So sad. I almost lost my son in 2004 because Daniel Freeman sent him home. I called his pediatrician and she had me come in the next day and she found he had RSV. He was immediately sent to Torrance Memorial Hospital. He was there for 2 weeks. He's a freshman at ASU now!
I would like to know what hospital and doctors regarded cough and fever as a cold? That is not acceptable and needs to be addressed. I do not live far from Cathedral City so it hits me hard. I cannot imagine the pain these parents are going through. My deepest Condolence
Cough and fever are signs of many things. The lack of what shots were given to the baby is more questionable to me, more then anything.
The babys less than 3mos old, he couldnt have completed his vaccinations yet
@@gogogolyra1340 but adverse effects have time to show for some that were given..I personally have family members that things like this happened to. I understand how money hides truth.. even for those that lose family.. think before you type friend! 🤙
First, learn what is RSV. RSV isn't new. Second, learn respiratory distress. 3rd, learn BLS.

Emergency rooms are so full. People sick. No body use no mask 😷 no lysol no nothing no handzanitaser. Is crazy.

My son had RC bronchiolitis less than month old he was in the hospital for over a week before that I took him to his petition the one who was in the hospital said he's fine just has a cold like but I knew my son's breathing was different so I took him to the hospital he's very sick a whole week I was there then he got home week later we went back for a whole week RC's dangerous if your child is breathing different when they're little look at the chest it's very important my son's going to be four I'm thankful but I feel sad for all the families that lost your child to the RSV do not listen to your pediatrician when they say they're okay it's just a cold please just take him to the hospital this is when coronavirus came out my son had it I didn't know so please families if your baby's breathing different the chest is rising and looking funny take them to the hospital it's very important
Poor thing, just tragic. The pain the parents are in must be unbearable. Please take care of your kids and please get the help you need if you can’t get it. God Rest this poor boys soul.

ER doctors make disastrous judgement calls sometimes. UCLA refused to help when I was a kid once.

Six hours in ER? My condolences. News needs to investigate why the ER is 6-10 hours wait to get a simple nasal swab test. Who is clogging up the ER? Do they need to hire more nurses and doctors?

Since Joe was installed over 5 million people have illegally entered the US which if spread equally amongst all 50 states that would be 100,000 per state, look around the er and see who is ahead of you, higher demand means longer wait times.

Hospital wait times are long... 6 hours wait for non emergent symptoms is normal. The mom is looking to sue, sorry for the loss though.
