Thank you! I love your advanced workouts, and I’m trying to teach my 13 year old daughter to love aerobics and working out too. As a baby, she had 3/4ths of the left hemisphere of her brain removed to stop seizures. While she still has gross motor skills, her fine motor skills are slow and her ability to pick up patterns and physical changes quickly is also slow. This was the perfect pace. She was clumsy, but if we do this 3-4 more times, she’ll get it. Thank you so much. You are such a great teacher. My goal is to have her love working out & eventually to advance her to more challenging workouts. We started roller blading last year, and while she doesn’t like to push off of her left foot, she’s making progress there too. Her goal is to compete in Ninja Warrior. She’s good at climbing & swinging, but coordinated aerobic movement is a whole different game.

I just wanted to reach in and grab the end of his toy, sweet little guy. You’re the best! I have even more admiration for you now seeing that you were in your home space with two dogs. That Felt Pretty Good! Day 2 Phrase of the day 30 day challenge. My body was sore indeed which means it’s working!❤ my Achilles tendon is bad on one foot, which I’m hoping the exercises will fix. The cool down stretch is exactly what I do to stretch my calves as I was told that is what will heal them. I’m happy it was a gentle yet effective workout so that I could complete it. That actually felt great. I had surgery 12/27/24 and I know exercise is a big reason why I’m bouncing back so quickly . The pain and discomfort are gone, but I need to work on my endurance so this program is perfect!
This is fantastic for injury recovery as well! I injured my back last week and this helped me get moving again! What a wonderful program you put together!

These are awesome! I really want to introduce my friends to you but I think the normal workouts intimidate them. These so far have been PERFECT! Also are fantastic when I really need a lower impact day or exercising with my niece who is 7.

I used it to warm up for the abs challenge and will be keeping it for just the right amount of cardio-workout during lunch break. Not to long and not to sweaty. Althougt I walk a lot at work, this is different and feels better😅 Quite an energy shot and relaxing at the same time.

It’s way too cold to go out for a walk today so I did this one after today’s leg workout to get some steps in. It was a perfect low intensity session just to move my body and boy did that feel good!
