Bro can you help me change my megahertz I got to 5200 MHz 32 GB for the r15 and right now I have the stock 4800 MHz maybe I’m misunderstanding the situation I have to enable XMP to get the 5200 but Dell has told me to go in the Alienware command center and do it. Do I have to select one of those presets to get the 5200 and if I do when I select a profile 1 or profile 2 it doesn’t give me the correct megahertz or can I change the 5200 MHz without selecting a overclock preset. Hopefully I explain this way you understand it.
Jesus that bugged me since win11 came out and on the dell site it said it wasn't compatible with my Aurora R7. However I followed your tutorial and OCC works again, even the pump I believed to be dead so now my poor 1060 doens't have to melt after all. I watched tons of long videos before but nothing worked, thanks man, instantly subscribed. Greetings from switzerland
Happy to help brother! Glad this made a difference for you.
I don’t have over clock for cpu and memory ? Any help would be appreciated.
thank you for the info I recovered the Alienware command center after I thought I completely messed it up by deleting files that I shouldn't have.
My pleasure
Great video :) tanks
Thanks man, wow this actually worked. I thought it was because of my new fans on my R10 but I think it's because of W11 download
My pleasure man, glad this is helping others!
I use to be abel to see cpu and ram on my command center but since I changed my cpu to i9 I don't see neither my ram or cpu only my gpu, might it be the command center or something else?
If you haven't updated your bios, I recommend doing so asap. Your previous bios configuration is treating your new cpu, the same as the last.
hello sir. I have alienware 17 r5 vey powerful laptop. but my fx and libarary does not shown in acc command centre. so my lights goes off. ı couldnt turn them on what ever ı did it it doesnt work. ı reinstall acc 1000 times but it doesnt shown at all. ı dont know what ı should do. ı send to many emails dell but they didnt even responded to me. do you have any suggestion to me ?
If everything has been tried.. there is always one more option. Back up all your system onto an external drive, and once complete, completely reinstall windows.
Will it take a while, will it suck.. yeah. But it may be the last and only option.
@@JBORD101 ı did 2 times format and a time download from online w10 from microsoft site and its still same. I even tried the w11.
@@ademerdogan4790 Have you uninstalled all alienware apps, deleted leftover folders, and uninstalled alienware hkeys? If not, I may make a video on how to do so.
@@JBORD101 ı didnt do that. İf you make a video about that. İts gonna be helpful for me
@@ademerdogan4790 will do. Give me a couple days and I'll get to it
I have problem where my OC button (within Command Center) says N/A , how do I fix that?
You either need to uninstall the driver and reinstall, or you have to go into bios and reset to default. Additionally, when you uninstall the driver, be sure to delete the OC Controls folder(s) in the alienware program folders.
@@JBORD101 which driver and how do I reset bios , does that only wipe it or my data as well
"Alienware OC Controls" is what you will uninstall completely. Then Restart the computer to refresh it. Once it boots up, click on the PC icon to bring up access to your hard/solid drive (whatever your operating system is on). You'll see Program Files, Program Files x64, and Program data. In each of these folders you will check for alienware, alienware command center, and alienware OC control folders. The OC folders, you will completely delete. Once this is done, you can reinstall the driver and restart the computer.
Last option if it is still being a pain in the rear, is completely uninstall Alienware command center, then do the same thing where you check for any leftover folders in the drive, then delete them, restart and reinstall it all.
@@JBORD101 I have the same issue, I tried everything you have said. But it still didn't work, this issue started after i reset my PC.
@@leadermega1622 that's similar to an experience I had.. I loaded a new computer with programs and software from the previous... which slowed down the new system, to the point a reset was required.
I made a new video on the process for uninstalling all the programs, files, and hkeys associated with awcc. The video also features the sources you'll use to ensure you have the most up to date programs when reinstalling. I hope this helps.
bro i uninstall it multiple times along with AWCC, still not working. AWCC works but OC controls keep on loading in the round loading motion.
i have the same problem did you get this resolved
@@richardPalmisano sadly no, tried everything. i think AWCC is bugged and Dell is not taking this seriously
@@MT-wp9su that fucking sucks excuse my french lol but i paid pretty penny for r12 i9 k10900 rtx 3080 and cant even use the overclocking presets only getting the power options wich is ultimate performance please let me know if you get yours resolve and i will do the same. sadly my wqarranty expired last month. thanks for the fast respond.
@@richardPalmisano same, i recently got Dell 11th gen G series laptop with RTX series GPU, in AWCC i get power and sound options but cant use OC or see thermals it used to work fine until i updated. Dell needs to look into this because so many people face this and so many people are stuck with this issue. its a software issue not hardware one so not sure if warranty will cover it as it comes from Dell, yeah sure will do if i get it fixed
Some of these issues are damn near unavoidable/unresolvable.. I highly recommend you move away from Alienware and build a computer yourself, I recently did, and am never going back.
Still facing issue
My overlocking and thermal won’t load.
Try the recommendations that I made for Carlos.
AWCC is a very problematic program, so trial and error is often our only option.. DELL hasn't taken this seriously since they bought out Alienware.
@@JBORD101 hasn’t worked.
@@ell4667 let me put it this way. What have you tried?
I did this and it jus keeps loading :(
Did you cut any corners on the uninstall process and deleing the leftover files/hkeys? If you skip any of those files/keys either one could be at fault.
I started with the incompatible software detected. Since then the cpu has disappeared altogether and now the gpu
You still running on win10?
@JBORD101 11. I ended up using revo Uninstaller and Uninstalled every single trace of acc. Reinstalled it and it worked. Now the only problem is the overclocking button only has one option n/a. But high performance mode is back. It kicks the cpu about 4.22 ghz and my gpu to 1200mhz
@mattb8754 gotcha. In the advanced section cab you still create your own overclock?
same thing here
This isn't working
