Probably of characters having fun with friends so the fans can spend some more moments with them. He also wants to focus a bit more on Levi in future installments, most likely a prequel.
I still remember getting all my friends to watch AOT when it came out, the hype and the absolute childlike desire to be part of this epic story blew us away back then. I still remember the times I ran across the courtyard and the fields pretending me and my buddies had ODM gear. Even now I shed a tear thinking back to those times and how I miss them. And now me and those guys are in Uni, what a world. "Don´t be sad because it ended, smile because it happened", as they say.

I grew up alongside these characters. I was in highschool when I started watching; now I’m 25, married, with my daughter on the way. As this show draws to a close, I’m reminded how much it taught me about human nature, love, hate, fear, through the deeply real stories it told.

I swear man the talent and passion of the aot cast is unreal! who would have taught some anime with weird man-eating giant freaks would touch the hearts of so many around the world. Once in a lifetime anime and I just wish I'll live long enough to witness more greatness like this.

The post anime depression once this show ends is gonna be unlike any other for me. Even with a controversial ending I still think this show is one of the best stories ever created. This was my very first anime and because of it my standards for other shows are so high. Truly a modern epic.
The anime is like a family to me. After watching the last ep I couldn't help but feel empty and hopeless. Having a feeling something's missing in my life. It truly was in my heart and will continue to be... forever and ever... even in after life. Thank you Isayama. Let's not let this fandom die!
The Japanese version of Call Your Name is called "No Matter Where You Are" and was originally sung by Mikasa's VA. No Matter Where You Are's (Mikasa's POV) lyrics are a direct response to Call Your Name (Eren's). They tell the story of Eren's struggle and desperation, and Mikasa's desire to support and love him no matter where he is.
I've never seen anyone talk about it, but those two songs also share a melody. The second chorus at 1:40 in Call Your Name has the same melody as 2:25 in Call of Silence which is really cool.
The end is very much near my friends and it was truly an honor to have shared these last 9 plus years with you guys and what a wild and weird ride it's been.

Was a masterpiece. Still a masterpiece. Attack on Titan is one of those stories where you really appreciate the progress and growth of each character. Almost every character has a very complex aspect, and we are trying to understand and empathize with most of them, which is really difficult for those who don't have the same experiences as them. But once you do that, that character is really special to you. For me, these characters are Armin, Mikasa, Eren, Annie, Levi, and Historia. Maybe Reiner too. I think each of them has added a lot to someone watching by seriously trying to understand the story. Chapter 137 will remain one of the most special AOT chapters for me. Armin's speech reminded me of my negative thoughts about life, my experiences, and what I did to avoid them, and, at the end of the chapter, I couldn't stop crying. Attack on Titan is a social experience. I can surely say it.

@@thelegacyofgaming2928 Besides it being rushed what's the issue with it? I think it showed very well that war will always go on, there isn't always a happy ending, history keeps repeating itself. Also, all the little symbolism was very beautiful.
@@1Rose_ Well obviously there isn't supposed to be a happy ending. Nobody expected that lol. The problem lies with the character assassination of Eren "I don't know why I did it" and the immense amount of plot armor where nobody died when they all fought on his skeleton back against the shifters, which felt incredibly out of place given Isayama was not afraid to kill characters up until that point, and that it kills the suspension of disbelief when everyone survives the most dangerous situation in the series.

One day a director and an executive from the newly created Wit studio called a musician named Hiroyuki Sawanno to make a soundtrack for an anime with the proposal to be epic, and Mr Sawanno created a milestone in the history of anime, fate decided that Attack on titan would work from day one of its chaotic production, this is beyond incredible.

