Great video. Butterfly baby! Incidentally, these spins/handoffs also reinforce trapping hand positions, tan sau to bong sau. Exactly the same with the nunchucku handoffs, using the same 1:1 on each side of the body, same hand positions.

I don't understand how are you supposed to "skip" the bow? The bow keeps going in my hand.

it is clear to me that spinning a staff works every muscle group and joint in the human body between the jaw and the toes, with nothing more than a stick, and it is relatively low impact too...
