OMG!!!! I don't know how I came across your channel but it had to be divine intervention. This is the best thing for me right now..I am doing a healthy lifestyle change and these meal preps are a life saver. Please don't stop doing what you are doing. You guys are a staple in my kitchen now!!!
Thank you guys so much for your recipes. This looks delicious. I also want to thank you all for posting the MACROS in the description box, this helps out soooooo much. y'all are definitely my FAV cooking couple☺
Because of my three year old son's medical condition, Eosinophilic esophagitis, he has a hard time gaining weight, keeping down food and having energy. The disease is fairly new and thought to be linked to the chemicals and additives that are being used in our foods. For this reason, we are in transition to move more toward all natural, organic and chemical free foods. I just received my amazon order of meal prep containers so I am starting with this recipe tonight, tripling it and freezing some of them so that our whole family can enjoy it. I have watched nearly all of your meal prep videos and am excited to try them all. Thanks so much for all your informational videos.
Wow Candace! Welcome to our channel. We have never heard of that condition and yes almost every disease is linked back to the food we eat. Props for making heaps and freezing it. Keep us updated on your son, we are sending him good vibes. =)
i must say iv been searching and searching for a easy low cost way to meal prep for my workouts and you guys are amazing helped me out and saved me alot of money thank you
omggg thanks a lot for your great recipes and ideas !!! I have seen other meal prep videos but somehow I find yours so wholesome and fulfilling! thanks again
Cutting on an angle is cutting in the bias. Great video. Great explanation. Super time saver. I like just the board and knife super simple and less clean up. Excellent. Thank you Remington James for the shout out. God bless.
I've been craving stir-fry lately! I've never made or used bean paste, but have everything to make it - can't wait. Thanks so much for a great video and recipe and inspiration.
I my goodness you guys make me want to start meal prepping again. I was getting so board with my meal plan I stopped all together! Thank you so much 😊 the pregnant mama will be lean after all!
Love you guys! Came across your videos and I just stayed up to watch your whole meal prep series (it's 1am!). Definitely will be doing all these with my boyfriend as soon as the fall semester starts! Can't wait to see more!
Completely in love with you guys, from creativity to technique, absolutely love, love, love you, thank you so much for making this videos, I'm obsessed, watched all I could before going to bed and feel very inspired to continue cooking. Kisses from Miami ;)
Looks yummy, although I prefer to add a little fresh ginger and some chilli to mine. I was always told (when I was in China) that sesame oil should only be used in small amounts, for flavouring, and not actually used to cook with. Thanks for sharing thought.
how to do this the asian way or at least how my mom taught me. 1. oil and garilic first 2. meat until half done 3. veggie 4. sauce and stock 5 ???? 6. done. quicker and more efficient also no need to put things aside .
doris Zheng Given this person said their Mum taught them then it’s very likely they are Asian or have been born in the US to Asian descendant mother. I would have suggested you could have been Australian except for your spelling of Mum (Australian/British) Mom (American)
Made this just now. Freaking mind blowing good. I have never been able to make a decent stir fry in my life and this tasted like it was from a restaurant! I subbed water chestnuts for the baby corn bc I can't stand it. But other than that stayed true to the recipe. Can't recommend this enough. And the best part is I get to have it several more times this week ;) Thanks guys!
hi guys, love your videos! very simple ingredients and steps :) I made this for dinner tonight and me and my boyfriend cleared the plates. thanks for the great vids x
Sesame oil loses flavour when in contact with heat. You should probably stir fry your food with some other oil(my family uses groundnut oil) and add a couple of dashes of sesame oil at the end for fragrance and flavour. ^_^
I don’t know what ground nut oil is but we like to use rice bran oil as it not only has a very high smoking point which you want for wok cooking, a neutral flavour, it’s also a healthy oil. Btw, I agree regarding the sesame oil, add it with the other sauces at the end after the rice.
Great video! I'm on week three of using your meal prep recipes and I can't cook them fast enough 😁 Weird suggestion but could you post a video about the utensils/knifes/pots/etc. you use? There are some utensils you use that I'm curious about and want to find some!
you guys are awesome! I can't wait to start meal prepping, saving time and money as well as keeping a good healthy diet! they're called chives *bee-tee-dubs*
Screams cooking meat whole means that the meat keeps more of it's juices, especially when you rest it. When you cut into small pieces the meat has less juice, so it dries out faster. Always cook your meat whole, and then cut once rested, the meat will be far more tender.
Hi, Stefanie and Adam. That stir fry looks delicious. You should do a meal prep on carrots. What makes a recipe video really fascinating? Have a good day, Stefanie and Adam.
I love the black bean stir fry paste! What a great idea! Do you guys have any kind of grain salad/pasta salad/burrito bowl kind of meals that you would recommend to college students? My cafeteria is expensive and only has a crappy salad bar for lunch (and sometimes dinner when I'm there late!). I'd love to hear your thoughts!
Keep up the great videos guys!! I've already lost 15 pounds in 1 month by doing my workout routine and meal prepping with your videos as my blueprint. Can't wait to make this stir fry! (:
Organic farmer here. I can confirm. Buy local, check your labels. Not to scare anyone but GMO contamination is a thing. Unintentional cross pollination between GMO and non-GMO crops, GMO seeds blown onto non-GMO farms, manure containing GMO plant matter... yeah.
Wow, looks fantastic!!! Great job, so happy I came across your page. Just a question, we have 2 kids in pre teens 11&13 and want give them healthy options too..so we thinking family dinners..should we just use the meal prep portion? Mum and Dad changing lifestyle for ourselves and kids, better living..Love what you do.
That's so fantastic!! Yes, you can definitely cook the meal prep and then just not portion it out into containers, serve it hot! Or, if you are making in advance, put in one giant container for the next meal :) Also, if you scroll back further in our videos, you can see tons of healthy weeknight meal ideas. Some are even one pot meals! Enjoy and let us know how #operationhealthyfamily goes :)

