As a beginner, I had a hard time following this one. It wasn’t until the third set that I finally made it all the way through without using the wrong leg in the wrong direction, doing the same side twice, etc. Especially when you turn around and I’m trying to pay attention over my shoulder and figure out which way to go. But, that said, even though I’m sure I was doing it wrong, I’m still sweaty and my legs felt kind of noodly when I went downstairs, so with a bit more practice, I think this could be a good workout for me. I’ll try alternating between this one and the weight loss routine for a few weeks.
Lol that's great Michelle. Not to worry we are all a work in progress. The more you practice the more the choreography will become natural. Keep up the great work!
@@BodhiAcuandWellness I can't believe it's been three months since I did this one. I definitely need to practice it more often, now that you are a permanent addition to my digital qigong practitioners library 🙂
Are there any QG/Traditional Chinese techniques to help with Pain Sensitivity in the legs and feet? I can not even walk barefoot in my house without it hurting
Hey There, i would need more info to speak to the issue. message me at info@bodhiacuandwellness.com with more detailed info so i can make specific recomendations.

@@candeyer53 It's one of my favourites. I use it twice a week as the warm up for my Kung Fu practice.
