    20240225 와~ 스쿼트를 15분 동안 하다니~~ 다리가 후들후들해요 ㅋㅋ그래도 다양한 방법으로 하니깐 버틸만합니다~~

    I Must confess i hava be doing this workout for 3 weeks now and am seeing the result and i uses your 6 minute dance to stretch my legs , you're the best MIZI , take your 🎉

    스쿼트 프로그램도 몇가지 동작단위로 있는만큼 많이보고 터득해서 내것으로 만든뒤 다른 프로그램과 병행해서 하면 완전 최고일꺼라 생각됩니다
