I am not familiar with video editing because that is not what I do. But, Adobe might not have optimized Premiere Pro for M series chips well. I read that Final Cut Pro and Davinci Resolve see much better improvements when it comes to Intel chips vs M series chips.
Thanks for this review, got the H2 upgrade, but now that I’ve seen your video I am probably gonna stick to the 2018 for now.

Well the M2 mac has way better performance even if your test didn't show it but its also way more efficient while having more performance
