Just saying "once or twice per week" is very unscientific.
I would personally recommend taking it when you first notice any nipple sensitivity increased. Which will depend on sustanon dose.
Estrogen issues are rare for trt doses. In my personal experience with my body and my friends i know are trustworthy.
To detect nipple sensitivity changes early is often in colder weather or water. Also pay attention to how clothing feels rubbing against nipples, if they get sensitive rubbing against your shirt from normal friction just by moving.....then take your anti estrogen gone next day...
Sustanon cycles usually have no estrogen issues for me but i have a normal body fat level...so higher body fat people need to use sustanon for trt only until thet lose the extra fat.
