Lived in a haunted house. Myself, wife and 2 daughters all experienced paranormal activity. We moved out after 2 years and the new owners actually contacted us to ask if we had ever experienced something strange there. When we told of our account, they proceeded to tell us about their much more frightening encounters. They moved within a year.
Shared a room with my little sister, her bed faced the hall, which led to the bathroom. She told me she wanted to sleep in my bed because the man in the hallway scares her. After constant reassuring I would always be able to get her to sleep. But one night, I saw her shaking. I looked down the hallway, as I always did and there was a man with bent backwards legs in the hallway. Getting chills typing this. I screamed and my dad opened his door, which was between us and the bathroom and blocked the view. When the lights came on we couldn’t see him. We chose to keep our door shut from then on.
My house had a ghost. My mom's husband had died in the house. 5years latter came me. When I was about 7 i got my own room. Almost every night my door would open a crack then close. Like someone was checking on me, or saying goodnight. Other family members have stayed they too have had various experiences in childhood home. I like to think my mom's husband was just checking in on his family and house he built.
I have a few stories. Permission granted to use this one however you see fit. When I was a teenager my family moved from the country to the main town in the area where we lived. While were looking for a place to live my parents asked me for my opinions on each of the houses we looked at and having a fairly independent personality I was a bit biased in favor of those houses that had detached bedrooms. We ended up picking a house with an external structure that had two rooms, not originally bedrooms but not too hard to convert. The one that ended up being my bedroom initially had a chemical smell but that disappeared after some extensive cleaning. Once I started sleeping in that room I started having nightmares every night. At first I assumed I was just stressed about switching to a new high school. Occasionally when I was in there I started hearing a ticking sound, like a small clock but 4 ticks per second. I'd occasionally try to find out what was making the sound but never did. After about 6 months I was in my room doing homework while my parents were out and this voice from the middle of the room started insulting me (generic insults like saying I'm ugly, stupid, etc; I don't think it ever gave any indication that it knew anything about me). For the rest of the evening it would start up with the insults whenever I was there alone but shut up whenever I tried to show anyone. After a while I said something to it like "you scared me at first but now you're just annoying" and it stopped talking never to speak to me again. A couple of years after that we moved to a different house, which is where my little sister also started hearing the ticking sound. However, that became less and less frequent and eventually stopped. That's the only time I've ever been haunted, all my other stories seem to be one-off encounters.
Never lived in a haunted house but always had a fascination with the paranormal ever since I was young. My folks took me to a couple haunted locations and funny enough they each had their own experiences that made them believers but I never really had one. That was until the ghost bridge in my state, I saw a pair of headlights on the other side of the bridge but I couldn't see a car attached to it and it didn't move the entire time me and my friend observed it nor did we see anyone get out and then finally it drove downwards the bridge was built on a slope and the lights never came back up.

I've never experienced anything paranormal, but I've kept a horseshoe above my door since I was a teen. I always thought it was an "Irish" thing, but it's nice to hear its being used in other parts of the world.
When I was a toddler, my parents would frequently find me outside by our brick wall looking up a little ways and “talking to grandpa”. I would be able to describe dead relatives that I had never had the chance to meet, and was even able to describe my great great grandmas house layout, down to her green couch- she had passed decades before I was born, and my family had never told me about her before.
I’ve had several experiences in my home and in other places as well. I think my husband is a magnet for negative energy, since most of the encounters involve him. He was stationed in Spain while serving in the USN and lived in a haunted apartment, it’s where these things began and he brought them back to the US… scary stuff has happened to both of us as a result…

i live in a haunted house i have seen plenty of apparitions and i have had a char slammed in to my door which meant a had to force my way into my room and i have had dreams of the same man for years now but the most common one is shadows of a man sometimes been on the wall when there is no one there
I’ve had 2 instances growing up that were really chilling. I was an avid skeptic and honestly I can not explain what I had seen till this day and now open to possibilities.
I lived in a haunted house after id gone through divorce. Started off as bangs, footsteps...soon it became slamming doors,things being thrown at my bedroom door during the night ( my shoes) and message's left on the bathroom mirror. I actually drove myself to say it wasn't real and suffered a mental breakdown. Soon a physic came who knew my mother,he found there was four spirits. A child, two women and a very very angry man! After a year and my health decline i moved thankfully. The house is now boarded up and hasn't been lived in for mow nine years.

Had nonstop sleep paralysis for four years living in a pioneer home in Oregon. Saw black mist apparitions during the sleep paralysis the entire time. I'm so glad I don't live there anymore. It hasn't happened to me since, knock on wood. A lot of other stuff in my life went wrong while I lived there too.
When I was 14, my family moved from a relatively modern neighborhood to a gorgeous walnut coloured brick ranch style house almost at the end of a red clay road that had never been paved. The road termiated in pine forests where people hunted for deer. That place was something else. Not a creepy house as much as a very "busy" area. We often heard either people or deer at the edge of the woods by our carport. When we encountered this, as soon as we looked directly at where a mixture of shadow, movement and twigs snapping emanated, it would morph a bit and melt back into the treeline. It didn't matter if we were silent, chatting, pointing it out to each other, if we so much as moved our eyes towards it, it became self conscious and receeded with the same visuals and sounds it had originally manifested in. Except for the night that it didn't. One night around 10 or so, my mother came home from work. She parked her car and encountered our visitors. She was crabby and tired. She apparently felt suddenly compelled to say "don't be shy" under her breath as she closed her car door and glanced back at where she'd seen it. This time, per my mom, it was perfectly still and in the moonlight, began to aquire more definitive shape and substance... All I know for sure is what I saw, which was her tearing through the backdoor in a brisk stomping stride, yelling at whatever she thought she saw that if it didn't move on, she'd beat it to death with a baseball bat. All 5'2 of her puffed up like the Tasmanian devil with huge eyes and a clenched jaw. I know my mom. She was very, very frightened and whatever was there terrified her headlong into fight or flight. My sister and i went out with flashlights and one of our neighbors. Didn't see anything but trees. It took an hour to calm momma down and convince her she wasn't about to have a reckoning with anything. I don't think she made it up. That's not her style of prank. We found out six months later that our street ended at what was originally called Devil's Swamp.
I’ve had a ton of crazy experiences at the house I grew up in, there was a kid who murdered his parents next door before we moved in and a preachers son died in the house itself. There were phantom hands shadows unexplained sounds handprints in mirrors that didn’t match anyones in the house and even worse. Also a lot of sleep paralysis nights and nightmares
THIS IS A LONG STORY BUT TRUE & QUITE SWEET. When i was a little girl about 5yrs I was walking with my Grandmother who was a wise woman, healer & artist ( painter) We often took walks in the heavy wooded area where she & my Grandfather lived. Mainly Oaks & Beeches, we'd often take a rug & picnic basket & find a little Dell or clearing then set out our food & drinks Id sit & make Daisy Chains or collect wildflowers for pressing Or just making a bunch of the prettiest blooms for my Mum. I clearly remember this day, despite the many years ago it was, there was a green aura about the place but it was nice not at all frightening! Id never, or have i ever, been afraid whilst in the woods. That day was delightful, sunny & dappled green, a buzz in the air from the insects & i felt very happy. I lay down on my tummy, looking through the grass stalks, feeling the cool silky grass & the "green" Smell when i focused in front of my vision, i saw a glint, so scrambled away at the grass roots, feeling with my little fingers, then felt something hard, metal, i brought it up to look closer & there in my palm was the tiniest silver Horseshoe. I was elated! I ran to my Granny to show her. We sat together as she brushed away the soil & dried undergrass & she looked hard at it, turning it over & over, it was the size of her thumbnail. She said in her wondering voice that she thought it was real because there were the tiniest holes around the Horseshoe where the nails would go to afix it to the hoof. Incredulously she teased out with her nail, the merest sliver of metal, thin as a human hair, from one of the horseshoe nail holes & carefully laid it in her palm It was the teeniest tiny Blacksmiths nail with the slanted head they have, to fit comfortably into the shoe, once its on the horses hoof. It wasnt a charm from a bracelet or anything because the holes around the tiny shoe were so miniscule in diameter, a metal loop to attach to a bracelet would never have gone through those holes. We both looked at each other in awe, my Granny said Its from the Fairy Hunt! Its a sacred ritual that no human is allowed to witness else they can never return to the human world ever again! This worried me & i pulled my hand away from hers as she held the tiny Horseshoe But she said it was ok, we hadnt seen anything we shouldnt have & she told me that Fairy Folk wouldnt have left the horseshoe if they'd wanted it & they left it for me! I was incredibly happy about this My Granny used to carry allsorts of interesting things in her big coat pockets & so she found a small matchbox, emptied out the contents - back into her pocket! Gathered some Dandelion Fluff, laid it in the box & placed my tiny Silver horseshoe inside, closed it & put it into my pocket! I did get it checked out once at a Jeweller who confirmed it was pure silver AND hand wrought Not made in a mould etc He said it was an odd little thing Quite intriguing. I had this for many years & with countless moves around the country & abroad, somewhere along the way i lost it! Never had a clue to where id misplaced it or how long it had been gone before i realised it wasnt there anymore I chose to believe it found its way back to the folk who made it. I have had a lucky, happy, bountiful life with excellent health & with healthy children & grandchildren so if it was meant to bring me luck & protection id say it fulfilled its promise. Sorry it was long & not that spooky or spectacular but it was wonderous & " other" & i felt privileged to have owned it for a while! Thank you & regards 🇬🇧👧
I used to stay in one of the haunted hotel (it was built on top a cemetery and still surrounded by cemetery). I had a ghost hand holding the back of my head while I was washing my hair at night. I got my bed shaken in the middle of the night (it was not an earthquake as my glass of water on my bedside table was still but the entire bed was shaking)
I grew up with the ghost stories about the woods in the neighborhood. As children my friends and me played there and tried to find some of the ghosts, lights or other stuff. But we never encountered something spooky. Many people tell their stories about this wood but I believe those stories are nothing more than that.
Not everyone experiences the parsnormal. Most who do, don't go out looking for it, it just happens while they are busy with other things. Even here in Zimbabwe, people experience these things. I had a skeptical brother who experienced it after being warned by my uncle and aunt a number of times, concerning a certain path he used when going to our uncle's home. He had an experience one day with one of our cousins. To this day he gets visibly scared narrating the story. It shook him to the core. My father and his siblings grew up in the villages, where it's most prominent. They had a couple of experiences between them. So it's normal to think they are mere stories when you have not experienced it yourself. I think it's a normal reaction

