Its about it being as fast and responsive as possible , without it then losing depth / recoverability / being unrealistically snappy . An issue that happens with lots of games is the more "snappy" and responsive something is the less control or granularity of control the player has , in reality even when things happen fast there is still arguably effectively infinite resolution to everything. Some of this is to do with resolution of systems update rates , delay processing between components , and a ton of underlying things. But a real car (especaily faster race car on slicks) for example will shift from one state to another in a very short period of time grip comes and goes very quickly however at the same time a driver still has a huge amount of range of control and how they can work with this and given all that's going on cars are still remarkably stable. Same with planes a plane might stall very quickly or jump around quickly in turbulence but at the same time there is a ton of detail and range within the last fractions of lift before the stall. @GamerMuscleVideos I agree that the ffb isn't the best, but I think you blow it out of proportion,I do find it very entertaining 😄 and out of all of the interviews, you had the best one
@@fullcircle6107 Not being able to actually feel the grip through lots of corners once suspension is already loaded up removing probably one of the most important cues to drive from is not really blowing things out of proportion when previous games from decades ago do that well. People can drive RC cars very fast or drive sims very fast with no ffb , however it dosn't really make sense for people to have £1000+ ffb wheels that specifcally have resolution to convay these things and then not use it. ironically vast majority of sim-racers have no idea about this and ways in which FFB can capture the essence of driving rather than sims having to be more akin to RC driving.
It's disappointing that FFB is not great, since they already learned from AC....WTF, they didn't need to reinvent the wheel, just tweak it! The graphics SHOULD be great for Christ sakes!
It's too early to know for sure , would be a shame if it ends up having less detail in FFB compared to AC1 specifically for describing grip at the limit. (A big issue is more complex sims demand even more from FFB and so I think it's even more important but also even harder for the details to come through) Unfortunately lots of simracers genuinely don't understand the value of having FFB that directly describes where you are in tire grip. Lots of simracers basically drive from visuals and repetition and even more latch onto overly harsh self aligning or vibrations as being "good FFB" It's to the point that rather than there being a push for more telemetry driven forces for rotation / tire grip and things actually valuable to drive from Acuforce wheel actually does this. ( Even if it's a bit janky at least they tried to push things) Everyone is obsessed with high frequency vibrations like true force and full force or ABS vibrations... Not that vibrations are bad and totally useless , but you can't really ballence a vibration and vibrations are not analogous to G-Force loading and unloading which is the crux of real driving. Fingers crossed ACE is fine , worse case I think it will likely be better than ACC and many other sims in lots of ways.
Make more money from hardware reviews to be honest and probably make more money from MSFS and sponsorships Ad revenue is generally not very good on grand scheme of things , but better than nothing.

@@billfletcher9761 lol it's actually quite complex 1- some people believe things should be said in original accent for that thing regardless of where people are from. 2- in interview kunos CEO Marco said it's important to pronounce correctly , I'm sure he doesn't really care that much on grand scheme of things but is still passionate and would like it said there way , I think he and the kunos team just like there vibe and presentation of what they are doing just part of their art and choice. 3 - some people are just trolling and having fun with it 4 - some people are like cult numbers and feel it important to follow the command of an authority from there perspective and feel like some boot licking gets them closer to there authority figur ( it's a bizarre and moronic thing you see lots of people do probably to make up for there own insecurities and lack of there own creativity) 5 - some people have created a narrative of me not saying it "correctly" to fit Into there pre existing narrative of who they think I am and what they think my motivations are. As you point out the reality / central point of language is the utility of it and understanding accent spelling grama does not generally really matter so much if people understand the content for the specific context. I can understand how artistically or poetically spelling grammar and punctuation can be interesting though. Personally I love accents and languages and history of these things and bizarre cultural aspects all of which probably wouldn't exist without a large degree of irrational human behavior. And now from a meta comedic perspective we have the ability to make fun of things more and play around with stuff. Ironically I'm mega dyslexic and it takes me ages to learn specific names and remember specific words in English and it's even more confusing when you have same words but different accents or languages 🤣. All in all it's utterly absurd but at the route of it the only people losing out are ones with no critical thinking or humor 👍😆.

Let me get this straight, some random youtuber with zero game-making experience wants ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING from developers while playing their games already and earning money while doing so but can't do one single thing the CEO asks from him? It was really hard to watch your interview with Marco. Oh, and then the lie detector thing? C'mon man. Even though I agree to a certain point about the flaws of their sims you just can't do this. Considering I made some mods for different games and gave them to the world for free, designed a couple od real life skate parks, organized competitions, shot some weddings and did some other similar stuff, I think I speak with some experience when I say people like you (with zero experience in creating something like that rather than just using it) should take it down a notch.
