    Thank you so much! Coming from a intermediate ballet and jazz background once I graduated high school I didn't work on my foot technique, and it shows now. I really appreciate you sharing your knowledge!

    My feet and ankles are so stiff. They hurt so bad its ridiculous.

      I know, the massage can help a lot, ofcourse working daily will help them progress faster.
