I have stopped temporarily my practice of QI Gong for a a while, but I was crouched in my attic for a few hours yesterday and I am feeling it today, I will soon be starting the practice again. My motto is keep moving.

Thank you Lee! Your qi gong exercises have been extremely healing for my ankylosing spondylitis auto immune chronic arthritis and imflammation symptoms. I havent had another major progression or painful flair up since I started doing qigong daily in March. Attribute a lot of this to the de-stressing, aerobic, and gentle stretching qualities of qigong on my body and mind.🤗 🌌🙏

I loved the 20min QIGong routine, however I am not so keen getting down on the ground due to my age and stiffness.