Eren just became more mature and understood that he's stuck in a timeloop where he cant change anything, (its basically that everytime he dies mikasa revives him so he is unable to live a happy life or rest in peace thats why he acts like this in the anime , he acted like that in order to kill mikasa and prolly die afterwards to finally rest in peace

Listening to this all the memories with Attack on titan flashbacked to me like how eren saw when he touched historia's hand....Those days when I used to get excited to watch Levi fighting with Titans, Eren turning into titan, Mikasa shouting Ereh, Sasha's craziness for potatoes, Reiner simping over Historia, Annie and Armin secretly liking each other, Connie and Jean friendship, Hange getting excited everytime when she see a Titan, Erwin's motivational speech....All this finally ended...Eren never got freedom...the scene made me cry when the last time Eren opened his eyes to see Mikasa for the last time... All the time when he was inside Titan his eyes were closed but just for last when Mikasa came to behead him he opened his eyes...Hajime really made our childhood suffered but beautifully I'm now 19 years old I started to watch Aot when I was 13 years old... I'm so happy that I'm in the Era where I got to see it's ending....Shinzou Wo Sasageyo✊🏼

Still a masterpiece.
Attack on Titan is one of those stories where you really appreciate the progress and growth of each character. Almost every character has a very complex aspect, and we are trying to understand and empathize with most of them, which is really difficult for those who don't have the same experiences as them. But once you do that, that character is really special to you. For me, these characters are Armin, Mikasa, Eren, Annie, Levi, and Historia. Maybe Reiner too.
I think each of them has added a lot to someone watching by seriously trying to understand the story. Chapter 137 will remain one of the most special AOT chapters for me. Armin's speech reminded me of my negative thoughts about life, my experiences, and what I did to avoid them, and, at the end of the chapter, I couldn't stop crying.
Attack on Titan is a social experience. I can surely say it.
Even despite the ending I think this story is still a masterpiece
@@thelegacyofgaming2928 Actually, I don't think it's that bad. It was just rushing and the page limit was set by his editor to Isayama. I'm sure it'll be better in the anime.

I think it showed very well that war will always go on, there isn't always a happy ending, history keeps repeating itself. Also, all the little symbolism was very beautiful.
@@1Rose_ Well obviously there isn't supposed to be a happy ending. Nobody expected that lol. The problem lies with the character assassination of Eren "I don't know why I did it" and the immense amount of plot armor where nobody died when they all fought on his skeleton back against the shifters, which felt incredibly out of place given Isayama was not afraid to kill characters up until that point, and that it kills the suspension of disbelief when everyone survives the most dangerous situation in the series.
@@thelegacyofgaming2928 Good points, though I do think that Eren not having a completely clear goal or forgotten why he had started in the first place is very human. Though thanks now I understand why so many people hate the ending.

I started this anime in my sophomore year in middle school. It engraved many memories for me that will not be forgotten. It taught me the meaning of sacrifice, revenge, love, betrayal, fear, pain. I will always love it. Thank you Isayama.

Eren just became more mature and understood that he's stuck in a timeloop where he cant change anything, (its basically that everytime he dies mikasa revives him so he is unable to live a happy life or rest in peace thats why he acts like this in the anime , he acted like that in order to kill mikasa and prolly die afterwards to finally rest in peace

Listening to this all the memories with Attack on titan flashbacked to me like how eren saw when he touched historia's hand....Those days when I used to get excited to watch Levi fighting with Titans, Eren turning into titan, Mikasa shouting Ereh, Sasha's craziness for potatoes, Reiner simping over Historia, Annie and Armin secretly liking each other, Connie and Jean friendship, Hange getting excited everytime when she see a Titan, Erwin's motivational speech....All this finally ended...Eren never got freedom...the scene made me cry when the last time Eren opened his eyes to see Mikasa for the last time... All the time when he was inside Titan his eyes were closed but just for last when Mikasa came to behead him he opened his eyes...Hajime really made our childhood suffered but beautifully I'm now 19 years old I started to watch Aot when I was 13 years old... I'm so happy that I'm in the Era where I got to see it's ending....Shinzou Wo Sasageyo✊🏼
I got emotional seeing the squad back together. Then, my heart dropped when seeing Marco in the middle (the area where he was bitten off).
Seeing the four we've lost gave me emotional damage in of itself but when I realized the art we're looking at is the original cast... man the music hit different

Wow this was such a nice mix. I felt the emotion. It was more like a performance as a whole. Makes me want to watch and experience Attack on Titan again for the first time.

I was literally having goosebumps listning to these tracks aot holds a special place in our hearts , although i have read its manga and still I'm so excited yet sad to know that this series is going to end next year
