Do you have a problem centering the rear wheel? My 71 has an aftermarket rigid frame, and the engine sits in properly, but because the chain drive off the trans is inside a ways, the wheel has to favor the right side. I didn’t notice it until I was mocking up my rear fender. I couldn’t find a solution? So I just mounted the fender. It’s okay. It’s not really noticeable, but I notice it! If I pointed it out, it would be really obvious.
Good morning on Christmas day. Looking at the frame that looks like a pre unit frame and you have a unit engine in it. I am now deciding what to buy to build my chop I had not thought a unit would fit in a pre unit frame and was it strong enough. How tight a fit is it the carbs look close. I am on a limited budget and I am having to look at every option I have seen pre unit frames fronts from £250 and a bolt on hardtail rears are easy to get and it would be a cheaper way to get a frame. Can I have your thoughts on it.