I’ve had and have on caught on my cctv inside and outside my house. At this time I was living in my own and was very much suffering through a life changing accident. After many years later and could start living again. To put into perspective I suffered so much pain and what turned out after going to my doctors an MRI. The hospital missed a fractured back. So I didn’t know this yet just put up with 2 years of real pain not eating or sleeping. I was so unhappy to put it lightly. So this is a brief history of why I’m writing this. It started by me checking my cctv. I saw the most incredible thing. There were orbs not dust or anything as I wouldn’t be telling you this. I’ve not put anything on you tube but I love to watch it. I don’t even have face book. Like I said I had pain on another level! So I was blow away with what I was seeing but within minutes it looked like it was snowing in my living room , where I was watching with orbs!!! Kind story short I’ve evp’s footage and audio from a sleep app. So if you sleep talk it rec. I used it for another reason. I couldn’t sleep at night as all I can hear is people talking but muffled so you couldn’t tell what one person was saying. It was like they were having . some sort of party but the music was from like the 50s/40s? Clinking glasses feet on hard floors. I had to use an audio book to drown it out. The. There was the knocking , turned into banging. Doors opening and slamming shut. My cat was couldn’t get any closer to me but you can see his head moving ingordaround all while I’m in bed. Looking around like he watching something or someone walking past. It was getting out of hand! When I payed back the next morning the sleep app I can clearly hear had shoes walking into the bedroom and up to my bed then walking away. I was drained in pain and scared. You see I’ve got hard floor downstairs. Upstairs is completely covered in a thick underlay and then a thick carpet. I didn’t know what to do even after sageing the house twice. Then one night the doorbell rang as I would wait to go to bed until I could sleep. Anyway it’s just a simple doorbell with just one setting . Ding dong. That’s it. Who ever the doorbell rang at 3am but instead of normal it barked same as a dog. None stop. I noted the time and looked at my cctv next day. And I saw what rang the bell. I had no where to turn to and was even on the brink of not wanting to be here anymore. Anther night I heard growling!! Then I opened my closet and a girls voice clearly asked me for help!! I ignored it then a loud voice shouted at me to GET OUT!!! Then the down stairs doors slammed 3 times so hard I thought they would be broken on the floor . All I say is true and have all the evidence to back it up. Except the girl and man shouting as it was a complete surprise. There's 3 incidences I went through that have stayed with me. The worst one was my 1st one. After doing research on this house, it was no longer just scary. It became extremely sad too. Took us over a year but, we finally cleansed that house. The little boy is now at Peace. It's a lengthy story with all the details and facts. The creepiest one ever was my last and it involved myself, older brother, his fiance, our dad and my friend Mark. My brother straight up vanished for 27 minutes then he came walking out his room. We were just in there and we tore it up looking for him. Our dad was no longer a sceptic after that. If you'd like to hear the rest, just ask and I'll accommodate.
The “horseshoe” one - where you put horseshoes at doorways is also old English (and rest of UK I think) lore as well. I live in Australia and have horseshoes and front and rear of my house.
I’ve definitely had weird things happen, especially when I was alone. Also sometimes get an eerie feeling, like if I’m not alone & although no one’s around I’d get chills out of nowhere. The kind where the hairs on your arms stand up.
You could ask whatever is there to leave. Give your home a good clean then offer a prayer according to your religious belief. Do this on a good bright day, leave all your windows and doors open. Then, get a packet of sea salt fine type and after saying the full name of all the home occupants who can live in the house, ask all else to leave the home, 'you cannot stay here, please leave' Then sprinkle a line across the window's sill and close the window. Go on and do the same to all the other openings, windows and doors. Do the same for main door, last and close it after you have sprinkled salt across the outside of your door. You will feel a difference and no longer feel like someone unseen is there with you. Hopefully, you will be well after it. Repeat as and when necessary. Worked for me.
I had some unexplained experiences, but my aunt has a really terrifying experience that happened to her pre Hurricane Katrina that scares the hell out of me.
I have an Interesting story. One time I had my boyfriend come over and I told him that my house is haunted. More like things like to follow me around. That night I noticed he was out of it, like he wasn’t really there in the moment, and I help people who are like that a lot. So I tried to help him, I brought him over to the couch in my living room, he’s eyes get wide and he points at two things. I didn’t know what was going on but it scared me, he said something like “stop looking at me” I don’t really remember the exact phrase. I am used to seeing things stare at me so I was curious. I asked him what does the thing look like, he said it’s a teen boy, and he said he has blonde hair. I froze up, I asked more about him and he said he has a scar. I looked at him and said “is the scar here?” I glided my hand from the right side of my cheek to my chin. He said no but showed it in the same spot I did. He was scared so I threw a pillow in the direction he was looking in. He looked better, I kept asking him what he saw and he said that he had freckles and was holding a civil war gun. I asked if the guy had any emotions on his face, my boyfriend said he looked sad and when I threw the pillow he said it looked like a cannon hit him but then later he said he disappeared through the ceiling with a cloud at the bottom of his feet. Then I asked who the second thing he pointed at looked like and he asked me if he did because he only remembered pointing at the boy. Yet in the moment when he saw the two he said it was white. Some background on what I have witnessed I have seen the same boy he described but not as a teen but as a little boy who likes hiding and playing games with me. Like hide and seek, or me chasing him. I have seen his back and it’s the same boy he described. I also have seen his face peek up from the end of my bed and just stare at me. I also have seen a white thing that looks around corners and likes watching me. It did scare me later because when he went home he called me and told me that he thinks something was watching him through the crack of his door, and he said that he thinks he brought something home. But he has told me about this stuff happening at his house a lot and my house doesn’t feel like anything left. Another story, I have been to his house and I remember laying down in his bed with him and I closed my eyes and I saw an older women yelling at me to leave. She said I was not welcomed there, but she also seemed like she meant that everyone wasn’t welcomed even my boyfriend’s family. I talked to his sister about it and she said that there is an older man and child spirt there, I might have scared here when I told her that there wasn’t a child spirt in there home. I said that there is an older man that doesn’t mean any harm to them but I also said that there is an older woman who would hurt them because “this is not their home”. The sister told me before they bought the house an older woman who lived alone died in their home. Good lord was I freaked out. I didn’t tell them that the child spirt was there but it didn’t feel like a spirt of a child, more like something pretending to be. Later, like weeks later I brought up the topic again and I asked when the activity started and he said he didn’t remember. I remembered they had a cat and I asked was it after she died and he said yes. I believe cats ward off evil and when she died he would wake up with scratches down he’s chest and he would have this feeling of being watched. I mean if you do believe in ghost and the paranormal it is pretty cool about this. Yet it can all be explained with basic paranoia, yet parts of me does believe in the paranormal and another part believes in facts over fiction. I have more stories since I have seen things since I was very young.
I have experienced something couples of time during a visit to my childhood home. In asian, Its common for house to have a grave of one's relative in the front yard, for my case it was my grandma's. I don't know about her too much, since her passed on back when I was 2, though my mom always said that my grandma adore me quite a lot. My childhood house was an old traditional khmer house with a second floor, it was at least 30 years old. even since I was a kid, I was never fond of the house, it gave me a really weird vibe and I would never went in alone even during the day. It was 6 years after our last visit to the house after it was sold off to one of our relative. even after all that time I still feel weird seeing the house, I always feel like someone is staring at me but everytime i checked, I would always found nothing. later that day during the night at around 3AM, I woken up needed to go to the restroom. Everyone was sleeping at that time and the restroom was close so I thought it would be fine to go alone, thinking that if something happened I could just scream and everyone would come running for me. I slept in a room with everyone, and the restroom was just across the small hall. Even though it was small, there were a window in the middle of the hall. the window was opened. I still feel the staring sensation but I gave it no mind since I was still half a sleep. When I started walking closer to the window, I felt the stare becoming more intent. We were sleeping on the second floor so even if there was someone under the house it would be impossible to see anyone who is not standing to the window. I thought maybe someone is just standing under the house, since in my home town its not rare for people to already be up especially the elderly. So I started to walk toward the window, suddenly the window slam shut like there was a huge wind hit it, but there was no such thing, since I would've felt it. I was a bit startle by it. I paid it no mind and kept walking toward my destination, since those kind of window does it all the time. moment after I stopped thinking about it there was a sound of knocking on the window and then a female voice echoed " Where are you heading? " . I thought It was just my mom, I looked around trying to find her to no avail, I started to freaked out. Then the voice echoed again " where are you heading? I'll take you there. ". I couldn't open my mouth to say anything, I only stared at the window where the voice came from. I saw a shadow behind the closed window. That was the last thing I remember after being woken up by my dad, who was a bit confused to see my sleeping outside while wetting myself. Later, in our car on our way back home, I told my parents about it. They were shocked for a bit then my mom look back at me and smiled, she told me, maybe I was visited by my grandma, since she is sleeping close to the house. I asked what she meant, she told me that my grandma's grave was right in front of the house. and told me that she probably missed me since she didn't get see me much when she was alive and only visited once after years I haven't visited my childhood house after that encounter, though I never felt anymore staring sensation after that day, I hope what I saw that night was actually my grandma. apologies for the bad grammar, English is not my first language. thank for reading.
@@sacaz9947 my aunt moved into a haunted house in Arizona. We were there for a family reunion. The first night my grandmother woke the whole house up screaming that a man opened the front door and ran and hid in the closet. Nobody inside. The second night, I was sleepwalking all over the house before my mom found me following a dim blue light. The third night, the whole family was heading back to the house after dinner at a restaurant, they were arguing about something (I was like 5) as we stepped into the house (still daylight), the home phone tape answering machine started to blast a screeching white noise and when it stopped, her office chair did a super fast 360 and stopped perfectly facing the whole group of us. At that point, we got a hotel and she moved out about a month later. My father was stunned. Keep in mind he’s an ex Vietnam war vet, and super dismissive of all things “woowoo” as he would call it. But that moment changed his tune forever.
Yes, bunches when I was a kid and teenager, some now that I've gotten older. It makes me know "There are more things in heaven and Earth, Horatio, / Than are dreamt of in your philosophy".

