Did u have to use the short 10mm bolts that go on the front bracket of the car so that the original bolts on the car do not sit on the elbow bend of the coupler?

Edwin Hernandez Yes bro. Do the long tube. If I was you and had the money I will go with the stillen gen 3 but if not I would go with the z1 Motorsports. They are both really good. Hope this help. Like and subscribe :D
@@Foreignmafia Another benefit of going Z1 over Stillen is you won't have to make any adjustments to make them fit. There are some fitment issues with the Stillens and require some shaving to get them to fit. Nothing to seriously difficult to do but if you're not comfortable doing it, I would suggest the Z1s > Stillen.
Would have been a good time to delete the PVC return hoses , run a catch can or small air filters to stop oil from getting into your intake air , I have a 350Z I ran a 5/8 rubber hose in front of my left shock tower , and bought a KN 3” air cleaner with a 5/8 stem , no hot air from engine on startup , had to block off those lines to the red tubes he is working on each side , they sell a kit , but , mine was about $30 for the filter and some hose and block off plugs , makes the car run different
The pvc delete doesn't really do much on the HR, installing two catch cans is sufficient for the blowby. Or cleaning the throttle bodies and changing spark plugs on the scheduled maintenance when you do a throttle reset works wonders. It's kinda crazy to delete a system that nissan engineered to live on the car lol
Not a +30WHP Gain. It's +16 give or take and that isn't even on Z1s description of their intakes. Also just an Intake isn't gonna give you all the potential WHP that you could get, you're driving a car that needs a tune now. Lying to a small subscription base isn't a good look.
Intakes don’t add any horse power lol . Not even trying to hate , just stating a fact . Unless your car has turbo or it’s supercharged . NA engines will not run faster with bigger intakes lol. Before you comment back to me , make sure you do your research . Still love your Build 🤝. Just wanted to share some knowledge with you .
I really want to agree with you bro and at the same time i kinda do think they give u some hp but what gets to me is how every company that makes cold air intakes state they give you up to 18hp in some cases, debating weather i shoud buy a set or keep the stock intakes on my g37
@@tomaslopez4322 please don’t waste your money on intakes 😂. Buy a full exhaust system , headers , etc . That will actually give you slight Wheel Horse power Gain with out a proper tune . Let me explain this to you as easy as possible . You have a water hose running the same speed all the time , you change the hose for a bigger hose , speed of the water is still going the same rate . Only difference is the hose is bigger 😂. Speed of how fast the water is going hasn’t changed .
