      This feels great. I feel much more vibrant after practicing this sequence. The past 3 days I’ve done yoga and pilates and my back was feeling a bit tweaky. This energized me and loosened my back up at the end of my work day. Thank you, I love your channel!

      Very nice demonstration, thank you! I believe the movements in tai chi are sinking the chi, repulse the monkey, and closing the door.

    This is amazing. I cant believe how these slows motions create energy, relaxation and stretch at the same time. It feels like a full body workout.

    I've been following these videos for a few weeks and at first I could not stand with my eyes closed, I got off balance. Now I can stand with my eyes closed and feel quite secure. I'm finding more confidence and centering in myself, along with improvement in my "wonky" knee. I teach a slow stretching and moving class and have incorporated some of these movements in my teaching. Thanks, Jeff, you've helped me and my clients a lot.

    Hello Jeff, yes this practice is wonderful for so many things. Your Qi Gong practices mostly relax me deeply but this one is warming and I can feel my hands tingly afterwards! Thank you Jeff for another great practice, peace and light to you!

    I did the whole course in a club for Qigong like 3 years ago...and than being a lazy thing that I am was not doing it. Now I need it more that ever and your videos are just BRILLIANT!     Jeff, you are "the Man" have you ever considered doing a video segment for First Responders? (LEO/EMT/FIRE) the routine could specifically involve a routine covering a sitting posture and standing targeting upper and lower back & hips... the guys spend a lot of time getting in and out of Vehicles and twisting & turning with all the "Duty Gear" on throughout the 12 hr. shifts.

    Hi, i have always enjoyed doing Qigong, but have done it intermittently. I practiced yoga, but now due to knee joint problem i have stopped doing it. I cannot bend my knees the way you show, so what advise would you give me on that. And what would your advise be for my knee. Thanks for the wonderful video.

      One doesn't have to bend the legs deeply to receive the benefit from Qigong practice. So you can practice while standing a little more upright.
      I would recommend visiting a trainer, or physiotherapist so they can assess and tell you exactly what exercises you need for your situation.
      It is possible to regain movement, mobility, and strength in the knees with the correct approach.
      Keep exploring and find what works for you!
