Owner of a 2024 P4X here. Couldn't be happier. This guy speaks volumes. No persuasion, just facts. He's saying hey, buy what you want but give this once in a lifetime opportunity a look. 12k off. Loaded. Best riding most comfortable truck. Test drive it and give it a shot.

I bought a new 2023 P4X last July. After having 2 consecutive GM trucks with issue after issue, it’s very nice having a truck that simply works.
I love the truck. And as a bonus the seats are by far the most comfortable I’ve ever had in a vehicle.

First time truck buyer here. Starting the year, I was looking for a new truck but was undecided due to all the faults the new trucks had. Ram with its hemi tick and lifter issues. Ford, well recall central. Gm with its lifter issues, and toyota with its motor issues. Decided on 2 trucks, a nissan titan with an old school tested and reliable v8, or a gm truck with lz0 engine. Was sitting on those two options for a few months until June when nissan decided to give 0% apr. For 60 months. Managed to get 14k off. The out the door price with everything was 59k on a 69k msrp price. No money down and no interest due to the 0% apr.

I’ve had 2 titans, 1st gen and 2nd gen, 2 Y62 Armadas, an. Terra and Altima. Nissan has great products their marketing sucks. The Titan hands down dollar for dollar is a better truck than Ford, GM or Ram. The interior finish is nicer and the ride quality is amazing. If they had marketed the Titan like the Big three did their Full size trucks Nissan prob would have kept making it. Sad to see it go. The VK56 is a solid motor. Great choice!

9 speed is junk. Look for the jerk at a rolling stop when downshifting from 4th to 1st. Feels like you got rear ended. Lasted past 5k miles. Def not transmission “learning driving behavior”. Will burn out. Not a titan from years past. If I was Nissan, I’d discontinue too. Screwing buyers without any solutions after trips to four dealerships and escalation to consumer affairs, blah, blah, blah. Downsize to an SUV built in Japan or used tundra.

2021 Pro4X owner here with a full load of options. In 36,000 miles, the only issue was the transmission but once the software was updated, no complaint. This is a solid truck. It's my second Titan, the first was a 2018 Platinum after having a 2016 F150 lemon law buy back. For value and performance, the Titan is 100% solid.

I absolutely love my 2023 sv 4x4!! It's not the high-end version, but I absolutely love it! It does get pretty good gas mileage for a v8 I average 18.4 mpg on the highway(not towing), and 15 mpg in the city. It rides smooth, and it tows really good, like nothings back there! I just got past 37k, and no problems at all!

Titans are pretty solid the main reason people don't buy them is because they usually don't lead in any category. The sales are very low and they aren't that common, making it harder to get parts if needed. Also has funky engineering and limited aftermarket stuff like bumpers lifts and such. Paint tends to peel off the top which deters alot of buyers. The big 3 usually lead the titan in specs capacity and ability. Not saying they ain't solid trucks just makes more since to go big 3 for most people especially if you work on your on truck.

Ariya lease is up in June '25, and I am going to buy a Titan for towing, hauling, and everyday driving. The warranty and the understated simplicity has won me over, the EV has too much lcd screens, buttons that distract, and force us to use it for everything, never mind what happens after the warranty is out and all these fancy gizmo's go belly up, including the EV battery, so no thanks, I cannot live my life planning on when and where I can charge.

Nissan is subconsciously associated with lower income buyers, people with credit scores too low to buy a Toyota or Honda. It's a shame but thats a real thing. Regardless to the quality, regardless to the discounts, I think a lot of buyers just can't look beyond that.

There is several reasons the Titan is being discontinued. And it is not due to Nissan's marketing. They depreciate faster than any other half ton pickup on the market and that is because it begins to fall apart, rust, and the paint peels after 3 years.

I have tried shopping these trucks and every dealer I have talked to ends up saying they can either give me 0% or the discounts. Not both. Or they have a mandatory “ceramic coating” for $2500. If anyone has a salesman at a dealer that will honor the advertised price with no add ons and 0% send me a message.

shame the last reliable truck is getting the axe!! my 2017 pro4x has pulled them all out yet people still brag about their favs as they get humbled !!!!! rather have a dipstick but the v8 epic!! trucks going complicated and v6 twin turbos bringing reliability to its knees!!!! tundra only motor option can't stay away from dealer ram dropped hemi for a twin turbo joke thats also a heating pad! nissan was hurt by the cvt trans that doesn't exist in their trucks but the lack of ads and sales killed a warrior that had one the the best platforms and warranties!!!!!

$50,000 isn’t going to make me buy it. Smh. I am not brand loyal either. Had two ram trucks. I like the frontier too. Still can’t afford them. I do like the video and this brought to my attention. I will look into it more at my local dealerships. But they are still looking too expensive for me. I love V8s too.

Reliable they are not. I have a 2023 Nissan Titan SV with barely 10K miles on it. Today I saw an engine light come on with a warning: "Service AT", and transmission shifting rough. Two months ago I had an A/C pulley fail on it. I've never ever heard of, or had a car/truck with this few miles to have transmission issues. This Jatco 9-speed transmission is no good on these trucks.

The Titan has its fair share of issues. The transmission is the same one in the Frontier, its too small for the Titan causing the truck to Lunge forwards at low speeds while braking. Leaking sunroofs and other things also and for the price of an outdated Titan, you can get any big 3 with decent options.

    • @matthewm3912
      @matthewm3912 4 месяца назад +4

You cannot get a nicely equiped from the big 3 for the same price as a titan. That is a blatant lie.

@@johndelossantos1572 Bro I almost bought a Titan. Test drove a 2023 Platinum Reserve and 22 Pro 4x. They both did the same thing, lunging forwards at 5 mph or less while I was braking and coming to a stop. You can tell the transmission was downshifting hard causing the lunging. I ended up buying a 2024 pro4x fully loaded with leather, sunroof and Fender audio for 45k OTD.
