I had an accident i lost my memory and forgot my family faces and names at 2020,for the 1st 10 months i couldn't move only inside the hospital with myself, the melody kept running in my mind then they brought me pencil and blank paper i started to write some of it, couldn't remember all the lyrics but this song really could bring my heart and soul till i remembered all of it again.. I listened to ll of Samuel's works and i feel pieces of me are back again ❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹

I hate how people here are posting "it's better to be hurt than to hurt others", when Kaneki himself recognized the quote as self sacrificing and toxic. Tokyo Ghoul is a journey about learning to love and respect yourself, if you still abide by this quote, you didn't get the story at all

Actually, there are technical solutions for the situation the storyline was built upon. In TG verse, “RC cell” is kind of working like a Ribosome, and a nucleus at the same time, that both the human and the “sub-species” called ghoul evolving away from human share, but only the ghouls have it way more concentrated in body cells than humans (its properties are energy consuming and fast regenerating, basically). It is also why ghoul can only eat human meat literally and virtually nothing else, except for coffee and water, of course. I wonder why the “RC suppression treatment” used for cancer-spreading human patients in that storyline (because their bodies can’t tolerate such cell dividing rate) showed up so late near its end. And even so, the ending would not be nowhere near as happy as the author himself interpreted so, had the ghoul’s mutated genes be suppressed permanently, thus ghoul’s powers in those “former ghouls” are gone forever - they are now revered back to humans, whom previously had only once choice that is going cannibalism to survive. Maybe because the treatment is expensive? Then why all out of sudden, it became affordable enough, to be able to undergo mass production “again”? Yeah, to manga, it’s plot hole even. And the author himself was in bad health when the final chapter was published, so it’s understandable from a humane viewpoint, but leaving questions behind as it ended, still. Ghoul’s strength, imagine organizing them into constructing dams, dikes, bridges, tunnels, buildings,… Imagine if there was another medicine that trick their enhanced senses into analysing pork (closest to human meat out there, not kidding) as food, not super-gross thingy. So much unused potentials.

Have you ever considered doing your own version of Stand by Me? I hold the song very close to my heart, because some of the best years of my life were spent watching my sister play through Final Fantasy 15, which used Stand By Me as it’s theme.

Sorah's singing is beautiful, and the song "Glassy Sky" has extremely moving and emotional lyrics, an excellent and emotional version of "Glassy Sky" in the style of Attack on Titan, Samuel Kim and Sorah🤩. 100/100 for making me cry🥲, something that doesn't happen to me very often with these kind of music videos, 100/100 and god.
