I made this exactly as directed. The soup flavor was very good. The very nice people at the mercado helped me find clamato, epazote, dried shrimp and shrimp bouillon. It was not hot or spicy at all just like you said. The two ladies in the mercado helping me to identify the epazote asked me what I was making. When I told them they looked at me with big eyes 👀👀👀👀 like 😲😲😲😲😳😳😳.

A good fish that doesnt come apart is recommended, I love Red Snapper, been using it for years, my Ron goes a few times during the winter months here in Texas, and he catches his limit (goes with a group and guide) and we freeze it with some shrimp too...Red Snapper is my favorite I think, it's not fishy and I can't remember past fish...we are loving it here in Texas, 82° today, enjoy every minute in the cold weather, its beautiful too, thank you my friend. ❤
