I'm finding more confidence and centering in myself, along with improvement in my "wonky" knee. I teach a slow stretching and moving class and have incorporated some of these movements in my teaching. Thanks, Jeff, you've helped me and my clients a lot.
Hi Jeff, I've been supplementing my yoga practice with your videos and find that the back and hip strengthening practices on your Communi-qi have really helped to alleviate my COVID stagnation (pain) in my hips, lower back and hamstrings. Thanks!

Jeff, you are "the Man" have you ever considered doing a video segment for First Responders? (LEO/EMT/FIRE) the routine could specifically involve a routine covering a sitting posture and standing targeting upper and lower back & hips... the guys spend a lot of time getting in and out of Vehicles and twisting & turning with all the "Duty Gear" on throughout the 12 hr. shifts.
Question if the liver move Qi and the spleen send energy to all the organs which one is more important can you please make a video about the spleen and how to strength it
Hi, i have always enjoyed doing Qigong, but have done it intermittently. I practiced yoga, but now due to knee joint problem i have stopped doing it. I cannot bend my knees the way you show, so what advise would you give me on that. And what would your advise be for my knee. Thanks for the wonderful video.
One doesn't have to bend the legs deeply to receive the benefit from Qigong practice. So you can practice while standing a little more upright. I would recommend visiting a trainer, or physiotherapist so they can assess and tell you exactly what exercises you need for your situation. It is possible to regain movement, mobility, and strength in the knees with the correct approach. Keep exploring and find what works for you!
