- Hi everyone, although I know that today is meant to be Januarys composure flow Friday, I have made a little something different. If you follow my instagram you will know I am slowly recovering from covid and therefore have not been able to teach recently! I thought it would be fun to make a day in the life of me, as this is a video lots of you often request to see.
I hope you enjoy a lil snapshot into the life of Jen. Hopefully when I go back to teaching Ill be able to make another of a more normal day!

I had a question in regards to what makeup you use. Its so hard to find non toxic, clean products that can be used without worry. What do you use?
