My daughter wonders why I'm so over protective. The world is a evil place
If someone ever attempts to abduct you fight like hell on the spot, don't go willingly or quitly. If they pull a gun or a knife on you it is better to make a scene and get shot or stabbed in public within earshot or visual of someone else than to cooperate and let them drive off to an isolated spot and have their way with you. Doing that just helps them get away with your murder.
Thank God for a District Attorney who refuses to “reward” killers for hiding bodies well.
I can only imagine how terrified Alexis was. My biggest fear is being kidnapped.
The fact that they considered he was innocent AFTER finding his shirt with her blood on it in his house is crazy.
Finally a police force that immediately starts looking for a missing young woman instead of waiting and just saying they're allowed to disappear.
This is why I shelter my children! No one will tell me how to raise mine! Period! This breaks my heart! Poor young lady…😢💔💔😢
😢My daughter was missing for 36 hours. My baby was returned to the police after it went viral. This was my biggest fear. I pray for this family and missing their baby.
To see someone alive in their videos who is now dead just shows you how fragile life is.
I was one of the volunteers looking for you, Alexis. May you Rest In Peace 💔
This is why even if I don't know women when I'm out, I try to look out for all women! It's like we're being hunted out here! We need to stick together when we're most vulnerable.
I been following her story since 2016 I’m so glad and sad that they found her I wish they could’ve found her alive but she’s at peace now and her family finally has her 🥺❤️
He was saying Alexis left his trailer “ laughing and smiling “ after losing her nose ring, her hair extensions and bleeding on her shirt , the shirt she took off and shoved under her couch ?! Right !!!! He’s a monster!
This crime haunted this community for years. I live a few minutes from that gas station. We pray for her family and her momma often.
Why do these awful crimes always happen to these nice young ladies?!?! They never go after bullies. They never go after predators or monsters. They always go after these nice young ladies, going to get their hair done. Out jogging. Just gross.
She was a beautiful young lady. It’s so sad. Kudos to the family for not agreeing to reducing the sentence to get the body back. Sounds like serial killers are working with each other.
For those wondering, “human remains were found on a piece of private property along Route 29 near Stagebridge Road, north of Lovingston.” Those remains were identified in February to be those of Alexis. May she rest in peace, and may her family find some sort of closure and are able to heal/cope better.
Imagine how many serial killers we have passed in our lives. Walk by then. A wave. Went to fast food restaurants and served. And no one knows.
I remember this story from years ago. It's so sad they just found her. I hope everyone has some peace from this.
This is a perfect example of why you can't trust anyone unless you really know them never ever let your guard down .
