Love it, So simple yet seductive! I just started learning to pole dance and when i am not in the studio, i am itching for more so to practice some floor work definitely helps with learning to flow. Only part im really struggling with is the leg pivot before listening and humping my neighbor lol! Going to keep practicing til i get it down and then going to try to match with some music. Thank you for this routine!

The leg pivot seems to be impossible for my brain to understand. I know the whole tutorial except for that point but maybe I'll add something else I can do to that. I love the accents!

I practiced this to Mirrored heart by FKA twigs and felt like they complete each other! Definitely recommend this dance to anything by FKA twigs. Gives off sad but sensual stripper vibes (which is what I'm going for!)

This is my first choreography! Yayyyy it took me 1hr and 0.5 slow speed to nail it even though dancing is not my talent at all! Makes me feel sexy and powerful, thank you so much! Now I have to make it look more professional... :D Please make more follow up tutorial, but when you explain the new move do it really slowly, I struggled so many times even with the slow speed :)

No worries! It's normal to struggle when learning new movement! Go slow and incorporate this concept into your warmups and soon you will be smoother with it. It's all about revisiting and repeating!!
I just applied to a club in Helsinki. They seem to be very strict about the girls so I know the interview will be stressful. I am plus size and I have a dance background but my joints ruined that. So i am back at beginner level and my body is so out of shape. Thankfully we are on lockdown for a couple of weeks which gives me enough time to learn dances like this and to get back in shape. Thank you. Could you please do a routine for someone who cannot bend down with a straight back and isn't super flexible? I have a round back when I bend down. Had it since i was a kid and it makes it impossible to do most of the moves that have to deal with bending

Loved this! The part I'm struggling with is where we switch our feet from the side to other while kinda kneeling with our arms back. I got it, but I'm plus size so my hips and butt just take up more space so I can't get it as fast as you. I think with practice and more stretching I'll get my speed up though!