That story was actually mine! For some reason, my old computer wouldn't let me open my chats, but I just got a new laptop and was able to see that the RUclipsr that posted this had sent me the link to this video. Gale has stopped being as active, but she (I just feel like she's a she, it's just a feeling I have, I don't know how to explain it) but she does still move things around. She even did it in front of my supervisor! My supervisor isn't my best friend's aunt anymore, she quit several months ago, but we now have a supervisor who is closer in age to me. We were chilling in the maintenance room, and Gale just shoved a cart across the room. My supervisor hadn't been told about her yet, so I just let him know it was just Gale, and that she likes to play pranks. He didn't like it very much and was kind of freaked out lol. I have learned that I can communicate with Gale by placing something round on the table, something that will rock back and forth. I can ask her yes or no questions, one rock for yes, two for no, and she'll use it to communicate. She doesn't mess with my machines anymore, either, I think she realized it kind of annoyed me. I do still see movement in the corner of my eye in the washer room. I've also told the morning person about Gale, and she was also freaked out and got pretty spooked. I told her about it when she was still working as a CNA, but was placed on light duty because of a surgery she had to have and worked overnights in laundry for a while. I kind of spooked her, so she didn't like to be left alone in here haha, so that was my bad. Gale still hasn't shown any malicious intent, and I've been here for over a year. She just kind of hangs out with me, and it just makes me happy that she feels comfortable around me. All the other spirits I've encountered have been violent or malicious, so this is a really nice change.

