I have to wonder why a prince of hell, one of the most powerful demons in existence, would spend most of his time behaving like an edgy teenager playing with knives.

The thing that people forget is that demons love to lie, maybe it just wanted to be called a prince for his ego, although it wasn't a lesser demon by any means because it made so much of a havoc and avoided exorcisms
i read somewhere that satan and presumably all of hell sees intellect as a tool, one that may or may not be useful in any given circumstance, and at their core are petty and full of fickle spite.
Because demons are not real, the story is really good but it still sounds exactly like the imaginations of human beings, only people can imagine such horror.
Someone comes to the door and tells you about a murder victim, wrapped in a carpet, found in the landfill...which happens to be your missing neighbor and you are missing a carpet...you should definitely call the cops, just in case.. 😅

@@TheTapeLibrary Yup.. makes me think this was made up. The photos were evidence of abuse, but since the guy wasn't in the picture anymore, those pictures got used as a base for a ghost story. That's my feeling.

@@TheTapeLibrary Both scenarios are plausible. I think Bill Sr was abusive and Lee took photos for evidence of the destruction. I think the ghost story was made up later.

Bill was mentally unstable and Lee played into it, making it worse. The hand writing looks female to me.
Both could have happened simultaneously. And then Debra and her daughter made up a ghost story to sell books and movie rights, in Amityville style.

I'm curious whether the investigators had each family member write in printing and cursive to compare against the messages that appeared on the mirror.
They all would be in the bathroom and ease the writing on the mirror verbally ask a question they would all step out nobody would be in the bathroom then after a min or so they would all open the door together go in and the writing would be on the mirror...

This story has a lot of questions...
Not only was it crazy and bizarre, but the stuff that went on the things that appeared, legit communicating back and forth in the mirror. I don't know what to believe. But I'm glad no one else would have to experience that. I think the first week I would have moved out.
Somehow I thought that communicating was a good thing since they all understood then what that thing wanted. And the way it left, seems to me it was a human spirit, maybe. But very frustrated and angry one.

I don't know if we can call the mirror thing legit when we know the father was caught soap in hand. That indicates that he was behind at least one of the incidents, if not more.
This haunting seemed a lot like the Borley Rectory story, where the entity there would write on the walls messages to the people in the house. Oddly enough, there’s a nun involved in that haunting, too! But on some of the iffy things - I wonder if maybe half of what was written was due to the husband taking advantage of the situation, and the other half the entity? I’m pretty sure the entity was using him to enact crazy happenings.
Wow. Dare I say, this might be the best entry yet. Absolutely riveting - whatever the truth behind the events might be.

A chronic case of ongoing Flatulence can be a very serious matter. A friend of mine lost everything, first his job, then his wife who just could not handle the smell and noise. He would pass wind 600-700 times a day, almost constant and it drove him to the edge.
He became a shell of the high flying business man he used to be. If this is a problem for you then there is help out there, groups much like AA, different programs and courses to help you cope with the ridicule. Always remember it helps to talk.
I would recommend taking supplements like ' Rennie Deflatine' and 'windsetlers'.
Do not let this crippling disability ruin your life like it did my good friend Gerald's. I must say even i abandoned him in the end, i often could hear him trumping his way up my driveway in unison with his steps so i always knew it was him. I just started to ignore the door bell i'm ashamed to say. He eventually stopped coming round.
I hope everything works out for you, nip this at the bud my friend, it won't just go away. You have a massive battle on your hands, good luck and may Allah (PBUH) be with you.
The biggest question is why didn't anyone contact someone who was very knowledgeable about Santaria. This seems to be the start of everything. 🤔

Reminds me of a family I knew growing up that had something similar. The worst it ever did was rip off a womans toenail while she slept. Me being a stupid kid, I pnce brought up the entity to the family and everyone was totally silent as they just glared at me. They were trying to live in peace and ignore it I guess. Once a kid stayed over with their sons and ran out of the house screaming in the middle of the night after seeing it.
"Trying to live in peace and ignore it" and inviting people over. Yet, if I ignore structural damage to my house I'm an idiot and an ass for not telling anyone. Do me a favor and don't invite me to your messed up house wether it be a demon or gas leak. 😭

From a skeptics view, my thought is that Bill was either having a mental breakdown and/or purposely trying to set up a defense of mental deficiency to try and murder his wife.

So that's kind of where I lean a little I think, just because he is the one consistent throughout everything. But that does also mean either the family have faked the haunting stories or Bill Snr somehow convinced them the haunting was real. Gah, I wish I knew the truth.
@@TheTapeLibraryIt was probably both. These people definitely seemed to have embellished events-you can't tell me the Warrens wouldn't have recorded their visit-while at the same time there seemed to be some sort of family history to base it all on.
Because then you would have to believe that God exists. No amount of proof will be sufficient for you.
@@luvcakes2069 If some entity claims to be some silly demon, you would believe it simply because it said so? It's such a silly concept. The paranormal is a very real thing but the reality is we don't know what these things are, and if people only see it through a religious lens then they're only seeing what they're comfortable with and brought up on rather than actually learning what's going on.
"No amount of proof will be sufficient for you." Same can be said for a lot of religious folks. If aliens came down here, many religious folk would think they're demons because that's the reality they made up in their heads. Let's say an atheist (like I am) dies and I'm greeted by a being that claims to be god. No matter what powers it showed, it doesn't prove it - we don't know what otherworldly, interdimensional beings are capable of. Plus god was an absolute goofball as a character in the bible, it was what an unintelligent buffoon would think of as a powerful entity, giving it their own simplistic thoughts on life, their decisions, their morals. In this silly fiction, god created satan. God doesn't destroy satan and lets him do evil nonsense... Either he doesn't destroy him because he CAN'T or because he's just as big a villain as satan is, perhaps more so. So believers in this badly written character worship in either a weak god who can't handle satan or an evil god unworthy of worship in the first place.

Watching it for the third time already. Besides you being my new favorite creator, your take on this case is so much better than any Ive heard before. Im really creeped out by Bill Sr. Its hard for me to believe he didn't play a part in all of it cuz we all know money is the root to all evil. Anybody who ignores a murdered neighbor has a few screws loose-and I would be petrified having that nut job in my home. I wouldn't have just shown him the door, I would be reporting him to law enforcement. It really makes you wonder, did Mr Entity make him like that or was HE Mr Entity all along? I'd take being invaded by cicadas like we are now in Chicago than spending a night with that lunatic any day!!😅

I’ve listened to Debbie discuss her experiences in her documentary. I cannot believe she’s acting; there’s too much detail as if speaking from memory and so it sounds very authentic and convincing and ultimately horrifying. This is a great summary.

Just remember that someone may not appear to be acting because they aren’t - because they truly believe that happened to them. Eyewitness testimony is sadly not enough. Just as in alien abduction, etc: they pass lie detector or seem convincing because they themselves are convinced. They aren’t lying.
