Happy I just found this series, I am about to start putting together my dads old 74 Bonneville that's been in pieces for 30 years. I look forward to learning with you.
Please keep this series going I love old triumphs and i have 6 just in pieces but i want to Bob the 46 model i got
I`m late to the party but so looking forward to watching this rebuild, please post it all, so I (we) can see the results, &, I`d watch that cat if I were you, I`m sure it was in a movie years ago, it was a bit of a sneaky bugger, if memory serves.

Finally someone who is building a bobber for normal height people....
I am also 6'4 and love these bikes. I hope to do something very similar once I have my newly built shed up and functioning.

Bloggers are supposed to be short... and as soon as you add a seat and springs... it won't feel so cramped... also, think about forward controls

The length of the hardtail has nothing to do with the position of the seat. The seat always attaches just behind the tank. I'm also biulding a 66 650cc Triumph Bobber.
That’s not necessarily true, with a longer hard tail you can mount the seat further back and have a longer extension on the seat to set it back farther for tall guys like me
@@RoseAnvil forward controls might help. They are very small motorcycles. I'm 5' 8" luckily.
Low brow custom are rip offs I ordered the rear sub frame I’m in based in un for the 5ta .it arrived to the uk got sent back to the us due to extra charges that we’re not stated ! Now they won’t refund me or help me either 🤷♂️ nearly 500 pound out of pocket !! Wtf total rip off .if you’re uk based don’t buy low brow parts unless you want to pay extra costs or face losing all you’re money .the hard tail comes in around 500 uk pounds once posted and duty amd handling cost applied low brow never mention this .other than that the build looks great ,just sad all the references to low brow customs total rip offs and wastes of time . .ps all brothers warning ⛔️