Ive hallucinated and had many "strange" experiences but these were all due to medications. I would invite the idea of having a true paranormal experience.
Dont try to find out anything about "Gale" leave it alone. There's no way to know if it's truly benign or even human. Even a 1 in a million chance of it being demonic means it's not worth engaging with it. Ignore it as much as you can and stop communicating. This world is for the living.
The demon in the walls is her own personality. Fad Built her room dad tries to build her a den, but she hated it. Dad gives her his phone, but it’s supposedly doesn’t work. Dad buys her a new phone. She decides to go store of dark energy to buy spell candles to get rid of something full of dark energy.. the big black thing she fears is the emptiness in her skull. And possibly her heart.
I've had many spiritual experiences. The home I live in now is also haunted. We think the spirits here are my grandmother's mother and her dad. My aunt, who used to live in the home I do now, said that her ex bfs spirit is here as well. I don't take videos in my home because there is also a spirit that likes to scream in the videos. None of them bother us though. And in the mornings the spirit that we think is my great grandmother likes to sing and whistle and she hums. My son that is 11 now has always told us since he was around 4 that he seen people in our home. He use to reach out to them and would talk to them while I was cleaning the house. And my pets sit at night and follow something around with their head like someone is playing with them. We also get pleasant smells and cold patches.
Regarding the horse shoe effect, I heard about this usage when our class was guided around some old houses I believe could be from back in time when they believed in witches. I guess I believe they still can exist, but I don't think they necessarily are evil. More like a Shaman. story of gale reminds me of a song by local band. about a guy who goes to a gas station and as he is about to put a coin in the jukebox, a ghost of his old flame shows up and beckons him to follow. he actually does take her hand but refuses to follow her as it is not yet his time. she begins to leave but he calls after her that soon they will haunt together if she only waited for him. edit. lot of the older popular music made here was very doomer.
I had an experience with the Ouija board.. my mother had passed away a year or so before.. I went to Montreal and in Montreal my cousin being a Ouija board person.. I thought ok I or my wife won't touch the board just my cousin.. anyways I asked if my mother in law was there it replied yes.. I said ok tell us something nobody knows.. it spelled out ring and I forgive.. I had no idea about a ring anything.. my wife spoke up and said she had sold her mothers wedding ring.. I was stunned.. we had went back to Toronto later that weekend and we had so many strange things going on in the apartment.. knocks on bedroom door while sleeping and know one there the little girl was seeing her grand mother at the foot of her bed.. we later had the apartment blessed and things seemed to settle down.. but I remember speaking to a local medium and once she heard I used a Ouija board.. she would not come to our apartment and said do you know what you have done I was freaked out.. but as I said the apartment was blessed but I still felt like something was there we later moved and it ended.. and that was over 30 years ago
Just last night while I was sitting downstairs I saw a decorated card tacked to the wall “pop” off the tacks holding it in place and land halfway across the room.
I dont its much of anything, but growing up I would see things. Could be my mind making things up but when I was 7-10 I saw a small black figure under the lampost light. It short stubby legs and arms with another pair of arms on its head. Then at 14 I was on the porch at night and across the street next to the local church I saw a black figure just walk down out of view. Least terrifying for me because I was at home. Then the on that scared me the most was at 19yrs when I woke up suddenly. It was about 4am and my pillow was on the floor. The moonlight was shining in and when I picked up my pillow placing it next to me I looked back. Very suddenly a black arm went up and slid off the side of my bed. This one has stuck because well I was the only person awake and before hand I heard noises in the kitchen. Make of it what you will even I doubt myself.
I have had a few unexplainable things happen. But I wonder what country the first story is from. Because I currently live in Korea, and they have no concept of iron (or metal) deterring spirits. Funny story? I teach elementary school, and most kids believe in ghosts. When there is some little sound or strange thing in class, someone inevitably says "gwishin" (ghost) and everyone just accepts it. I can't remember what happened one day, it was something I found explainable (like air pressure causing a sound). But the kids were all on edge. So I explained it, and I added, "But this is a new building, and it's made of metal. So there are no ghosts here." They all looked at me like "What on earth, teacher?" (we're in a temporary container building that's all steel, sitting on steel girders, metal touching earth. Even if countless people died in the war, and there are unmoved graves/bodies possibly anywhere -- we ought to be safe from ghosts). They have no concept of iron or metal warding off ghosts. I laughed and explained it's from my culture. (Western, particularly U.K. region believes that iron wards off spirits and fae)

I was feeling depressed so I ate a bunch of pills and drank a lot of liquor. When I woke up, nothing was the same again. I saw the grim reaper outside the hotel fence. I have since seen shadow people and pyramid heads. I think now that I have been close to death, I have insight into a spiritual realm.

Dear tape library team, I’m looking back on this video and thought i should finally share my one and potentially only unexplained incident, the shadow/the shadow on the wall this story takes place when I was around 16 both my parents were at home as well as my then brother I’ll explain later on about what I mean by *then* no one other than us we’re in the house I repeat no one else besides us we’re in the house we never have visitors over during weekdays unless it’s my sister or a party in order for you to understand this story you need to understand a layout of the place in which this took place, the hallway and my bedroom ,our hallway has 5 doors the door on the left is the entry and exit to either enter or leave the living room the door on the far left was my little brother’s room the door next to his leads into the bathroom the door in the middle leads into my room and the door on the far right a couple of feet from mine is my parents room or the master bedroom. when someone approaches the entry of the living room door the light in the living room reflects upon a wall that leads straight into my room this wall can cast shadows of the person that approaches it because the light is just that bright, it was a rainy night thunder was going wild outside I was asleep I had a very exhausting day at school that day and was taking an after school nap which eventually led to me being in a deep sleep when I was overcome by an ominous feeling the feeling of someone or something staring down at me with malice malice so strong it shook me awake I instinctively woke up to find that my door which I know I closed because I’m overly protective of my belongings was wide open I was confused because I knew that before I went to take my nap I closed the door, in fact I locked it I tripled checked before my nap because like I said I’m overly protective of my room and my belongings I like my privacy leave me alone🤣 anyways before I could get up and close it I saw something or rather someone leaving my parents room,I could hear both my parents fast asleep in the living room which meant it couldn’t have been them my parents have a strict rule of going to sleep at 11pm sharp on weekdays this story took place in one of those days which means this took place before 11pm my brother was in his room and my sister who was in her early 20s wasn’t home in fact she didn’t live with us anymore so it wasn’t her this thing approached closer and closer to the middle of the hallway I could see it’s shadow it had a female like appearance I could see her dress her hair but the one thing I could vividly remember to this very day was it’s face through the shadow it had a grotesque inhumanly size jaw like that of a crocodile only this thing had the shape of a person again all I can see is their shadow but I can make out the features it then slowly cocked it’s head in my direction as it continued to walk right from my parent’s bedroom to the left past my room and through the hallway and then it disappeared, I was frozen with fear sweating profusely I wanted to scream I wanted to run I wanted to close my door as fast as possible but I couldn’t I couldn’t move it was like sleep paralysis only that I wasn’t laying down I can’t for the life of me even tell you what that thing was I never saw it again thank god and I never did tell anyone this story until now but the feeling I was overcome with is still there I still feel it as I type down this story and that’s a very very scary feeling to feel needless to say I endured a lot a lot of sleepless nights shortly after this happened, I wonder what was this thing? Where did it go? What did it want? My wife has seen huge, seven feet tall shadow figures in our house, once it apparently leaned over her in bed. Lived in a haunted house. Myself, wife and 2 daughters all experienced paranormal activity. We moved out after 2 years and the new owners actually contacted us to ask if we had ever experienced something strange there. When we told of our account, they proceeded to tell us about their much more frightening encounters. They moved within a year.

