Years ago - and I am sure you have seen it - Brit bikes used to use fabric 'Loom tape" instead of conduit or plastic sheathing and I still use it as I find that it permits access to the individual wires much more easily if ever needed.
What year are those Triumphs? I have most pieces for a build like that except the frame and hardtail section. I need to rebuild the wheels but have a newly rebuilt front end/forks like those plus seat, bars, lights, oil and gas tank.
