This is one of my favorite songs of all time! I really hope they remake the anime, cause I remember having a blast watching it, but then comparing it to the manga I could tell which one had waaay more planning put into it. Although I will say that the OST of the anime is superb, and a remake of Tokyo Ghoul without Unravel would be a crime against humanity.

I love the action, and the characters… and unravel is one of the best openings in anime, it tells of Ken Kanekis story and how he feels, it’s truly deep and heartwarming

Trapped in a toxic paradise, a danger to those they care about and they feel as if there is no way out. I love the absolute emotion Japanese music is able to convey and the feelings of the characters the music is supposed to convey.... It's so beautifully morose.

Won't lie, the current anime adaption is enough for only anime watcher. We had all emotions within this greatly made anime, whenever I feel too depressed I re-watch this anime that brings me all sort of emotions everytime I watch it.
@@CallixGaming Well, yeah its just on the restart at each season they cut important moment which led to us discovering that kaneki changed of team, but I personally adapted easily to these changes.

That part didn’t throw me off, however the rapid story points thrown together without any fleshing out left character moments completely flat and hard to absorb what the story was getting at and why. I’m glad you enjoyed it though.

As an individual scene ? Yes its effective . But does it have continuity ? No .
Besides the manga ending for season 2 is leaps better .
