Deleted the thing and reinstalled it & then when it finally loaded it wouldn’t read my mouse component, didn’t know ya had to delete the files for it manually as well
Pro tip the Alienware command centre for your main CPU/Laptop component is just called “Command Centre”, where as the one for the mouse component, the AWCC is called “Alienware Command Centre”, so @3:45 inside the (C:)drive{or whatever ya got your main drive set to}/Program Files & Program Data/Alienware, then you can select the “Alienware Command Centre” & delete just that one
@4:30 Then in the RegEdit(windows register)search for the same files under /Local machine/software/Alienware then delete the “Alienware Command Centre” only & do the same in /Current User/Software/Alienware and again delete the “Alienware Command Centre” only in that folder
Then reinstall the mouse component again, the AWCC is called “Alienware Command Centre”, so if your only having issues with your mouse component then you can single out the file specifically, delete it & re install it
That is what worked for me as all my others components form my main command centre to my graphics amp & sound where working with no issues
This way you can avoid reinstalling every component again & spare your profile & settings on said components
Also keep the installation drives in a back up folder & make that folder in a way you can remember it so ya don’t have to go through the Dell website again if it every requires further troubleshooting👌🏽

I don’t have the setup file
Did you extract to a folder you can readily access?
@@JBORD101 yes I extracted all of them
@@v0idedlol711 you specifically need the command center suite program extracted to a folder, then look in the folder for the setup file. Right click and run as admin. This should kick off the reinstall process