Mate they're Spring onions not shallots . Aussies call them spring onions
In the uk they are spring onions, but then the government said as we have them all seasons not just Spring, they have to be called salad onions
lol salad onions?!? I'm not calling them that for nobody, not even the Queen, they'll forever be spring onions to me.
+Amerie C for me they will for ever be known as spring onions
I call them scallions.
They're onion sticks
Could you two do a no refrigeration meal prep? Something that can be left out or put into a cooler?

Looks yummy, although I prefer to add a little fresh ginger and some chilli to mine. I was always told (when I was in China) that sesame oil should only be used in small amounts, for flavouring, and not actually used to cook with. Thanks for sharing thought.
Shaz W i also searched for the black beans paste in the internet and the chefs use ginger, garlic and some chilli.

I call them shallots also. They call them both Escallots and Spring Onions in the stores here depending on the store.
🌱👌
how to do this the asian way or at least how my mom taught me.
1. oil and garilic first
2. meat until half done
3. veggie
4. sauce and stock
5 ????
6. done.
quicker and more efficient also no need to put things aside .
apreasher this is very Asian way, Are you an Asians?
= burnt garlic
Stuart / not when mixed with the meat, very soon after adding the garlic to the oil.
doris Zheng Given this person said their Mum taught them then it’s very likely they are Asian or have been born in the US to Asian descendant mother. I would have suggested you could have been Australian except for your spelling of Mum (Australian/British) Mom (American)

Spring onion, scallion, or green onions.. but here in Pennsylvania USA, I think I hear green onion more.
After watching your videos I am a lot less overwhelmed by the thought of meal prep! Although I'm doing it a few days at a time to start
WOOOO! That's what we like to hear!! Welcome! Not only to our channel, but also to the wonderful world of meal prep! :)
+Fit Couple Cooks thank you! Do you have any gluten free friendly meal ideas?
All of our meal prep meals are Gluten Free without advertising it. EXCEPT for the granola and granola bars. =)

Thank you guys fantastic great idea
great meal prep guys. i did one today. i don't have a blender for now. could you recommend something for the sauce? thanks in advance.
What kind of beef is that and how do I ask for it lol
Screams cooking meat whole means that the meat keeps more of it's juices, especially when you rest it. When you cut into small pieces the meat has less juice, so it dries out faster. Always cook your meat whole, and then cut once rested, the meat will be far more tender.
Love the tip, Thank you so much Mark.
We call those green onions "scallions" in Ireland
That's definitely a way to eat healthy and lose weight!!!! I love the organization of meal prep!!!
Right?! Awesome!
Hi, Stefanie and Adam. That stir fry looks delicious. You should do a meal prep on carrots. What makes a recipe video really fascinating? Have a good day, Stefanie and Adam.
This is awesome! Would you be able to do more low carb meal preps?
I love the black bean stir fry paste! What a great idea!
Do you guys have any kind of grain salad/pasta salad/burrito bowl kind of meals that you would recommend to college students? My cafeteria is expensive and only has a crappy salad bar for lunch (and sometimes dinner when I'm there late!). I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Love it! Looks fabulous! Thank you, AGAIN!! 😃😃

Great tip on the arrowroot powder for the beef.
+Linda Kittrell-Moses thanks, glad you enjoyed it 😊
Stir-fry without rice.....you are outta your minds.
I think they are trying to avoid heavy carbs but youre right even a half a cup of rice would have been good
You can keep the back end of the onion so it doesn't fall apart while cutting it.You can dispose of it later after you finished dicing the onion..
just bumped into ur channel and completely hooked.
SA-WEEEET! Welcome to our channel! :)
Thanks for this video I cannot wait to make this
Awesome!! Send a pic when you do :)
green onions or scallions
Keep up the great videos guys!! I've already lost 15 pounds in 1 month by doing my workout routine and meal prepping with your videos as my blueprint. Can't wait to make this stir fry! (:
No way!!! CONGRATULATIONS!! That is amazing!! Keep going :)
You know that something can be organic and GMO at the same time, right? Organic refers to how it's grown, not what type of seeds it's grown from.
Organic farmer here. I can confirm. Buy local, check your labels.
Not to scare anyone but GMO contamination is a thing. Unintentional cross pollination between GMO and non-GMO crops, GMO seeds blown onto non-GMO farms, manure containing GMO plant matter... yeah.
Frozen garlic cloves? So glad i'm not the only one who freezes them.
That looks awesome!! Which joint of beef are you using?
I love you guys you are so helpful thank you
You're so welcome, Christine :)
What is that you are putting on the meat to keep it fresh? This will help so much,I don't meal prep because I hate reheated meat.
Such a helpful video, Thank you!!🙌🏽
❤❤
thanks guys keep up the good work
You're welcome! And we will, no worries there :)

Awesome !!! Welcome to the family =) There is a link in the description for the containers =)
Can you do a video on how/where to store fresh veggies and herbs??
Wow, looks fantastic!!! Great job, so happy I came across your page.
