Hi. Could you maybe explain the difference between a retinol serum and a retinol cream. I actually bought both from conscious chemist. It’s my go to brand and I tried it only after watching your video and it made my skin so much better. But I am very new to retinol. So could you please try their retinol serum and cream and maybe just give a little intel on what’s better for a beginner or how to incorporate it in your routine. Thanks. Hey! Creams are usually more hydrating and dont need a Moisturizer on top (unless very dry skin) and serums usually have to be layered with moisturizer. Thats the only difference (apart from different % of retinol if the brand chooses it) Ive done a lot of IG reels and shorts here on retinol do check em out! Ill make a long format retinol video soon :) 🥰🤎

Yes! Added fragrance in the last few ingredients but it’s not very strong or doesn’t stay for too long on the skin honestly

Use a normal moisturiser. 13year is too young to use ceramides.
