Love you videos.As a prep cook for quite some time . I have a tip for you. after you cut the ends off the onion. You strike it with the knife. Once you have the slit in the onion, You can simply peel off the whole 1st layer of the onion. Works great if you have many onions to do . Is always a little help when cooking at home also. Enjoy! and thanks for the great meal ideas. Look to try them soon and subbed!

Just a tip that my mom told me- it's better to use something like grape seed oil for cooking because olive oil loses some of it's nutrients when it's heated (btw I'm new to your channel and I love these recipes! They look delicious, I definitely have to try some!)

I had planned to pre[are this Meal Prep for this week. I went to the store yesterday, but I got home and realized that I didn't get any pesto ingredients! I will have to add that next time! This was the first time that I cooked my own shrimp! Thank you!!
Ohhh! A pesto my husband can eat! He's allergic to pine nuts that we find in a lot of commercial pesto. Of course, I happen to be allergic to shrimp, so I'll have to do it with chicken. Cooking is always an adventure in our house. I've lost ~ 4kg this month, I'm sure in part due to using your meal preps.

I'm sorry was not clear for example when you did the recipe for Buffalo chicken which by the way it's so great you took out the quinoa but there we're still 6 carbs. Where did those come from? For the cauliflower, you can hit the bottom core on the counter like you do iceberg lettuce to take the core out and it separates the cauliflower into florets. Just be sure you have the plastic wrap still around it or you cauliflower will fly all over the place. I learned this from MyFitsFood!

Hi Nafeah,actually I did have success with my weight loss I was actually training with a trainer twice a week and on my own three day's a week and I do understand that a trainer is expensive so everyone can't go that route the Jillian Michaels DVD s is to keep me on track when I'm not at the Gym and make sure that the workouts that you are doing is right for you I notice cardio helped me with weigh loss so some workouts may not work for you also I do not eat out when I'm pushing for certain goals I drink only water which is hard for me but I see results fast and I meal prep using a lot of the recipes from this channel so that I won't lose focus also I do some weight training

U should keep the prawn shells freeze them they make the best stock for tom yum goong and those sorts of asian dishes so yummy

Hi Nafeah,actually I did have success with my weight loss I was actually training with a trainer twice a week and on my own three day's a week and I do understand that a trainer is expensive so everyone can't go that route the Jillian Michaels DVD s is to keep me on track when I'm not at the Gym and make sure that the workouts that you are doing is right for you I notice cardio helped me with weigh loss so some workouts may not work for you also I do not eat out when I'm pushing for certain goals I drink only water which is hard for me but I see results fast and I meal prep using a lot of the recipes from this channel so that I won't lose focus also I do some weight training
