So I've been working out with Chris for over 2 years now both weights and step. And some days, motivation and discipline are still hard. So I've been using these beginner workouts to just remind me to move - sometimes increasing the weight to what I currently lift. They help me feel accomplished and I'm here for it! To all who are new here, welcome to the CDorner fam!
I’m not a beginner but it’s always good to take a step back and remind yourself of proper form cues and execution of moves. Fantastic job Chris thanks so much!! - Katharine (Kat) W
It's always good to go back to basics. It helps you focus on form. Your tips for beginners helps me to see some of the mistakes I didn't realize I was doing.😊😊
23. These workouts have been perfect for me. Building consistency is what I’m working on. When I’m trying to talk myself out of doing a workout; I tell myself, it’s less than 30 minutes. I can do that. I’m also enjoying the form cues. 😊
I am not a beginner, but I am enjoying these beginner workouts....they reinforce the way the exercises should be in regards to proper form. Great tips for all of your viewers, new and old!! Always rejuvenating Chris, thank you 😊
30 crunches. I didn't think I would be able to do that many. This was my favorite of all days. I combined this with a 15-minute strength from another amazing trainer.
25 crunches. Bless you for the sneeze! NEVER MISS A MONDAY! (Today’s Monday - I started this program a bit late in the game). But I’m here and I’m motivated.
Chris, you are my life saver! I have NEVER been able to do ab crunches because no one told me that by allowing my head to be heavy on my hands, I could release pressure on my neck and get the ab movement right! Zero neck pain and total ab workout :D I did 20 crunches!
Perfect for today. I've been doing these all week. I'm thinking about getting back into instructing again when I retire, and these workouts would be great for seniors as well as beginners. I also needed a break😊
I did 23. I love doing this challenge because sometimes you need to go back to the basics. I am able to do these first thing in the morning when I get up instead of worrying how to get a workout in after work when I have so many other things that need to get done.
TWENTY ONE CRUNCHES!!! Took yesterday off this program and did a super weird class my brother's making me do called.....yoga?!?! Ever heard of this? It's for people with monumental patience and I did the hardest move I've ever done in my life before called..."lying still"??? Yeah, it was torture. Looking forward to Day 6, friends ❤
I am loving these beginner work outs, they are helping me with my form! And they are the perfect length for me. Thank you, Chris! And I did 20 crunches 😊
I did day 4 & 5 consecutive because I got busy yesterday. I'm so glad to be caught up. I love every video/workout in this challenge so far. I look forward to the new one evey day. I'm feeling stronger and i have more stamina already. Thank you Chris!!! ❤️

In terms of knowledge and pure experience, I'm probably intermediate (maybe advanced intermediate). In terms of current strength, probably advanced beginner...just a cardio 👸. But this was such a great refresher. I missed all of December bw covid and some vacay and trying to integrate strength as I return. Ty for your help! PS ive loved some of your cardio...non-step but that's on my "find at goodwill" list!...not a dancer or great a choreo but you've always made it workable for me. So I know you're the place to turn now. - cheryl in central PA (but grew up in lower Bucks and did hs at council rock and college on the Main line...a century ago (Haverford College 99))