Shared a room with my little sister, her bed faced the hall, which led to the bathroom. She told me she wanted to sleep in my bed because the man in the hallway scares her. After constant reassuring I would always be able to get her to sleep. But one night, I saw her shaking. I looked down the hallway, as I always did and there was a man with bent backwards legs in the hallway. Getting chills typing this. I screamed and my dad opened his door, which was between us and the bathroom and blocked the view. When the lights came on we couldn’t see him. We chose to keep our door shut from then on.

My house had a ghost. My mom's husband had died in the house. 5years latter came me. When I was about 7 i got my own room. Almost every night my door would open a crack then close. Like someone was checking on me, or saying goodnight. Other family members have stayed they too have had various experiences in childhood home. I like to think my mom's husband was just checking in on his family and house he built.

When I was a teenager my family moved from the country to the main town in the area where we lived. While were looking for a place to live my parents asked me for my opinions on each of the houses we looked at and having a fairly independent personality I was a bit biased in favor of those houses that had detached bedrooms. We ended up picking a house with an external structure that had two rooms, not originally bedrooms but not too hard to convert. The one that ended up being my bedroom initially had a chemical smell but that disappeared after some extensive cleaning. Once I started sleeping in that room I started having nightmares every night. At first I assumed I was just stressed about switching to a new high school. Occasionally when I was in there I started hearing a ticking sound, like a small clock but 4 ticks per second. I'd occasionally try to find out what was making the sound but never did. After about 6 months I was in my room doing homework while my parents were out and this voice from the middle of the room started insulting me (generic insults like saying I'm ugly, stupid, etc; I don't think it ever gave any indication that it knew anything about me). For the rest of the evening it would start up with the insults whenever I was there alone but shut up whenever I tried to show anyone. After a while I said something to it like "you scared me at first but now you're just annoying" and it stopped talking never to speak to me again. A couple of years after that we moved to a different house, which is where my little sister also started hearing the ticking sound. However, that became less and less frequent and eventually stopped.
That's the only time I've ever been haunted, all my other stories seem to be one-off encounters.

Never lived in a haunted house but always had a fascination with the paranormal ever since I was young.
My folks took me to a couple haunted locations and funny enough they each had their own experiences that made them believers but I never really had one.
That was until the ghost bridge in my state, I saw a pair of headlights on the other side of the bridge but I couldn't see a car attached to it and it didn't move the entire time me and my friend observed it nor did we see anyone get out and then finally it drove downwards the bridge was built on a slope and the lights never came back up.
I found your channel less than a week ago, and have since watched most of your videos. It's awesome to see that number climb so noticeably in that time too- well deserved.

I've never experienced anything paranormal, but I've kept a horseshoe above my door since I was a teen. I always thought it was an "Irish" thing, but it's nice to hear its being used in other parts of the world.

When I was a toddler, my parents would frequently find me outside by our brick wall looking up a little ways and “talking to grandpa”. I would be able to describe dead relatives that I had never had the chance to meet, and was even able to describe my great great grandmas house layout, down to her green couch- she had passed decades before I was born, and my family had never told me about her before.
I’ve had several experiences in my home and in other places as well. I think my husband is a magnet for negative energy, since most of the encounters involve him. He was stationed in Spain while serving in the USN and lived in a haunted apartment, it’s where these things began and he brought them back to the US… scary stuff has happened to both of us as a result…

i live in a haunted house i have seen plenty of apparitions and i have had a char slammed in to my door which meant a had to force my way into my room and i have had dreams of the same man for years now but the most common one is shadows of a man sometimes been on the wall when there is no one there

I lived in a haunted house after id gone through divorce.
Started off as bangs, footsteps...soon it became slamming doors,things being thrown at my bedroom door during the night ( my shoes) and message's left on the bathroom mirror.
I actually drove myself to say it wasn't real and suffered a mental breakdown.
Soon a physic came who knew my mother,he found there was four spirits.
A child, two women and a very very angry man!
After a year and my health decline i moved thankfully.
The house is now boarded up and hasn't been lived in for mow nine years.

Had nonstop sleep paralysis for four years living in a pioneer home in Oregon. Saw black mist apparitions during the sleep paralysis the entire time. I'm so glad I don't live there anymore. It hasn't happened to me since, knock on wood. A lot of other stuff in my life went wrong while I lived there too.

When I was 14, my family moved from a relatively modern neighborhood to a gorgeous walnut coloured brick ranch style house almost at the end of a red clay road that had never been paved. The road termiated in pine forests where people hunted for deer. That place was something else. Not a creepy house as much as a very "busy" area. We often heard either people or deer at the edge of the woods by our carport. When we encountered this, as soon as we looked directly at where a mixture of shadow, movement and twigs snapping emanated, it would morph a bit and melt back into the treeline. It didn't matter if we were silent, chatting, pointing it out to each other, if we so much as moved our eyes towards it, it became self conscious and receeded with the same visuals and sounds it had originally manifested in.
Except for the night that it didn't.
One night around 10 or so, my mother came home from work. She parked her car and encountered our visitors. She was crabby and tired. She apparently felt suddenly compelled to say "don't be shy" under her breath as she closed her car door and glanced back at where she'd seen it. This time, per my mom, it was perfectly still and in the moonlight, began to aquire more definitive shape and substance...
All I know for sure is what I saw, which was her tearing through the backdoor in a brisk stomping stride, yelling at whatever she thought she saw that if it didn't move on, she'd beat it to death with a baseball bat. All 5'2 of her puffed up like the Tasmanian devil with huge eyes and a clenched jaw. I know my mom. She was very, very frightened and whatever was there terrified her headlong into fight or flight. My sister and i went out with flashlights and one of our neighbors. Didn't see anything but trees. It took an hour to calm momma down and convince her she wasn't about to have a reckoning with anything. I don't think she made it up. That's not her style of prank.
We found out six months later that our street ended at what was originally called Devil's Swamp.
I've had several experiences. Some very terrifying that I still have nightmares about it.

I’ve had a ton of crazy experiences at the house I grew up in, there was a kid who murdered his parents next door before we moved in and a preachers son died in the house itself. There were phantom hands shadows unexplained sounds handprints in mirrors that didn’t match anyones in the house and even worse. Also a lot of sleep paralysis nights and nightmares

THIS IS A LONG STORY BUT TRUE & QUITE SWEET.
When i was a little girl about 5yrs
I was walking with my Grandmother who was a wise woman, healer & artist ( painter)
We often took walks in the heavy wooded area where she & my Grandfather lived.
Mainly Oaks & Beeches, we'd often take a rug & picnic basket & find a little Dell or clearing then set out our food & drinks
Id sit & make Daisy Chains or collect wildflowers for pressing
Or just making a bunch of the prettiest blooms for my Mum.
I clearly remember this day, despite the many years ago it was, there was a green aura about the place but it was nice not at all frightening!
Id never, or have i ever, been afraid whilst in the woods.
That day was delightful, sunny & dappled green, a buzz in the air from the insects & i felt very happy.
I lay down on my tummy, looking through the grass stalks, feeling the cool silky grass & the "green"
Smell when i focused in front of my vision, i saw a glint, so scrambled away at the grass roots, feeling with my little fingers, then felt something hard, metal, i brought it up to look closer & there in my palm was the tiniest silver Horseshoe.
I was elated! I ran to my Granny to show her.
We sat together as she brushed away the soil & dried undergrass
& she looked hard at it, turning it over & over, it was the size of her thumbnail.
She said in her wondering voice that she thought it was real because there were the tiniest holes around the Horseshoe where the nails would go to afix it to the hoof.
Incredulously she teased out with her nail, the merest sliver of metal, thin as a human hair, from one of the horseshoe nail holes & carefully laid it in her palm
It was the teeniest tiny Blacksmiths nail with the slanted head they have, to fit comfortably into the shoe, once its on the horses hoof.
It wasnt a charm from a bracelet or anything because the holes around the tiny shoe were so miniscule in diameter, a metal loop to attach to a bracelet would never have gone through those holes.
We both looked at each other in awe, my Granny said
Its from the Fairy Hunt!
Its a sacred ritual that no human is allowed to witness else they can never return to the human world ever again!
This worried me & i pulled my hand away from hers as she held the tiny Horseshoe
But she said it was ok, we hadnt seen anything we shouldnt have & she told me that Fairy Folk wouldnt have left the horseshoe if they'd wanted it & they left it for me!
I was incredibly happy about this
My Granny used to carry allsorts of interesting things in her big coat pockets & so she found a small matchbox, emptied out the contents - back into her pocket!
Gathered some Dandelion Fluff, laid it in the box & placed my tiny Silver horseshoe inside, closed it & put it into my pocket!
I did get it checked out once at a Jeweller who confirmed it was pure silver AND hand wrought

