Can’t use half of these options cause the pc isn’t able to start fucking windows and get the the desktop to use the run command

I think you should check your sss/hdd. Possible drive is broken. Test your drive to another computer if its working or not. Been there too.

@@ReverseStark-Shorts it was a dead hdd with my os on it, I just ended up building a new pc with a few of the spare parts out of the dead one and a bunch of new ones, I threw my os onto an ssd and now my new pc is back up and running properly again. The hdd was hella old, and critically low on storage, I may be able to same the hdd if I bring it back to the place I got to transfer my os but I have no use for an hdd currently anymore

click ctrl alt delete and then cancel it, it helps for some time

Damn, this really solved my problem. I've been watching videos on YT to solve it but non of them are working. After watching this video i figured out it was an USB device causing the problem. Thanks!

I don't know why this works but here's how I fixed it:
Right click the taskbar soon as you login and open Task manager [or ctrl+shift+esc to open task manager]
That's it!
Wait for all startup programs to load and close task manager.
