Shimano 105 5800 shifter teardown

I take apart a right hand Shimano 11-speed road bike shifter and get the shifting mechanism down to it its component pieces except for some parts that are press fit or peened together.
Fair warning: do not try this at home if you are not comfortable with small parts, and springs or circlips that may potentially go flying off. I use some tools in manners they are not designed- at one point I use a hobby knife in what some may consider to be an unsafe manner. Do not copy me. Instead, find and use a more appropriate tool.
I apologize for the parts sometimes not being easily visible- the camera's brightness setting was being thrown off by my white background and I should have held the parts in the center of the camera frame better, especially near the end of the video.
I have been able to put the shifter back together, but I'm not sure whether I will be making a reassembly video. Some of the reassembly steps may not be very clear with a single fixed camera view.

Thank you, Mr man with a, multitool, I lve just removed a jagged splitting cable, which dragged out the white cable guide, you removed with a hook, I had no idea what or where the guide had come from, thank you brilliant person.

brilliant, many thanks. Had bit of old cable jammed right inside so first screw release exposed the mechanism to remove and clean and lube.

I'm interested in how the lever itself fits into the hood. Mine has been pushed out a bit after a crash and I wanna put it back in. Shifter still works perfectly, is it a case of just pushing it back with force?and is the whole lever blade just one piece or is the plate part separate? It's a 5800 shifter that works the front mech

What material is used on the upshift lever? Mine has kind of a surface rust? Idk but it's definitely not silvery shiny anymore. Tried using WD40 but wont go away