Never had a clue to where id misplaced it or how long it had been gone before i realised it wasnt there anymore
I chose to believe it found its way back to the folk who made it.
I have had a lucky, happy, bountiful life with excellent health & with healthy children & grandchildren so if it was meant to bring me luck & protection id say it fulfilled its promise.

I used to stay in one of the haunted hotel (it was built on top a cemetery and still surrounded by cemetery). I had a ghost hand holding the back of my head while I was washing my hair at night. I got my bed shaken in the middle of the night (it was not an earthquake as my glass of water on my bedside table was still but the entire bed was shaking)
Have experienced a hand stroking my hair before in my home and I was alone then. Was creepy.

I grew up with the ghost stories about the woods in the neighborhood. As children my friends and me played there and tried to find some of the ghosts, lights or other stuff. But we never encountered something spooky.
Many people tell their stories about this wood but I believe those stories are nothing more than that.
Not everyone experiences the parsnormal. Most who do, don't go out looking for it, it just happens while they are busy with other things. Even here in Zimbabwe, people experience these things. I had a skeptical brother who experienced it after being warned by my uncle and aunt a number of times, concerning a certain path he used when going to our uncle's home. He had an experience one day with one of our cousins. To this day he gets visibly scared narrating the story. It shook him to the core. My father and his siblings grew up in the villages, where it's most prominent. They had a couple of experiences between them. So it's normal to think they are mere stories when you have not experienced it yourself. I think it's a normal reaction

I’ve had and have on caught on my cctv inside and outside my house. At this time I was living in my own and was very much suffering through a life changing accident. After many years later and could start living again. To put into perspective I suffered so much pain and what turned out after going to my doctors an MRI. The hospital missed a fractured back. So I didn’t know this yet just put up with 2 years of real pain not eating or sleeping. I was so unhappy to put it lightly. So this is a brief history of why I’m writing this. It started by me checking my cctv. I saw the most incredible thing. There were orbs not dust or anything as I wouldn’t be telling you this. I’ve not put anything on you tube but I love to watch it. I don’t even have face book. Like I said I had pain on another level! So I was blow away with what I was seeing but within minutes it looked like it was snowing in my living room , where I was watching with orbs!!! Kind story short I’ve evp’s footage and audio from a sleep app. So if you sleep talk it rec. I used it for another reason. I couldn’t sleep at night as all I can hear is people talking but muffled so you couldn’t tell what one person was saying. It was like they were having . some sort of party but the music was from like the 50s/40s? Clinking glasses feet on hard floors. I had to use an audio book to drown it out. The. There was the knocking , turned into banging. Doors opening and slamming shut. My cat was couldn’t get any closer to me but you can see his head moving ingordaround all while I’m in bed. Looking around like he watching something or someone walking past. It was getting out of hand! When I payed back the next morning the sleep app I can clearly hear had shoes walking into the bedroom and up to my bed then walking away. I was drained in pain and scared. You see I’ve got hard floor downstairs. Upstairs is completely covered in a thick underlay and then a thick carpet. I didn’t know what to do even after sageing the house twice. Then one night the doorbell rang as I would wait to go to bed until I could sleep. Anyway it’s just a simple doorbell with just one setting . Ding dong. That’s it. Who ever the doorbell rang at 3am but instead of normal it barked same as a dog. None stop. I noted the time and looked at my cctv next day. And I saw what rang the bell. I had no where to turn to and was even on the brink of not wanting to be here anymore. Anther night I heard growling!! Then I opened my closet and a girls voice clearly asked me for help!! I ignored it then a loud voice shouted at me to GET OUT!!! Then the down stairs doors slammed 3 times so hard I thought they would be broken on the floor .
All I say is true and have all the evidence to back it up. Except the girl and man shouting as it was a complete surprise. I’m sharing this with you and if you want to talk more about it then get in touch. Or leave a comment . My name Stephen. Keep up the good work.
There's 3 incidences I went through that have stayed with me. The worst one was my 1st one. After doing research on this house, it was no longer just scary. It became extremely sad too. Took us over a year but, we finally cleansed that house. The little boy is now at Peace. It's a lengthy story with all the details and facts. The creepiest one ever was my last and it involved myself, older brother, his fiance, our dad and my friend Mark. My brother straight up vanished for 27 minutes then he came walking out his room. We were just in there and we tore it up looking for him. Our dad was no longer a sceptic after that. If you'd like to hear the rest, just ask and I'll accommodate.

I’ve definitely had weird things happen, especially when I was alone. Also sometimes get an eerie feeling, like if I’m not alone & although no one’s around I’d get chills out of nowhere. The kind where the hairs on your arms stand up.
You could ask whatever is there to leave. Give your home a good clean then offer a prayer according to your religious belief. Do this on a good bright day, leave all your windows and doors open. Then, get a packet of sea salt fine type and after saying the full name of all the home occupants who can live in the house, ask all else to leave the home, 'you cannot stay here, please leave' Then sprinkle a line across the window's sill and close the window. Go on and do the same to all the other openings, windows and doors. Do the same for main door, last and close it after you have sprinkled salt across the outside of your door. You will feel a difference and no longer feel like someone unseen is there with you.
Hopefully, you will be well after it. Repeat as and when necessary. Worked for me.

