My Workout with CT Fletcher & Samson | Iron Addicts Gym

What’s up Toaha, yes of course! The session we did was CT’s famous 200 Rep Triceps Gauntlet super setter with the Flat Bench. He mentioned that usually he does those separately and that I was the first to do the marathon combo, apart from the original Iron Addicts guys.
So we start with 1 rep on the bench (2 x 45lbs) then run to the 5 different sets of dumbbells and get my first 20 reps, then back to the bench for 2 reps, and back to the dumbbells for the next 20 as we increase the dumbbell weight. We did this until I hit 20 reps on the bench.
As you can see in the video, the fairly light bar got ridiculously heavy in the end 😂
Right at the end I decided to stretch my arms and distribute the the pump abit - but CT caught me said “oh, you think you can keep going?” 😂 then he got me doing the same 200 rep Gauntlet but on the Bicep Curls (sadly I don’t have that footage).
It was a 2.5hrs workout overall (according to my smart watch).
An amazing experience, if you can - make sure you hit the Iron Addicts Gym up! A great gym and everyone in there couldn’t have been nicer and more welcoming 💪