@GamerMuscleVideos so saying all of that do you think evo has fixed that ?
évo
EHVO .... 😅
Eh-vo? No eeeeeeeeeeevo
It's disappointing that FFB is not great, since they already learned from AC....WTF, they didn't need to reinvent the wheel, just tweak it! The graphics SHOULD be great for Christ sakes!
who said its not great? gm is clearly excited for it.
People already made conclusions on a pre-alpha, from a video, and the game is not even out.
Chill out internet people!
It's too early to know for sure , would be a shame if it ends up having less detail in FFB compared to AC1 specifically for describing grip at the limit. (A big issue is more complex sims demand even more from FFB and so I think it's even more important but also even harder for the details to come through)
Unfortunately lots of simracers genuinely don't understand the value of having FFB that directly describes where you are in tire grip.
Lots of simracers basically drive from visuals and repetition and even more latch onto overly harsh self aligning or vibrations as being "good FFB"
It's to the point that rather than there being a push for more telemetry driven forces for rotation / tire grip and things actually valuable to drive from
Acuforce wheel actually does this. ( Even if it's a bit janky at least they tried to push things)
Everyone is obsessed with high frequency vibrations like true force and full force or ABS vibrations...
The milking has begun. AC EVO is gonna be the new runner for ad revenue.
Make more money from hardware reviews to be honest and probably make more money from MSFS and sponsorships
Ad revenue is generally not very good on grand scheme of things , but better than nothing.
bro its evo and not iiiivo
Eh-voh or unsub.
Imsim sounds scarily like immsource. Left a lot of people out to dry... Hope they're not connected to them at all
@@GregoryShtevensh nah imsim are genuine legends , they have insane talented people that work there and are super good guys just fun to talk to.
@@GamerMuscleVideos good to know, cheers
Not every one can afford 4 series gfx cards. What snob. 3080 will do fine. I used one. In 4k all the time. Good news for all is poor people we can use are existing kit.
Remember when watching my videos that I never use sarcasm.
My dislike for the word "guys" is real 😊
Why are so many worrying about how he says EVO. Grow up ang listen to the content and worry less about pronunciation
@@billfletcher9761 lol it's actually quite complex
1- some people believe things should be said in original accent for that thing regardless of where people are from.
2- in interview kunos CEO Marco said it's important to pronounce correctly , I'm sure he doesn't really care that much on grand scheme of things but is still passionate and would like it said there way , I think he and the kunos team just like there vibe and presentation of what they are doing just part of their art and choice.
3 - some people are just trolling and having fun with it
4 - some people are like cult numbers and feel it important to follow the command of an authority from there perspective and feel like some boot licking gets them closer to there authority figur ( it's a bizarre and moronic thing you see lots of people do probably to make up for there own insecurities and lack of there own creativity)
5 - some people have created a narrative of me not saying it "correctly" to fit Into there pre existing narrative of who they think I am and what they think my motivations are.
All in all it's utterly absurd but at the route of it the only people losing out are ones with no critical thinking or humor 👍😆.
really disappointed there's no ranked in game championship content, not gonna waste money on new sims, until some one makes something that lets me quit iracing
The game is not even released and we don't know what the full content will be.
Have to wait for more announcements , sim racing expo was just them revealing some things to the public.
They obviously don't want to drop everything at once , you can tell Marco and kunos are holding back lots of info in interviews and presentations.
C'mon man.
Then he states that one of their latest games, ACC, is a s**t and a failure and wants the CEO to admit that. That's freaking crazy man, just think about that for a minute.
You really think they have or had a plan to make a bad game? Answer is no.
Now don't get all angry, I'll still like every single of your videos and watch as much as I can but had to write this. Even though I already did but decided to delete it.
Tea is bad for your health 😘
Wooooossshhhhh!
Gamermuscle out and about with that main character energy again🫖🍵.
@@trenchbear More talking loud so mic picks up voice over noise , thinking about where to stand for Camara angle , working out what to say I'm a single take , ignoring people stood behind the camera , remembering to point mic correctly at person talking to , trying to talk relatively quick so video is not too long and so I'm not talking up all the time of the booth and people around me , trying to time things so torts is still driving whilst I'm talking before demo ends.
If I just come across as a bellend in the video and that's all people notice with them still getting the information and everyone else looks good then I think I did an ok job 👍
@@GamerMuscleVideos Hi sorry, if it came out as criticism, it was more of a comedic compliment haha. Honestly the videos are new and refreshing.
I aswell as many others enjoy the the commentary and interviews, don't ever change!! Or I'll quit tea drinking!
@@trenchbear No worries I was just explaining why these videos are how they are 😂.
I should probably do a video on it , trade shows are mental and such a weird place to make content 😅