I have an Interesting story. One time I had my boyfriend come over and I told him that my house is haunted. More like things like to follow me around. That night I noticed he was out of it, like he wasn’t really there in the moment, and I help people who are like that a lot. So I tried to help him, I brought him over to the couch in my living room, he’s eyes get wide and he points at two things. I didn’t know what was going on but it scared me, he said something like “stop looking at me” I don’t really remember the exact phrase. I am used to seeing things stare at me so I was curious. I asked him what does the thing look like, he said it’s a teen boy, and he said he has blonde hair. I froze up, I asked more about him and he said he has a scar. I looked at him and said “is the scar here?” I glided my hand from the right side of my cheek to my chin. He said no but showed it in the same spot I did. He was scared so I threw a pillow in the direction he was looking in. He looked better, I kept asking him what he saw and he said that he had freckles and was holding a civil war gun. I asked if the guy had any emotions on his face, my boyfriend said he looked sad and when I threw the pillow he said it looked like a cannon hit him but then later he said he disappeared through the ceiling with a cloud at the bottom of his feet. Then I asked who the second thing he pointed at looked like and he asked me if he did because he only remembered pointing at the boy. Yet in the moment when he saw the two he said it was white. Some background on what I have witnessed I have seen the same boy he described but not as a teen but as a little boy who likes hiding and playing games with me. Like hide and seek, or me chasing him. I have seen his back and it’s the same boy he described. I also have seen his face peek up from the end of my bed and just stare at me. I also have seen a white thing that looks around corners and likes watching me. It did scare me later because when he went home he called me and told me that he thinks something was watching him through the crack of his door, and he said that he thinks he brought something home. But he has told me about this stuff happening at his house a lot and my house doesn’t feel like anything left. Another story, I have been to his house and I remember laying down in his bed with him and I closed my eyes and I saw an older women yelling at me to leave. She said I was not welcomed there, but she also seemed like she meant that everyone wasn’t welcomed even my boyfriend’s family. I talked to his sister about it and she said that there is an older man and child spirt there, I might have scared here when I told her that there wasn’t a child spirt in there home. I said that there is an older man that doesn’t mean any harm to them but I also said that there is an older woman who would hurt them because “this is not their home”. The sister told me before they bought the house an older woman who lived alone died in their home. Good lord was I freaked out. I didn’t tell them that the child spirt was there but it didn’t feel like a spirt of a child, more like something pretending to be. Later, like weeks later I brought up the topic again and I asked when the activity started and he said he didn’t remember. I remembered they had a cat and I asked was it after she died and he said yes. I believe cats ward off evil and when she died he would wake up with scratches down he’s chest and he would have this feeling of being watched. I mean if you do believe in ghost and the paranormal it is pretty cool about this. Yet it can all be explained with basic paranoia, yet parts of me does believe in the paranormal and another part believes in facts over fiction. I have more stories since I have seen things since I was very young.
I have experienced something couples of time during a visit to my childhood home.
In asian, Its common for house to have a grave of one's relative in the front yard, for my case it was my grandma's. I don't know about her too much, since her passed on back when I was 2, though my mom always said that my grandma adore me quite a lot.
My childhood house was an old traditional khmer house with a second floor, it was at least 30 years old.
even since I was a kid, I was never fond of the house, it gave me a really weird vibe and I would never went in alone even during the day. It was 6 years after our last visit to the house after it was sold off to one of our relative. even after all that time I still feel weird seeing the house, I always feel like someone is staring at me but everytime i checked, I would always found nothing.
later that day during the night at around 3AM, I woken up needed to go to the restroom. Everyone was sleeping at that time and the restroom was close so I thought it would be fine to go alone, thinking that if something happened I could just scream and everyone would come running for me.
I slept in a room with everyone, and the restroom was just across the small hall. Even though it was small, there were a window in the middle of the hall. the window was opened. I still feel the staring sensation but I gave it no mind since I was still half a sleep. When I started walking closer to the window, I felt the stare becoming more intent. We were sleeping on the second floor so even if there was someone under the house it would be impossible to see anyone who is not standing to the window.
I thought maybe someone is just standing under the house, since in my home town its not rare for people to already be up especially the elderly. So I started to walk toward the window, suddenly the window slam shut like there was a huge wind hit it, but there was no such thing, since I would've felt it. I was a bit startle by it.
I paid it no mind and kept walking toward my destination, since those kind of window does it all the time.
moment after I stopped thinking about it there was a sound of knocking on the window and then a female voice echoed " Where are you heading? " . I thought It was just my mom, I looked around trying to find her to no avail, I started to freaked out. Then the voice echoed again " where are you heading? I'll take you there. ".
I couldn't open my mouth to say anything, I only stared at the window where the voice came from.
I saw a shadow behind the closed window. That was the last thing I remember after being woken up by my dad, who was a bit confused to see my sleeping outside while wetting myself.
Later, in our car on our way back home, I told my parents about it. They were shocked for a bit then my mom look back at me and smiled, she told me, maybe I was visited by my grandma, since she is sleeping close to the house. I asked what she meant, she told me that my grandma's grave was right in front of the house.
and told me that she probably missed me since she didn't get see me much when she was alive and only visited once after years
I haven't visited my childhood house after that encounter, though I never felt anymore staring sensation after that day, I hope what I saw that night was actually my grandma.

The first night my grandmother woke the whole house up screaming that a man opened the front door and ran and hid in the closet. Nobody inside. The second night, I was sleepwalking all over the house before my mom found me following a dim blue light. The third night, the whole family was heading back to the house after dinner at a restaurant, they were arguing about something (I was like 5) as we stepped into the house (still daylight), the home phone tape answering machine started to blast a screeching white noise and when it stopped, her office chair did a super fast 360 and stopped perfectly facing the whole group of us. At that point, we got a hotel and she moved out about a month later. My father was stunned. Keep in mind he’s an ex Vietnam war vet, and super dismissive of all things “woowoo” as he would call it. But that moment changed his tune forever.
Yes, bunches when I was a kid and teenager, some now that I've gotten older. It makes me know "There are more things in heaven and Earth, Horatio, / Than are dreamt of in your philosophy".

That story was actually mine! For some reason, my old computer wouldn't let me open my chats, but I just got a new laptop and was able to see that the RUclipsr that posted this had sent me the link to this video. Gale has stopped being as active, but she (I just feel like she's a she, it's just a feeling I have, I don't know how to explain it) but she does still move things around. She even did it in front of my supervisor! My supervisor isn't my best friend's aunt anymore, she quit several months ago, but we now have a supervisor who is closer in age to me. We were chilling in the maintenance room, and Gale just shoved a cart across the room. My supervisor hadn't been told about her yet, so I just let him know it was just Gale, and that she likes to play pranks. He didn't like it very much and was kind of freaked out lol.
I have learned that I can communicate with Gale by placing something round on the table, something that will rock back and forth. I can ask her yes or no questions, one rock for yes, two for no, and she'll use it to communicate. She doesn't mess with my machines anymore, either, I think she realized it kind of annoyed me. I do still see movement in the corner of my eye in the washer room. I've also told the morning person about Gale, and she was also freaked out and got pretty spooked. I told her about it when she was still working as a CNA, but was placed on light duty because of a surgery she had to have and worked overnights in laundry for a while. I kind of spooked her, so she didn't like to be left alone in here haha, so that was my bad. Gale still hasn't shown any malicious intent, and I've been here for over a year. She just kind of hangs out with me, and it just makes me happy that she feels comfortable around me. All the other spirits I've encountered have been violent or malicious, so this is a really nice change.

Dont try to find out anything about "Gale" leave it alone. There's no way to know if it's truly benign or even human. Even a 1 in a million chance of it being demonic means it's not worth engaging with it. Ignore it as much as you can and stop communicating. This world is for the living.
The demon in the walls is her own personality. Fad Built her room dad tries to build her a den, but she hated it. Dad gives her his phone, but it’s supposedly doesn’t work. Dad buys her a new phone. She decides to go store of dark energy to buy spell candles to get rid of something full of dark energy.. the big black thing she fears is the emptiness in her skull. And possibly her heart.

I've had many spiritual experiences. The home I live in now is also haunted. We think the spirits here are my grandmother's mother and her dad. My aunt, who used to live in the home I do now, said that her ex bfs spirit is here as well. I don't take videos in my home because there is also a spirit that likes to scream in the videos. None of them bother us though. And in the mornings the spirit that we think is my great grandmother likes to sing and whistle and she hums. My son that is 11 now has always told us since he was around 4 that he seen people in our home. He use to reach out to them and would talk to them while I was cleaning the house. And my pets sit at night and follow something around with their head like someone is playing with them. We also get pleasant smells and cold patches.

