story. It doesn't need to be outright stated that the woman called a vet. We call those reasonable assumptions
I like these stories. They're not the same everyone repeat over and over all the time.
Longleat House is most definitely haunted. I live only about 20 minutes away and have been many times. Never seen spirits but the upper floors and the stables have really odd vibes.
I listen to many scary stories on RUclips, and while there have been the ones that left me unsurprisingly spooked, the first story in this video with the poor boy and the cat was the first to make me tear up. I lost my sweet cat a few days after Thanksgiving, and I still think of her often and keep her urn on my nightstand. Hearing the line about the cat purring loudly in the small bedroom after the investigator told the boy how to befriend the cat really touched me.
I sometimes have the impression that my cat jump on my bed at night, or he's on a chair in the kitchen because it seems heavier than usual. The issue is that my cat died 2 years ago. I'm sure he's still lingering here somehow.

Not sure how long and what decides when they go, but I’ve had cats my whole life and have had several pass on over the decades, especially since we take in street cats when we’re able to and the others’ don’t mind. I like to think I’ve got a whole pack of ghost cats following me around 🥹🥹

My first encounter with the paranormal happened when I was a kid. The incident began when I was sleeping in bed and woke up on the damn ceiling and falling back in my bed once my eyes opened. Afterwards I felt as though I was being watched all the time, doors would close on its own & knocking noises.
I’m laying in bed one night reading a comic book and I got this feeling of someone’s presence right next to me & then I see my mattress go down as if someone just sat down.
No one believed me until the ghost decided to terrorize my little brothers at night and I would know this because they would scream suddenly.
One day the ghost decided to show me who they really were & that image hasn’t left my memory till this very day. It was a lady with no face standing there watching me from my back door but the feeling of dread & fear was so strong that it took a breath from me.
My parents didn’t believe us until the ghost turned her attention towards them. We moved out pretty fast after that & ever since I can feel if the paranormal is near. I’m an adult now but I am terrified of a ouija board or anything close to it because I feels a though that’s a gateway to bring her back into my life

We heard a knock on the door , our front door had 3 little windows on it so my cousin she looks out and smiles. Opens door and goes where did he go , we where did who go the guy with a mustache he looked at and smiled , but when she opened the door he was gone . But after that we all would see him in the house was he who haunted the house or did we let him in that day and now more spirits
Opening the door is bassically an invitation for whoever. Or whatever it is. As far as I've heard at least. If there's knocking on your door. But you don't see anyone or anything causing it. Your never supposed to open it. Alot of the times. With paranormal stuff. They say it gives it more power. And access to your entire home/land!

More background on Cheese: he’s a perfectly normal, happy 1 or 2 year old puppy who loves to play fetch with squeaky balls and the two girls are being bratty 18 and 20 year olds bummed that they have to put their social lives aside for 4 short days while their parents take a long weekend and ask them to watch 3 adorable Cavalier King Charles puppies.
Stay away from that trapdoor. Cause there's something down there. Old plasticine kids show. Trapdoor is gotta be late 80's early 90's. Was a kid in Australia on ABC TV. You'll know the song if you hear it. Blue monster and a skull. Cool.
Maybe the deer was a not-deer. Haven’t heard of them in Texas but they’re well known in Appalachia.

These are not spirits of dead persons they are demons. There are many types of demons who live amongst us. Some you can see some you can’t.

I am here as well to comment on the fact that if your pet starts acting strange it's best to take them to the vet as quick as possible.
I love listening to these stories and even though I don't believe in the paranormal or religious stuff I know that people most of the time have very real sensations and reactions, just only interprets these things the wrong way. So personal stories from people I have no issue with but when it comes to "Paranormal Investegations" and the likes those people just need to stop and start living in the real world. So in the story with the cat, I do believe that there was a sick cat, maybe not a sick cat they interacted with, but the rest of that "speaking to spirits" BS irks me the wrong way.
I love this stuff, love horror movies and all the supernatural fantasies around the creepy and horrific but it is just fantasy and just as made up as Star Wars or Lord of the Rings. And I wouldn't be using these to calm my nerves when it's time to sleep if I had any doubt about it being fantasy.
The brain is strange and complex in many ways and we as humans are really bad at interpreting some of the things that goes on in the brain when we are under stress, depressed, overwhelmed or desperate. This type of strain on the mind will start affecting you and if you are in a place in life where you might be going through something life changing crisis or other big event then depending on your believes and ideas that mental stress will manifest itself in whatever way makes sense to you.
I think I heard or read some story either on this channel or another spookTuber, very recently, just can't remember exactly where I saw/heard it. It was someone telling of their night terrors (I can realate, I hade these in my late teens and early twenties, really scary thing to have to experience). Either way, this guy or girls said that they were plagued by these nightly happenings and when they finally called out to Jesus the felt an uplifting sensation and saw the light of god after which the night terrors stopped. This is however not what happened, god stepping in to banish the demons. I am not doubting that they interpreted that experience just like they told but they had a crisis of the mind which resulted in a psychosis of sorts. Some people will have the same type of psychosis but if they aren't very religous they might themselves feel like they are super human and know how to solve all the problems in the world.
Sorry for the long tangent, TL;DR:
None of this spooky stuff is real but it doesn't make it any less enjoyable if you can suspend your disbelief. Everyone experiences spooks during their lifespan, they might feel real but they are just brain farts. Also, if your pet starts acting strange then take it to the vet!
