Such an add to the RUclips Qi gong community. There are so many gentle Qi Gong videos and very few that are vigorous. Been practicing for 14 years along with tai qi but never came across this style. Amazing low impact workout. Great teacher.

I luv this it had remove the fat from my belly and side I need it again was having.raw oats with nuts and had started to put on weight i felt like i had a rope around it have to come back what do you do to remove cellulite just start getting it ✌ and ❤

A very interesting video. I see that you have different videos for strengthening the body. Should we do the core strengthening more often than the lower body strengthening? I just want to get the balance right so i'm not overworking one group. Also, cant wait to try the fibro video.