Regarding the horse shoe effect, I heard about this usage when our class was guided around some old houses I believe could be from back in time when they believed in witches. I guess I believe they still can exist, but I don't think they necessarily are evil. More like a Shaman. Anyways, she also said there could be different beleifs around it, because if you would hang it like a "U", the Devil could sit in it. So I think the beleif can differ from region to region and epochs. I live in Sweden but have only heard this once when I was about 11 years old.
story of gale reminds me of a song by local band. about a guy who goes to a gas station and as he is about to put a coin in the jukebox, a ghost of his old flame shows up and beckons him to follow. he actually does take her hand but refuses to follow her as it is not yet his time. she begins to leave but he calls after her that soon they will haunt together if she only waited for him.

I had an experience with the Ouija board.. my mother had passed away a year or so before.. I went to Montreal and in Montreal my cousin being a Ouija board person.. I thought ok I or my wife won't touch the board just my cousin.. anyways I asked if my mother in law was there it replied yes.. I said ok tell us something nobody knows.. it spelled out ring and I forgive.. I had no idea about a ring anything.. my wife spoke up and said she had sold her mothers wedding ring.. I was stunned.. we had went back to Toronto later that weekend and we had so many strange things going on in the apartment.. knocks on bedroom door while sleeping and know one there the little girl was seeing her grand mother at the foot of her bed.. we later had the apartment blessed and things seemed to settle down.. but I remember speaking to a local medium and once she heard I used a Ouija board.. she would not come to our apartment and said do you know what you have done I was freaked out.. but as I said the apartment was blessed but I still felt like something was there we later moved and it ended.. and that was over 30 years ago
Just last night while I was sitting downstairs I saw a decorated card tacked to the wall “pop” off the tacks holding it in place and land halfway across the room.

Yes I seen something or someone
I dont its much of anything, but growing up I would see things. Could be my mind making things up but when I was 7-10 I saw a small black figure under the lampost light. It short stubby legs and arms with another pair of arms on its head. Then at 14 I was on the porch at night and across the street next to the local church I saw a black figure just walk down out of view. Least terrifying for me because I was at home. Then the on that scared me the most was at 19yrs when I woke up suddenly. It was about 4am and my pillow was on the floor. The moonlight was shining in and when I picked up my pillow placing it next to me I looked back. Very suddenly a black arm went up and slid off the side of my bed. This one has stuck because well I was the only person awake and before hand I heard noises in the kitchen. Make of it what you will even I doubt myself.

I have had a few unexplainable things happen.
But I wonder what country the first story is from. Because I currently live in Korea, and they have no concept of iron (or metal) deterring spirits. Funny story? I teach elementary school, and most kids believe in ghosts. When there is some little sound or strange thing in class, someone inevitably says "gwishin" (ghost) and everyone just accepts it. I can't remember what happened one day, it was something I found explainable (like air pressure causing a sound). But the kids were all on edge. So I explained it, and I added, "But this is a new building, and it's made of metal. So there are no ghosts here." They all looked at me like "What on earth, teacher?" (we're in a temporary container building that's all steel, sitting on steel girders, metal touching earth. Even if countless people died in the war, and there are unmoved graves/bodies possibly anywhere -- we ought to be safe from ghosts). They have no concept of iron or metal warding off ghosts. I laughed and explained it's from my culture. (Western, particularly U.K. region believes that iron wards off spirits and fae)
Story #1 sounds like the hmong people from Cambodia. One of their supernatural legends was direct inspiration for Freddy Krueger.
Fun Fact: A Hmong family was featured in Clint Eastwood's movie, Gran Torino.

i experienced so many paranormal stuff in my life, most people would think i am crazy, but it lies in my family i guess. we are distantly related to the british royals and my great great grandma was a known white witch. my father grew up with spiritual stuff too, seeing things and playing with oujia boards at a young age. i am very spiritual and know, what i see and why i see it and how to get rid of some beings etc. but i can understand, that you have to experience it for yourself, to believe it. on the other hand, i never got abducted by aliens but i definitely believe all the victims. i know those beings, i talked to them and not all of them are friendly. and just the thought of this traumatic event happening to you, and then no one believes you and even makes fun of you, when all you want is help, thats breaking my heart tbh.

I was feeling depressed so I ate a bunch of pills and drank a lot of liquor. When I woke up, nothing was the same again. I saw the grim reaper outside the hotel fence. I have since seen shadow people and pyramid heads. I think now that I have been close to death, I have insight into a spiritual realm.

Dear tape library team, I’m looking back on this video and thought i should finally share my one and potentially only unexplained incident, the shadow/the shadow on the wall this story takes place when I was around 16 both my parents were at home as well as my then brother I’ll explain later on about what I mean by *then* no one other than us we’re in the house I repeat no one else besides us we’re in the house we never have visitors over during weekdays unless it’s my sister or a party in order for you to understand this story you need to understand a layout of the place in which this took place, the hallway and my bedroom ,our hallway has 5 doors the door on the left is the entry and exit to either enter or leave the living room the door on the far left was my little brother’s room the door next to his leads into the bathroom the door in the middle leads into my room and the door on the far right a couple of feet from mine is my parents room or the master bedroom. when someone approaches the entry of the living room door the light in the living room reflects upon a wall that leads straight into my room this wall can cast shadows of the person that approaches it because the light is just that bright, it was a rainy night thunder was going wild outside I was asleep I had a very exhausting day at school that day and was taking an after school nap which eventually led to me being in a deep sleep when I was overcome by an ominous feeling the feeling of someone or something staring down at me with malice malice so strong it shook me awake I instinctively woke up to find that my door which I know I closed because I’m overly protective of my belongings was wide open I was confused because I knew that before I went to take my nap I closed the door, in fact I locked it I tripled checked before my nap because like I said I’m overly protective of my room and my belongings I like my privacy leave me alone🤣 anyways before I could get up and close it I saw something or rather someone leaving my parents room,I could hear both my parents fast asleep in the living room which meant it couldn’t have been them my parents have a strict rule of going to sleep at 11pm sharp on weekdays this story took place in one of those days which means this took place before 11pm my brother was in his room and my sister who was in her early 20s wasn’t home in fact she didn’t live with us anymore so it wasn’t her this thing approached closer and closer to the middle of the hallway I could see it’s shadow it had a female like appearance I could see her dress her hair but the one thing I could vividly remember to this very day was it’s face through the shadow it had a grotesque inhumanly size jaw like that of a crocodile only this thing had the shape of a person again all I can see is their shadow but I can make out the features it then slowly cocked it’s head in my direction as it continued to walk right from my parent’s bedroom to the left past my room and through the hallway and then it disappeared, I was frozen with fear sweating profusely I wanted to scream I wanted to run I wanted to close my door as fast as possible but I couldn’t I couldn’t move it was like sleep paralysis only that I wasn’t laying down I can’t for the life of me even tell you what that thing was I never saw it again thank god and I never did tell anyone this story until now but the feeling I was overcome with is still there I still feel it as I type down this story and that’s a very very scary feeling to feel needless to say I endured a lot a lot of sleepless nights shortly after this happened, I wonder what was this thing? Where did it go? What did it want? I don’t know and maybe im better of not knowing.
years passed on and I’m in my 20s my brother who I mentioned passed away a couple of years ago this happened when I was around 16 my brother passed away when I was 20 im sure he would’ve loved your channel just as much I enjoy reacting to this content.
