- This episode of “Justice Rules” recaps the disappearance of 13-year-old Hania Noelia Aguilar, who authorities believe was kidnapped after finding her dead 22 days later in November 2018. Evidence collected allegedly links 36-year-old Michael McLellan to the crime. McLellan now faces trial for the alleged kidnapping and murder of Aguilar.

I think any parent would agree that if you hurt a child you should be tortured for 30 days, and then sentence to death. Death isn't enough, I think torturing will change people minds about harming a child

She was my neighbor. This was so sad. I want to let everyone know she had a beautiful funeral at our hometown high school. The city was lite up purple and everyone had purple balloons on businesses and home in her honor. Marines carried her casket in her honor. Everyone was hurt by this. We all donated her family money. Her mom now lives in a beautiful home and it is safe for her family! We love you sweet girl RIP 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

The "DEATH PENALTY" is crying out for "JUSTICE" ⚖️
I've got a great idea. Bring back the death penalty but make it clear to the eye-witnesses, prosecutors, and the police that if the guy is found innocent later on they are then to be charged with murder.
That should make people dig a little deeper and separate the wheat from the chaff.

It’s so scary and uncomfortable being a female . No matter what age from a baby to a old women . We always have to be on guard and worry about a man preying on us . From walking down the street to playing outside the front of our house as a child . Crimes against women need to be more strict of any offense. How many females have to die this way? They continue to let these men that have a long history of crimes back onto the street so they can continue to hurt innocent people until one is murdered . Very sad and hopefully change will come one day , but I think it will just get worse .

I only started to heal from my youngest brother's murder when my youngest son began to look just like him. He even had his personality with the same twinkle in his eye. I love it because in a weird way it's like my brother is living through my son, and that warms my heart.

Capital Punishment is the Only answer. It is a deterrent, there are so many of these people that do not fear life in prison, as many of them have no desire to work or be part of a community.

I always talk to my teenagers to lock the car when I go inside the store, they know they have to call 911 if someone gets close to the car or them, my kids are well trained so don't ever try to come close to them.... You are 100% right

This happened in my town when I first moved here, I was horrified. I couldn’t even go to work out of fear. Lumberton is horrible with these things.
The local authorities did everything right, they called in the Feds after ONE day. They conducted the investigation well but with an unfortunate outcome.

Unfortunately and sadly, poverty and crime burden Lumberton, NC. I am from the county and I've lived in Lumberton. This case was heartbreaking. This man could have taken anyone's child on the day of this crime- so many children wait on the bus in the morning or go home alone after school. More resources are needed in rural communities to protect our children and their families.
If you can’t do the death penalty, at least start hard labor in prison, not a tv and education, enough of the country club prison system.

I remember when this happened. She went out in the morning to start the family car before school I think. I had young children who walked every morning to school bus stop and they were so frightened to continue doing so. Ever since then I've been picking and dropping them up from school...

So many terribly horrific occurrences that are happening every day, right in our own neighborhoods! It’s just one right after another. It’s got to STOP!
This happened a mere 30 miles away from me. This was affecting people in Fayetteville, NC. It hurt us here and we had amber alerts on it numerous times and every build board showed images of Honia and there were people in my school who were actively praying for her and her family. I remember waking up and finding out the terrible news. I am glad I discovered this video, I wanted to say something then but I was unable to. Now I can, and I want to say sorry to her and her family as they did not deserve this, no one EVER deserves this, period. I wish her family and all of Lumberton who are still grieving the loss of such a young life and I hope that her family recover, but I know it will be hard, and I wish them the best and I will be praying for them.
I want to end with again, I am sorry, I am unable to even fathom how much pain, and grief her family is feeling, but know God is with you, and he will help you through this.

He was beaten half to death along with his assailant. The rumor is, the rest of the family is very lucky that they did not suffer from the sins of their family member that they enabled
