    So I purchased your HEATHLY MEAL PREP book at the store a while ago.. I finally have gotten to it and have read the beginning of the book and decided to try a whole week of recipes out. I love that you guys included a full grocery list for that week of food. I love that there is a variety of different meals. I love that everything was super easy to read and follow! Today I made the first week “cut the carbs” and it did take a while to cook everything, but man, every dish looks super yummy !! Can’t wait to try them ! I already tried the arugula beef and that one was awesome ! 🙌 thankyou for all that you guys do ! Can’t wait to try next weeks menu ! 💚 🖤 💚

    Thanks for the recipe, actually glad to take the plunge into trying Kangaroo upon hearing that it is a more sustainable source. The recipe was a delight, and I'll definitely be having it again (I mean a made a serving of 4 so I kinda have to, but I'll definitely make another batch for sure).

  • @Nalijay
    @Nalijay 7 лет назад +1

    I made this using fresh garlic 2 tsp, an extra tbsp of tomato paste and fresh Australian mustard 1 tsp. I don't like capsicum so went without. It was very nice and brought out the kangaroo flavour well, however if I were to make it again I would chuck in a tin of diced tomatoes (cos they tend to have more sauce than fresh tomatoes) and add a little bit more salt. I also had it with rice instead of rocket.

    Is kangaroo a staple/normal food to eat in Australia? I have never heard to this! Look delish! Thanks for the recipe and enjoy your trip!

    • @sarahway3810
      @sarahway3810 8 лет назад

      Really depends on where you live in Australia :) they sell kangaroo in most supermarkets but if you live coastal (mainly where everyone lives anyway) you usually just eat lamb, chicken, beef etc. Kangaroo is fairly normal but not many people eat it :)

    • @Easymealpreprecipes
      @Easymealpreprecipes  8 лет назад

      If you watch us on snapchat, I posted videos of how big the section of kangaroo meat is! they sell it in sausages, meatballs and just plain ground meat. Crazy! Adam says +Sarah Way is correct in that it's not as popular as the "regular" types of meat :)
