    Picking up a can of basecoat yesterday, I was talking w a couple local bodyshop owners who were there to pay their invoices, and in doing so they asked me where I learned the trade. I said RUclips, and the one guy immediately said "the gunman?" I was floored. You're a legend gunny. If you ever decided to spend some time in the states, I imagine you'd be able to step right into an 80k annual position within a week, no dramas. Just stay outa cali w all their regulations and leftists. You'd fit right in on the east coast.

      Lit up lol hahahaha I live in Cali. We make $100,000-$140,000 all day long painting here in Cali. $80k you will be broke making that! Wouldn’t even be worth getting into this business.

    I took your advice from one of your previous videos...I bought a devilbiss FLG4...I'm satisfied with it,and it's a good gun..I paint alot of aircraft parts,sadly our guns don't last a long time because some of the paints we use are abrasive. I'm confident the FLG4 will hold up

    Looking good gunny i might have a little trick for stone chips and smal scratches you fill up with fine filler . Scrape it in with filler doesn't have to be neat get some gun wash thinners and you can whipe all the unnesisery material of then sand the last bit of with a bit of 500 saves a bit of work razoring it off try it you might like it anyway great video gunny 👍👊

      It's just UV light that cures the UV primers, sunlight works too. It will only work with specific UV products.

    Hi there I got a chip bit of paint about size of a penny and it's chipped to the undercoat by door handle would I have to repaint whole door or can I fill and prime that bit and blend top coat and laquer?

    • @TheGunmanChannel
      @TheGunmanChannel  5 лет назад

      I'd probably recommend spraying the whole panel, blend the colour but clear the whole door. Fill, prime, prep and paint. Hope it goes well for you. I have an old video that I think may help, it's called Spray Painting for Beginners.
