The confusion ending is my favorite because It one of the only story’s where the Narrator and Stanley are working together. And it’s the funniest one in my opinion.
@Bilal Khalid a fern is a type of non-flowering plants that don’t bear fruit and that’s means, no seeds. Meaning it grows by spores, which also means, on living/ dead (but used to be alive) matter. But it is mostly found on trees.
I feel so bad for the narrator. In the Zending ending, you literally take away his only happiness. His only hope, by killing yourself. Imagine being the narrator and having to reset, losing all the progress you made. All your happiness and hope. All because of Stanley.
I adore the Explosion Ending. I love how the Narrator changes from a guide, but to a cruel person, revealing a more malicious side to him that no one was meant to see. Out of the whole game, the Narrator is always the thing that shines the brightest for me, because he feels like a real human being with you, and not some robot that just reads nonesense. He has actual feelings, tone, and depth that makes his role more than perfect, in my eyes.
What about the Cold Feet ending? The one where you go on the moving platform, but then get off right before it starts moving so it goes without you? The narrator tells you that you missed the time to get on, and that there's no other way to get across. Then he tells to to jump off, saying "The drop isn't too far, you'll probably survive." As soon as you jump off, you hit the ground and die.
“Although this passageway had the word “escape” written on it, the truth was that at the end of this hall, Stanley would meet his violent death.” Player: ..... *slowly turns around*
I love the complex simplicity (simple complexity?) of this game. It’s proof that a good game doesn’t need flashy graphics, it just needs a good story and someone to share it with. My favorite endings are the Museum, the Real Person/Ruined, and the Apartment endings. I can’t articulate why, but those are by far my favorites. The best part of the video is your mouse movements. Instead of just mindlessly walking forward you are like a character in the game. It adds to the humor in the game instead of distracts from it.
"Maybe, when you go talk about this with your friends, you'll say: 'OH, DID U GET THE BROOM CLOSET ENDING? THEB ROOM CLOSET ENDING WAS MY FAVRITE!1 XD' ... I hope your friends find this concerning."
I always find myself watching the endings. The amount of work that goes into them is underrated. 2 hours seems like a long time just to watch this is nothing compared to the amount of work that took to get them all. Thank you!

@@jan_sipiki They're completely different. In Zending, Stanley and the Narrator are in a happy place until Stanley decides to end it. In Cold Feet, Stanley missed the lift and gets stuck on a ledge with nothing to do except jump off to restart, with the narrator making fun of him for it.
Seriously man, if you decide to go through all that stuff again for the Ultra Version, I will watch the crap out it. Your responses to the narrator were friggen hilarious. Following The Adventure Line (TM) was so much fun to watch. 😂
The Narrator actually sounds like a dungeon master and his player always wants to mess up everything until he runs out of scripted events. Stanley, the definition of chaotic.

Given how much Stanley and The Narrator are focused on dominating and trying to control one another, but how much they need each other for fulfillment, you'd expect someone would have thought of it.
Over the course of watching this I have become extremely comfortable hearing the voice of the narrator. I feel an odd emotional connection to it. It almost feels like I know him.
Wait but you get the freedom ending by doing exactly what the narrator tells you aka pushing buttons as specified but that's what Stanley was doing at the beginning in his office when he wasnt free so is he free at all
I LOVE the way you sulk in the corner when you were in the serious room . XD Also, what happened to the sound when you were doing the transendence/zending?
Why the Freedom Ending is not considered the True Ending of this game? I think it is a better fitter ending than the Real Person one, unless you factor the credits.
im literally so dumb the line “Stanley was so bad at taking directions it’s a shock he wasn’t fired years ago” I always heard it as “he was 5 years ago” in the entire time this game was released I’m just bad at hearing
Sounds odd but I headcanon that Stanley doesn’t remember any of the endings but the narrator does, so after every playthrough etc The Narrator is left with such a feeling of sadness and boredom he doesn’t try half the time Edit: Also The Confusion Ending is the only ending the narrator can never seem to remember. And it’s the only one Stanley can remember, practically word for word too. Also! The launch pod ending is the one where Stanley remembers but again, the narrator has no idea. Even then Stanley thinks it’s all just a big dream and he’ll wake up in his office
*Narrator:* Meet Stanley, a normal man with a normal job, today I'm going to mess with his life and make him go through an existential crisis for the enjoyment of the player! *Stanley:* !?
I love the meta commentary in the freedom ending, it’s like undertale, he remembers. He’s still got that malicious tone from the explosion ending I love it

At explosion ending I thought it would not be possible to avert the explosive. It was also almost bedtime so we used the game as a timer, so when it lets you have extra time we found that funny.
i can't believe that i've watched 2 hours of someone named stanley making his best to choose random decision but me, don't take a step as simple as sleeping at exactly 1AM
The window ending felt so freaky only because the guitar just slowly ends, like your decision meant nothing and now your standing in a silent room waiting for something that isn't gonna happen.
the zending ending was so sad 😢 like bro, the nararator got so sad that he couldn't just have the choice to be happy, and stanley just kept taking it from him. i kinda wonder if this game points to a person versus the person's inner child? the inner child is simply asking the person to allow them to be actually happy, instead of the person saying how the inner child should feel?
The real “Zending” is talked about in the Museum ending 51:35 but it is not shown in this video. The Transcendence ending was incorrectly titled as the Zending here.

Dude you got the art ending (baby game 4 hour) thanks for giving up 4 hours of your life for us
i completely lost it when i saw the Minecraft and portal ending
It’s amazing how many people don’t get the broom closet reference.
Regardless it’s amazing at how you don’t even try to fix that.
You could say the reference, or you could let people get mad at you. Your choice.
What is the reference?

i can't believe that i've watched 2 hours of someone named stanley making his best to choose random decision but me, don't take a step as simple as sleeping at exactly 1AM
39:22 "and everything went black"
and right after the Narrator said that an ad plays
Same. Although if I was watching this on my PC I would just be like. **Laughs in Adblock**
I played the Stanley parable just for the Zending. The room is so nice and just being there makes me happy
The window ending felt so freaky only because the guitar just slowly ends, like your decision meant nothing and now your standing in a silent room waiting for something that isn't gonna happen.
19:05 just saving my favorite moment, don't mind me
14:27 Cassidy be like after William got springlocked:
The broom closet ending is my favorite
"HELLO? THIS PERSON AT THE CONPUTER IS DEAD!"
I think that's how it goes
11:10 Dude, I'm so sorry that you live there. Please consult your therapist about this.
the zending ending was so sad 😢
like bro, the nararator got so sad that he couldn't just have the choice to be happy, and stanley just kept taking it from him.
i kinda wonder if this game points to a person versus the person's inner child? the inner child is simply asking the person to allow them to be actually happy, instead of the person saying how the inner child should feel?
am i the only one who genuinely gets emotional over the freedom ending?
i think the real person ending is the true ending
The 8th ending wasn't Zending, it was Transcendence ending.
And the 14th ending is the Ruined ending not Real Person
OhMyGeezz
IT'S OFFICIALLY CALLED THE ZENDING
The real “Zending” is talked about in the Museum ending 51:35 but it is not shown in this video. The Transcendence ending was incorrectly titled as the Zending here.
I'm scared of the ruined ending.
