  • I wanted to reduce the bulk so that I could rivet a couple of key fobs, and this is what I came up with. I thought I'd share in case it could help anyone else with that pesky bulk issue we sometimes have.

Thank you for this tutorial! I’ve been thinking about using rivets on my straps but didn’t know how to do it. What is the rivet press tool called and where can I buy one? Also, can it be used for different sized rivets? Thanks in advance!

The tool that I use is a rivet press. You can get different sized dies to accommodate different sized rivets. In this video, I'm using 9mm double cap rivets from moremeknow.com in this video. There are several places to get the rivet presses. You can find them on Amazon, or check out the KAM Snap website.
(If you also submitted a form on the website, there are more details in the reply to that.)
