A CD player, iphone only cable and mem card slot IN THE GLOVEBOX IN 2012 is technologically advanced.
Nice demo...very informative. The cigarette lighter is for my VW 2012 Touareg Lux that didn't come with a USB charging port. I have to use it for my cell phone. I've had my vehicle for two years and still learning new features about it. ;-) LOL
me too,had mine 3 weeks and im still trying to hang on to the steering wheel when i hammer it in 2nd !!
@@koro287 Speaking of steering wheels, I think it's odd that I had to buy a cover with some grip to it. I found the steering too slippery without it.
By far the best tour of a Touareg i have ever seen. Also, I always thought it was spelled Toureg....hahahah shows how much i know! Good Job!

I just bought a 2012 TDI Executive. I was wondering where the SD card slots were. I knew there was a compartment inside the glove box but I didn't know how to open it. Now I know I have a CD player too! I'm picking it up in 8 hours! I bought mine at a VW dealership.

Does the 2012 Touareg TDI Lux and Executive have AutoHold like the 2010 passat does?
Also, can you explain the "Rest" function?

It is my final choice indeed. I would be nice if volkswagen could take my Acura ZDX for an exchange value... I don't know if they do that because my car is only 2 years old
