I have lost some weight and managed to keep it off but not that I have discovered your videos I can enjoy food and watch what I eat. I'm so excited to start this. No please tell me where do get your containers, because if I try to reuse mine it won't work. I will get lazy and forget it at the drying rack at work
i really enjoyed this one. cutting the chicken into even bits is a great tip. I'm so accustomed to cooking whole pieces it may be hard to adapt. plus I prefer thighs cooked bone on, for flavor. I'll probably adapt. and I love ginger and garlic. but this is a great guideline, thanks.:)
I've GOT to get the quinoa out of our garden. the wind will beat it to nothing if I don't! I didn't know how to harvest it, so I searched it on RUclips and now I do! crispy chicken looks so yummy!

That's awesome, we are happy to hear our channel has been helpful!! Hmm sushi grade fish is difficult to find. We tried to find it in my area for the sushiritto videos we made a few months ago, but couldn't. We decided it wasn't an easy item to find everywhere in the world so we didn't make a video with actual sushi. As for making sushi as a meal prep, I wouldn't use raw fish, since that won't last in your fridge for more than a day. But you could definitely prep that sushiritto! Scroll back a few months and you'll find it :)

Made the buffalo chicken tonight. Bloody rippa mate. The blue cheese with the quinoa was really nice. Only had 2 problems with this recipe tonight. * 1st problem, I used 1/2 cup of Frank's Red Hot sauce instead of 1/4 cup, resulted in a bit spicy on the first bite, but as I finished the first meal, I will be adding 1/2 cup in future. *2nd problem, I must use the wok and not a small skillet next time. Overall, I can see this becoming a regular meal. Thank you guys for a great meal prep.

once you start eating meal prep, it completely changes your appetite. I am never hungry, sometimes i dont eat all 3 meals per day, however, I sometimes eat a bit more depending on my gym routine.
Fit Couple Cooks It's this bread that's high in protein! They have other products such as bagels, pancake mix, flatbreads, and other great products. A lot of people in the fitness world recommend it but I don't want to just make a sandwich out of it. If you guys look into it I'm sure you will have great ideas for it 🙂
One question, wouldn't think chicken be considered fried? Since it has flour coating and been cooked in oil? I did notice though that it was lightly coated, not like when you "fry chicken". I just wondered about that! I would love to try and meal prep with this! Love the video!

I just stumbled across your guys' channel and I am SOO thankful!! All of your videos are so easy to follow. I moved in with my fiancé a few months ago and we both put on some weight from eating heavy foods, we're both Hungarian and our food is not for those watching their weight. We don't even eat out, I just cook at home.. but not healthy. I want to change our lifestyle and loose some weight before we get married so I don't feel terrible in my wedding dress. My question is, was it hard to start this healthy lifestyle and keep it going? Also, my fiancé works the night shift and comes home late.. He has started to go to bed hungry because he doesn't want to gain more weight. What can I do? Any light meals he can eat before he goes to bed? Thanks again for your channel!!

Hello =) YES quinoa has more protein and a better "Bang for your buck" if you consider that they have the same carb content per gram. So we use quinoa as much as we can. =)
I was watching this food show on TV here in India and they featured a restaurant called Jitlada and I swear I saw you, chef steph, in one of the scenes.
Can you two share some meal prep snacks? I am currently using your yogurt cup trick with flying colors. I am enjoying them more now. I have two jobs and get my work out when the can allows me to walk or gym. I have a few go do meal prep to help keep me on track. BUT the things that are out there for snacking (in store and youtube) are heavy in junk and overloaded with sugar. (honey, brown, guava) Can you help me out a little? I am open to making my own and being my own consumer with pride. Just some tips from you two would really help. :)

You guys cook olive oil, doesn't it lose its nutrients when heated? Isn't it better to then cook in ghee or coconut oil?
Ghee and coconut oil are good to cook with, use whatever fat source you'd like

Yes it is fried !! Its ok to fry food it all depends what you fry it in... as in the type of oil or fat you use. =)
You want to stay away from canola and vegetable oils as that is what most fast food chains use!!

I just stumbled across your guys' channel and I am SOO thankful!! All of your videos are so easy to follow. I moved in with my fiancé a few months ago and we both put on some weight from eating heavy foods, we're both Hungarian and our food is not for those watching their weight. We don't even eat out, I just cook at home.. but not healthy. I want to change our lifestyle and loose some weight before we get married so I don't feel terrible in my wedding dress.
My question is, was it hard to start this healthy lifestyle and keep it going?
Also, my fiancé works the night shift and comes home late.. He has started to go to bed hungry because he doesn't want to gain more weight. What can I do? Any light meals he can eat before he goes to bed?

Hello =) YES quinoa has more protein and a better "Bang for your buck" if you consider that they have the same carb content per gram. So we use quinoa as much as we can. =)

What other sauce can I use that is not spicy. Since the bite gives me acidity and instead of using blue cheese that another can use.
Can you two share some meal prep snacks? I am currently using your yogurt cup trick with flying colors. I am enjoying them more now.
I have two jobs and get my work out when the can allows me to walk or gym. I have a few go do meal prep to help keep me on track. BUT the things that are out there for snacking (in store and youtube) are heavy in junk and overloaded with sugar. (honey, brown, guava) Can you help me out a little? I am open to making my own and being my own consumer with pride. Just some tips from you two would really help. :)
