Great video as always. You do a commendable job for our environment. Keeping things out of the landfills and giving them a longer life is important for the future.
Thanks
Nice to see recycling happening! There definitely is a good market for well-built real wood cabinets! Best pressboard any day!! High end appliances and commercials vent hoods like the one over the barbeque are great!
Totally agree! www.reuseitpros.com
Fascinating, Dave. That is a beautiful house.
Love to show you the stuff we see everyday.....
Before I retired I did commercial demo, it's kinda interesting to see the residential side of it.
Is it different?
@@removeitprosdemolition a little bit. We didn't get the "hidden treasures" that y'all do lol. I do have to admit that I do miss swinging a sledgehammer sometimes though. Who needs a therapist when you've got an #8 sledge and some walls that need to be taken down to the studs? 🤣
I look at that and love it the way it is. And people pull all of that nice stuff out. But I guess if you have the money you can have it the way you want it to look. My 70 year old mom's house has tall cellings and it's from the 1880's and she will soon be losing it to a highway project. her and my dad took the time back in the late 90's to strip all of the old wood work and redo it all. My brother is planning on pulling most of it out once my mom gets an offer from the state.
In most markets there would be money in that.....I am not sure here.
@@removeitprosdemolition The house is in Pennsylvania. yeah in your area not that much of a market i am sure. But in an area with historic houses it would be a good market.
Shame is an understatement. What a waste. It’s killing me… “just trash it” UGH! I can only fantasize about these fans and crowns…
crazy how many people would though enjoy and appreciate that house just as it is.
Yep that is true
Wow such incredible pieces. You all do such a great job. ❤
Thank you! Cheers!

Always enjoy watching these videos and impressed how these expensive jobs get done on places like this.
You and me both!
What a gorgeous home, I would love to own it and it kills me that some people have so much money that they dont know what to do with it.
They are doing a amazing renovation.
Wow. Insane
💪
My God what a beautiful condo, just the way it is. The rich truly are different!!!
Thanks for being part of the community.....
Holy cow that's a big job. I can't even imagine demoing and entire house that size down to the ground. 🤯
Its a selective demolition just taking out stuff they are updating!!
@@removeitprosdemolition I know. I am just saying if it is that much work just to do that, the amount of work to actually take something down that size must be astronomical.
I just started watching your videos and really enjoy them. I see when you go to recycle. The scrap copper ends in brass pieces that are considered dirty. Have you ever considered a Tumblr to clean it and possibly get more?
They are dirty because they have plastic or iron or something else connected to them.
Oh my gawd! How filthy rich do you have to be to buy that perfectly good, move-in ready mansion and say, "Tear it down to the studs"? 10 million, 100 million, 1 billion?
Exactly. Just build new they way you want. Why spend all that time money and effort. And I'd bet some rehaber would buy alot if that stuff
You’d probably at least be worth 25 million to buy and remodel this home. If you’re sane.
Considering they will probably have $10 million into this and probably have at least another $10 million house somewhere else I bet they are worth at least $40 million.
This house was built to very specific tastes originally. Most likely around a 2005-2010 build. It is dated and due to the extravagance of the original design makes it even more of challenge to work with. A lot of the “features” in this home are no longer built in even builder grade tract home construction. I am surprised they are even keeping the shell of the home and not razing completely. In these very expensive homes, it’s all about the land, not the house.
Naples is loaded rich you should see all the high end cars...........
Does your state have any Architecture Resales, or is that what you do? The trim boards, I've cut and put them into new walls for walls, but I put in strand boards first, then the real wood boards. If, you do this all the time, why not build more storage buildings? Wow! Nice wood desks. Can't they cut them down for a craftsman to reuse?
They may however, not here that I know of....
Amazing house! Seems like such a waste. 😵
Sometimes it's wild on what people want to renovate.
i,d strip everything out including the drapes & fittings.
Yes, we have a resale shop and over the years. We've tried to sell everything and after a while. You know what sells them? What don't sell? And we only have a certain amount of room, so we only sell the things that we know for sure that we can sell within a month or so
Yes sir. Don’t hear that much. Respect.
💪
center section on that wall unit would be worth saving the rest I agree to custom and not worth it
Thanks for the comment and thanks for watching
That should be a Crime, so very Sad 😢😢😢
Updates that house was build 20 years ago!!
That house is nicer than mine nothing wring with it cmon people
🙃
how does this work? the home owner pays you to take their stuff? or you come in for free but take all the stuff?
We give them credits for the stuff we resell.......www.reuseitpros.com our online sales shop.
Must be nice to have that much money to throw away. smh
Its a crazy place to work.....all the fancy cars and streets are pristine, a different world for sure.
Why would you need a fireplace in Florida let alone a highly ornate one at that
I agree with that
It does get cold in florida
Rich people and their problems.
😇
What a waste of resources. People should build a new home instead of destroying perfectly great homes. There’s plenty of land in Florida to raze for single family luxury homes.
Its being rehabbed...................
There isn't anywhere to build houses in south Florida all the land is built on already.
@@seancasey2444 there’s plenty of land on the west coast of Florida, where this home is.
@JeremyHowlett your comment is a waste of resources.
@@JeremeyHowlettThere really isn't. Especially being on the water like this house is
