Hey guys: Please be careful with a foot stretcher! I did it too long and too often and really injured my Achilles tendon, so I needed to make a 7 month long sport break.
Dana Leonie. I agree, for as long as one side is stretched, stretch the other. Never neglect the poor Achilles, it’s doing so much and it needs some care too😊 (I hope your Achilles is doing better!)
May Finkel. I would recommend five minutes on each side, stretch your achilles for five minutes, two more minutes on each side, then stretch your achilles for two minutes. And do some ankle rolls after to work out any spots that might be tight from the stretches☺️

What exactly are you trying to get
But whatever it is you will get it someday as long as you push through the pain, even if it seems endless

If you push through the tears and pain you will come out of the end of this long tunnel, stronger than you ever have been
You will learn to push through everything, develop your willpower to stop you from coming out and eventually, it will get less painful
If you take my middle splits for example, I was screaming in pain, but I didn’t let myself relieve from the horrible pain I was in, I pushed harder to the point where I had to bite my wrists to stop myself from coming out
A few months later I’m sitting here, writing this comment with my middle splits
Anyone can do it if they try but if you don’t try and push past your limits you’ll never improve and you will eventually give up
Think of it as a rope that you can climb to happiness or you can fall into the sadness down below
What would you choose? Well obviously the happiness at the top of the rope, but it will take effort, pain, tears and willpower to get to the top, for the happiness that lives up there
If you can muster up the grit and willpower to just keep moving up that rope, if you can get up there you have it
If you fall down and give up you’ll never get it
Don’t let go of that rope 💖💖
